DO NOT GO HERE. They messed up putting dip powder polish on - it took two hours of beating my nails up before I walked out with nothing but battered, bare fingernails. They said come back in the morning and they will fix it. So I did, but opted for a gel manicure (which is cheaper anyway) and they made me pay for it. So, 2 1/2 hours of my time not counting travel, damaged nails, $25 for a mediocre-at-best gel manicure later, and they still made me pay. I was not rude, still tipped my manicurist, and will never, ever go back after being treated like that. Just outrageous. Can I give zero stars? Filthy, smells bad, rude staff. Even the polish bottles were disgustingly gross. They reused another woman's foil and cotton balls on my nails. They used the power file on bare nails and caused burning pain, twice, so bad that I yanked my hand away in reflex to the pain. I left at that point. Dirty and careless and painful. A coworker recommended Fashion Nail to me because I needed a good place to get a UV Gel Fill. I got a regular pedicure as well as the UV Gel Fill. I think they did an excellent job with both services. The staff had great customer service, and I really enjoyed talking to the woman who did my nails and toes. Plus, it was really inexpensive. I went to get eyelash extensions and they came out in 2 days!! I then came back and the women was telling me it was my problem and how I can't put water on them and I'm sleeping badly. I paid so much money for these to have to not wash my face and not sleep comfterble. They don't know what they are doing. I went in with my mom to talk with her and my mom got so fed up because the manager was blaming it on me. So my mom said "we r going to leave and not come back. I made an appointment the day before for two of us. I asked for morning but all they had was 2:00pm. When I arrived I told them we had 2:00 appt. but we still had to wait for almost 30 minutes. Employees pay zero attention to customers. I came In and wasn't acknowledged and had to ask over three times to see shellac color swatches. Worst manicure experience of my life!  Please don't come here (drying now)... Dirty tools, bad job, overpriced for what you get and zero English.  Waste of time and money, stay away!They don't clean their tools!  They use dirty everything!  All the nail polish is old and goopy so they like to water it down with remover (old trick but no thank you if you want a lasting polish job).  I don't mind if the person only speaks a little English as long as we can communicate about what I wanted for my nails, which they don't here, there's a language barrier that prevents ANY communication ....  I wish I looked at Yelp before I came.Oh yah, their lotion and soap smell like crap!!!  All around awful experience. My friends took me here to celebrate my 33rd birthday party. We had a great time!! The nail technicians were friendly and professional, and they had a nice retail inventory. I wanted a pedicure while on vacation and a waitress recommended fashion nails. The staff was friendly and they had a variety of color options. Worst pedicure of my life! While we got right in, the water was lukewarm at best, and the entire pedicure lasted a total of 15 minutes tops! Only one girl in the establishment spoke English, and in order to communicated anything, she needed to translate to every other person. I went here today for the second time. The owner or manager is unfriendly and my manicure was really bad. My cuticles were hardly cut, she filed my nails to half their length when I asked to just have them shaped and there is polish on some of my cuticles. I will not be going back. Read Less

By far my worst experience at a nail salon ever!!!!!!!Horrendous service!!!!! The owner is rude, unfriendly and disgustingly unpleasant. Barely speaks English....I went there once to get a pedicure. It took 15 min -- sloppy, awful polish job, and each nail shaped differently. I had to go to a different place and redo it. 2 weeks later I came back (I know, crazy!). All I wanted to get done was to have my gel removed. When I told her that, she told me to pick out a color. I started to explain again that I don't need a color and that I just want to remove my gel and if they could do that for me. She answered that nobody is in yet and they would open in 1/2 hour. Does that mean that the person who can answer my question will come in in 1/2 hour? To make a long story short... All of a sudden she told me they were booked all day, that i was mean and asked me to leave. I was actually trying to be polite and nice!!!! She obviously just didnt understand my question.
