Sometimes a wait but great service. I love me some Jay Nails. Jay and Kelly do amazing nails. Janie is great too. Her designs are off the chain. Kelly AMAZING lashes, eyebrows, etc. #loveit

I don’t recommend anyone to go here, my first and last time ever. The customer service is horrible and my gel polish chipped in 3 DAYS!!

I waited 50 some minutes and still didn’t get may nails done was told my name wasn’t on the list that I signed when I first entered and I even asked specifically what the procedures were there with it...
I waited 50 some minutes and still didn’t get may nails done was told my name wasn’t on the list that I signed when I first entered and I even asked specifically what the procedures were there with it being my first time, I won’t be going back ever. I’ll stick to Rainbow on Summit from now on even tho this is more convenient! Smh. Worried about the wrong things and let a good client walk out.

I had my acrylic nails done at another nail salon and was very unhappy with the way they turned out. Mai was recommended by a friend and did NOT disappoint. I couldn't have been happier. They were as natural looking as can be and beautifully shaped. Mai was very friendly and I felt comfortable immediately. I highly recommend Michelle Nails and will continue traveling the 25+ minutes to get there. Totally worth it!

I have been going to Jay for 20 years the best nail technician ever. If you are lucky enough for him to do your nails; you will never go to another person in Greensboro....guarantee!!!

I was a regular customer at Michelle Nails until recently, they do not sanitize the utencils that they are using, The dirty tupperware that contained the nippers and files had someone elses nail cli...
I was a regular customer at Michelle Nails until recently, they do not sanitize the utencils that they are using, The dirty tupperware that contained the nippers and files had someone elses nail clippings in it, I was totally grossed out. I also witnessed the nail technician rinsing the cliippers she used one one customer and going directly to another customer....NO sanitization at all!!! Not even soap!!!!

LOVE this place. Anne and Mai are super nice and they give the best mani/pedis at the best price ($40). A manicure is only $14 and I've had them last as long as 9 days before a chip. The neck and shoulder massage is great too!
