I visited Vogue for the first time today and was happily surprised after reading the negative comments left by other customers. With a professional background in customer service, I know that first impressions are everything and these ladies certainly gave a great one. Having purchased a groupon, I wondered if I'd be perceived as a 1-time, no frills customer- instead, I received service and engaged conversation as if I'd been going there for years. I started coming to vouge about 2 years ago and love Lisa shes my nail tech,esthetician and now my friend. She is very personable with a upbeat attuide. She has me coming back each time for excellent service and laughs. I am also glad I met Sue she taught me everything I know today about the cosmo industry. She was not only my teacher but became my friend 4 years ago. Hearing negative comments about her seems very cruel and to be honest I am appauled. She has been in this business 30 plus years and still operating. So that said she is doing something right! Sue has helped many people pursing there career. Vouge has a friendly staff, fair prices with excellent products. I find them very accomdating to there clients with scheduling appointments. When entering everyone greets me with a welcome. I am sorry that some clients have not been happy with us. Our main goal is to please everyone that walks into our salon & spa, but it is unfortunate that we are unable to please every single client. For this we apologize. We strive to provide each client with the best service possible at a reasonable price. Each client is individual and requires personal and individual services that is unique to them. Our price structure varies from client to client depending sometimes on difficulty, duration, and type of service. There are many variables in this. When the clients service is done, she/he comes to the front desk with their ticket which is listed ( by the service provider) what type of service was given as well as the price for that service. We sincerely hope that if someone is not happy with their service or feel that they have been slighted, that they would approach us so that we could try to rectify the problem. Had to at least put one star but its not even worth that. The girls are wonderful but the owner overcharged me twice now....Yes SUE. I heard from other salons that she was unprofessional and had overcharged customers before. I was charged 25.00 for 2 yes 2 bobby pins in my daughters hair which I let slide. Last week I was charged 95.00 (20.00 was the tip) for a color touch up, this doesn't even match up with their prices which should be 25.00 per their prices or ok so tops 35.00. Don't let Sue scam you. I will and would never refer them again. I was going to go back for a cut and foils but that may cost me 300.00 according to Sue. Don't waste your time or money. I would have been better off just throwing my wallet at her at least I would have gotten some enjoyment on watching her scramle for it's contents Read Less

You could definitely cut the tension with a knife. Sue needs an attitude adjustment. Control issues & passive agression are apparent to any discerning customer. Too bad, because the girls are really nice. Read Less

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The staff is really rude and has no hospitality at all. I think the prices are to high considering that the pedicures lasted about a week and other places have gone for a pedicure lasted a month. The place is clean and pretty but not the place to relax and enjo the service of your choice Read Less

i would have to say that im sorry for the other women that went there but i have been going there for about 4 years now and the salon is very clean the girls are awesome the services might be a little more pricy than your averge salon but you get what you pay for.I have also had two suzy Q birthday parties there and it was once again awesome the kids had a great time the staff hade fun themselves all the little girls recieved pedicures and manicures the staff set up a room for us to bring food etc. My husband also loves going there for massage i would refer any one looking for a clean, fun place to go and relax thats the place to go. I don't know what to say about this place. I have nothing good to say but since this rating is the whole reason why i went, i will tell. From the moment i walked in, it was awful. Too bad too because it is a beautiful place. Well decorated, thats it. Reception was rude and looked like she just rolled out of bed , level of skill and service was poor, poor, poor. No recommendations for product sales or offer of beverage. And the attitude of the salon was phony and forced.
