Was looking for a new nail salon so I came to yelp to find a reputable place but my fellow yelpers have disappointed me. I wasn't impressed by this salon at all. My nail technician kept stopping my pedicure to text on her phone which I find to be very rude and poor service. She was rushing through just to get back to her phone and also took a while to even get my pedicure started because she was texting on her phone!!! Besides my rude manicurist, I felt very unwelcomed and had to ask to look at the gel colors instead of somebody asking me to pick a color. Came in for the first time today after reading so many reviews about at least 6 different places in Beverly & Danvers... Couldn't be happier I came here. Had a mani/pedi and yes, they use an orange scrub and hot stones at no extra charge on the pedi. Showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted and she did such an amazing job. The total was $58 and I happily left 12 for the tip because they did so well. I will definitely be returning!! Only negative I can say is that on my nails/cuticles they were a little rough getting the old gel polish off but I'll take a little discomfort for nails this nice! Read Less

i am not from this area, visiting for the holidays.  I read the reviews here before deciding where to go to get my nails done. i was very impressed with the service , cleanliness, and professionalism of everyone at the salon. i did not have an appointment, although they were very busy, they had a large staff and got me in with no wait. Great nail salon!! Everyone here is very professional and kind! I always come in as a walk in and they have taken me in every time without a long wait! Maybe I'm just lucky, but they always seem to have plenty of people coming in! For the price of $35 for a mani/pedi, can't beat that! The pedi comes with an orange scrub and hot stone massage, free of charge! Most places charge extra for that, so I'm happy I've found this place! Plenty of parking! Great first experience at Super Nails. Was able to make same day appointment on a Saturday afternoon. Mani/pedi for $35 is a great deal and they take their time. Massage chairs, clean your nail beds well and the hot stone massage is really nice. Mani was great also and I was looking for a very light, sheer color which Cindy found another for me I liked better than what I picked out. They also give you a stamp card for future visits. Will definitely be returning and I believe they are open Sunday's too! I also noticed when I left that they offer shoulder rub while you're nails are drying, some places do that for a small charge and worth it. Will try to remember that for next time. Read Less

I have been coming here and seeing Wendy for over a year. This is definitely the best nail salon I've been to and over the years I've gone to 10+ salons in MA, NH, and VT as I've moved and been in school.Wendy and her team always provide clean, professional, and precise nail care and they take their time no matter how busy it is. They don't wait for you to point out any imperfections, they realize it right away and fix it--sometimes you don't even realize there's a little bump or smudge and they will redo the whole nail if that's what's necessary to make it perfect.Even if you just come for a color change, they will buff and smooth your acrylics so that they look brand new.Wendy is an artist and she takes her profession very seriously, sculpting the perfect acrylic nails that are not too thick and look very natural. The base of my nail never lifts or bubbles like I've experienced in the past. They always have plenty of women working and welcome walk-ins but I'm usually on a tight schedule so I like to make my appts ahead of time.I love this salon and highly recommend it! Read Less

This is my now, goto place! Wendy, (not sure if she is the owner) but does fabulous acrylic nails- very friendly and quick! I believe Cindy is her name she does my toes and does an amazing job!! This nail salon has been under new management for just a few months now and I'm glad to see how much this salon has changed! I went here a long time ago and the owner/wife cut and drilled my cuticles to a bloody mess.  I swore I'd never go back.  A couple of years later I was shopping in the plaza and desperately needed a manicure, stopped in and got the same person but this time I didn't bleed (that's always worthy of 1 star).  I've since gone back for a pedicure and another time for the shellac manicure (both lasted over 3 weeks without chipping) 2 more stars.I would recommend this salon for the convenience of it but if you are looking for a relaxing atmosphere, this isn't the place.  Consistently, the husband and wife are speaking loudly across the room to each other in their language both looking very angry and annoyed and their children are usually there.  Your mileage may vary. Terrible don't go there.   Had a pedicure by the man that does the Shillac Manicures, he ripped the side of my nail off my middle toe and I developed a  toe infection very painful he does not know what he is doing he is dangerous, when I told him I didn't want a Shillac manicure he wasnt too nice,  Wont go back there again Read Less

I like this shop a lot - especially Linda, she's amazing! I have paper-thin, soft nails that I have a very hard time getting to look good, but she pays attention to these problems and knows just what products to use to make my manicures last. Honestly, that is a first for me! I've tried nail shop after nail shop after nail shop, and after five days or so my nails always ended up looking like crap - but not when I go here!  All of the people who work here are very friendly, especially if you are a repeat customer - they have remembered me every time I've come in after my first visit, even after I didn't come in for 6 weeks once due to a long vacation! Their prices are very low, too. They could get away with charging more than they do, given the meticulous quality of their work.  The only reason I am giving them 4 stars rather than 5 is because once I got my eyebrows waxed there, and I was sort of underwhelmed with the results.  They weren't terrible, but they weren't amazing either. Granted, my eyebrows aren't all that unruly to begin with, and I did make things a little more difficult by having a pimple just above one of my brows, but I did feel like a little more could have been done with them than actually was. If you're going there for nails, though, 5+ stars all the way! I'll never go anywhere else for manicures again!  Also, just an FYI: they do accept credit cards for payment, but tips must be made in cash. Read Less

I did a walkin to get an eyebrow wax. As I was waiting for them to take m out back, I knocked into a Dunkins cup that was sitting in front of th register on the carpet. The guy came over to clean it, and looked really annoyed and started talking in a foreign language. Because I was supposed to know there were coffee cups on the floor!The woman took me out back, set me up, and immediatlely got a call on her cell.
