Was very surprised at the quality of my mani/pedi after reading all the other reviews. I got to my appointment on time and waited for 20 minutes to get pedicure. The pedicure took what seemed to be an eternity and looks as though I could have done it myself. I then waited another 10 minutes to get a manicure and the quality was slightly better but there is polish all over my hands. Facility was very busy when we walked in so we had to wait a bit. But the same guy served all three of my party and he was very attentive and engaged in conversation. I think $30 is standard for a gel manicure so I can't complain. Overall, a really good experience. Read Less

Pro Nails gives the best pedicures!  The facility is clean with relaxing music, friendly staff, and there is no wait. The clinicians really know what they are doing and the massage element is the best! Very drab, somewhat rude establishment.  Don't expect to get anything more than a nail trim, some light dead skin scrubbing and a polish change for your $27 pedicure.  No leg massage- not even an attempt at one and no smile whatsoever.  Actually everyone working seemed like they couldn't be bothered. The worst. I went in for a quick nail polish change. Mind you this is not my regular salon (I live over the bridge on the mainland) and I was in a rush. Talk about POOR customer service. A male employee (I'm assuming the manager or the owner) did my nails and  could not have given less of a care of how he treated me or how my nails came out. I realize that the service I asked for was the cheapest you can get--having had a manicure less than a week ago and with very little time I didn't see it necessary to spend the $5 extra dollars to have my barely-there cuticles removed--but I would expect any good business owner or employee to treat every single customer with respect and value them as they have chosen to spend their money there and not elsewhere. Aside from the horrible customer service, the place is just dingy and gross. I am certain that the salon does not meet health standards. Maybe I'm just spoiled, but this place is just so far below what I'd expect a decent salon to be, never mind that they charge more than a decent salon on the South Shore. $15 for a crappy mani? Was pleased to find a nail place in Dennis while on vacation..was not pleased with what I found. My sister and I were rushed in and out of there so quickly. The woman we dealt with was VERY rude to us, and my gel manicure came out horrible. For $30 you would hope for a clean finish, and it was sloppy, unfiled and not worth the money!The same woman worked on both of us, and left us sitting a lot longer then necessary. Always packed in the summer, high prices, rude workers. Last year I had just about the worst experience ever here. I was the only one in the place on the Monday of Labor Day weekend, everyone had gone home and left the Cape. Was getting a pedicure and the woman who owns the place left me alone with a young man who worked there and long story short, he touched my eyelashes, YES touched them. Asked if I had a boyfriend, how old I was, what bars I like to go to down here. I felt SO extremely uncomfortable because he was clearly hitting on me and crossing a line between worker and customer. It was disgusting. I felt violated. And he only did it once she left and he had nobody to watch him. Be careful if you are ever in there alone.I tried pro nails again this summer trying to put that horrible experience behind me, but short of being hit on again it still was not great. I sat for a manicure and they made me wait behind people who came in after me because they seemed to be regulars. Also, $30 for a gel (shellac) manicure and all they did was a polish change, no manicure what so ever. I was craving a pedicure while on vacation, and I must say that Pro Nails is a very nice place to go to get a pedicure! It is a little pricey at $25 for a Spa Pedicure, though. No appointments are needed. I was lucky and walked in around 3:50pm and was able to get seated right away and was in and out in about 25 minutes. I felt like the girl doing my nails didn't do as much to my nails as I'm used to at home and I felt a little gypped that way. But all is good. Only major downside is they accept cash only. So make sure you have some money on you when you walk in! Read Less
