Came here after a bad experience with a previous salon. It was an hour before closing and they took their time and blessed me with this perfect gel manicure. Kim (owner) and Miranda (tech), were incredibly friendly and treated me like family. I live almost 2hrs away, but I will come here o er and over again.

Great service. They ALWAYS take great care if my nails(full set acrylic). Pedicures are always so relaxing. Not to mention they do waxing which always goes smoothly but they also do threading which is also done with precision and care. Always satisfied when i leave nail pro!!! Their prices are so reasonable expecially with the phenomenal service they provide!

A family owned business. Quiet place, very polite. Everyone specializes in something different so if you wear acrylics ask for Miranda. She pays attention to details, asks what you like, and makes good time without you feeling rushed. I suggest you call for an appointment. FYI they just look over the business last year.

I wiil NOT be going back!I dropped by on a Sunday afternoon a little after 3:00 p.m. (they were open) to get a gel fill with one tip that needed replacing. There was one person working and the shop was completely empty. I was told "no tips today!" It was obvious to me that she really didn't want to be bothered. I told her I would go elsewhere and she didn't seem to have any concerns with that and seem relieved that I was leaving with NO regard whatsoever. I went to another salon that was very accommodating and was done within an hour. Nail Pro is conveniently located to where I live, but after what happened today, I will GLADLY take my business elsewhere... they have permanently lost me as a customer.

I see Tina and she is excellent, and she helps me so much because I have arthritis and psoriasis and my nails are very difficult to work with because arthritis makes my fingers stiff and bent. My porcelain nails last 4-6 weeks before I need a refill and everyone comments about how great they look. I highly recommend Tina, and the owner Tuan is very nice and they offer me green tea and coffee!

Had a pedicure today. No leg massage. Instead of wrapping each leg in warm towel they placed one warm towel over both legs? Never had a treatment like that before.I'll go elsewhere next time.

I love this nail salon! Jen, Vinny, Mike and Lynn are all great! Prices are very reasonable and they do wonderful work. Plus, they are all so much fun to talk with! A couple of times after I left I smudged my nails and they gladly fixed them free of charge. Highly recommended! :)
