If I could rate this zero stars I would. The start of our girls day was by coming to Beauty Times to get our nails done last Saturday 4.21. My mother (a recent widow) was looking forward to getting her nails done after not being able to have a day to herself for the past few months. The woman that was doing her nails made comment after comment about how terrible her feet where (they were not bad,) It reached the point where my mother felt embarrassed and mortified, stepped in and told her to stop. That it was not acceptable at all to speak down to someone that way and to please stop. The woman stopped but continued to talk to the other staff members about the situation through our pedicures and manicures by laughing and at one point pointing to my mother now receiving her manicure. I have to say I am shocked that such a place hires people who are rude, heartless and bullies. We will NOT be back to this terrible nail salon. I highly recommend going to a different place if you haven't been going to get your nails done weekly. I am disgusted that a girls night was ruined by going here first. In addition, It has been one week and my gel manicure has already chipped. Such a waste of money and time. Read Less

I came here a while ago for an acrylic fill and was not pleased at all.  The manicurist was was not that nice, I came in with my own nail polish color and was pressured into buying their gel color. I ended up HATING the color and was OVERCHARGED. 0/10 wouldn't recommend Read Less

Very inconsistent. Had a gel polish done that started peeling off less than a week after application. Called manager and was told to come in to have it fixed free of charge. While I was there all the workers were talking in other languages while staring at me and laughing. Don't waste your time or money... just a chop shop. Read Less

I would come here years ago when it first opened I loves it but moved, I'm now back and have gone a few time they always do a good job but I feel like the price always goes up every time I go, and the last time the nail tech had a full blown 15 min convo with a coworker who stood next to me while my service was being done in an other language, I min or to I'm fine with, but it was uncomfortable. I went to this place because it was open 10am on Sunday unlike other places. The manicure and pedicure was of good quality, however whenever they handed me the "menu" I selected the "manicure and pedicure combo" It doesn't include gel nails, which I wanted for my mani only, but I was willing to pay extra. I have had basic mani pedis before that included a scrub, however at the start of one of the scrub I thought "this can't be included in the mani pedi" so I ask one of the ...workers to please show me the menu. I showed them that I asked for the mani pedi combo but two more people came over and one woman loudly told me "they said you asked for deluxe" and I kept saying, "I never said deluxe" It was annoying, and afterward they were talking about me, which I understood some of. They kept on telling me "you're so pretty" afterward, which I knew was just a cover. I used to work at a Vietnamese coffee shop in Bellaire, Houston. Anyways, the quality was great but I don't appreciate being roped into a more expensive product because the less I pay, the more fair I tip. It was probably my last time coming here. I've been here several times now and the ladies are always friendly and both the spa and regular pedis are very soothing.  The place looks clean and I never have a problem getting an appt, even the day before.  The pedi lasts forever too! Read Less

I came here a lot lately for multiple reasons: their cleanliness , their service, their prices and basically almost everything! I love them! The set I got was so pretty! And after coming here so many times I think their make my nails last the longest compare to every other places!Read Less

I had been going there for almost and even recommended it to others who did go based on my recommendation.  I've also purchased multiple gift certificates for friends.  Most of the times service was good and I tipped very well. After my last visit there, I decided not to go back.  I had been away on vacation, but called them to let them know that my shellac manicure had already started peeling, but I wouldn't be back for another week; so I had to get them done again (way too early 6-7 days) while away.  I was told that when I returned they would credit me.  I even took pictures of my nails when I called.  I returned to Beauty Times when I got back, and the "head" receptionist who I spoke to while away said she doesn't recall me calling and talking with her.  Unbelievable since it hadn't been that long ago and she knows me personally.   Okay, that was strike #1.  I told her that I wasn't going to argue with her, but I did have a "price match" coupon on me.  Her response was "we don't do that anymore"...strike #2.  Before I left that day,  I had a shellac mani with a basic pedicure and also showed her a coupon I had on my phone for $5.00 off for a mani/pedi.She would not honor it, because she said the $5.00 off is for a mani/pedi and I had a SHELLAC mani/pedi (which costs even more!)  STRIKE #3.  Unbelievable!!!  I won't be going back there!!!!  They lost a very good client. I got the deluxe pedicure and manicure at the same time and the gel manicure looks great my pedicure didn't get all the dead skin off my heels and even after the paraffin wax they weren't as soft as usual. I'll give it another try and hopefully it will be better than this visit. Read Less

Hasn't been a week, and my gel nails have peeled. Not to mention, I waited in the pedicure chair for 35 minutes before anyone started on me, 3 technicians and THREE HOURS LATER my basic manicure and pedicure were done. Ridiculous. Not worth the money. Not to mention the last technician had the worst attitude and was so judgmental and rude. I love Beauty Times! I got acrylic nails there and two fills. The place is very pretty. It offers a very relaxing atmosphere in fact I almost fell asleep while getting my nails done! The staff are very professional, the place seems quite clean and best of all they do an exquisite job with nails. Honestly they work much harder than I do at my job!! I come all the way from Southwick to go here ever 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. My nails always are perfect and they last. I currently use pink/white gel or gel polish (shellac) over gel fill, but even when I just used gel polish (shellac) they would last the full 2 weeks. The staff is nice and they always get you in fast. Everything is clean and you can even get your box with a discount card if you plan to go consistently. Read Less

I have been going to Beauty Times for a couple of years now and I have never once been disappointed. The place is always immaculate, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.Amy is the technician that I see regularly, and I would recommend anyone to go to her. In fact, many of my family members now see her as well. She's sweet and very thorough. She really takes her time and gives an AWESOME massage if you ever get a pedicure from her.I've been to a couple of other techs when Amy is not there, and I must say that they all do an excellent job, and the prices are very reasonable.
