It took over 40 minutes for a polish change. I needed to correct her several times. I choose black onyx- didn't clean up the edges what so ever. I could have done a better job. I've contracted a seriously invasive fungus from this place. They do not sterilize their tools whatsoever. Absolutely do NOT have any services done here. I've been taking the strongest anti fungal medication you can get for almost a year now and I still have the fungus. After loosing 3 fingernails and months of painful cracked and bleeding fingers, I've finally decided to pay for laser therapy to try and get rid of it. That's the only option I have left. And let's not forget the serious damage to my kidneys from the medicine I have to take. I will not return and I will make sure everyone knows how sanitation is not taken into account when servicing their clients. Read Less

Walked in at 5:15 on a Thursday, got no "hey, hi, hello", all the workers stared at me and said nothing. Finally, some lady from out back came out and told me to pick a color. The woman who did my nails did not say a word to me, and was really rough on my nails. Then one of my acrylics came off after 4 days. I've been getting acrylics for years and that has never happened. I felt super uncomfortable there. Unfortunately for me, it is one of the only places in Danvers open past 6, and its close to my work. So I'll probably go back, sadly. Poor service. Read Less

N-E-V-E-R AGAIN! Which is funny cause I've said it before about this place and still somehow walked in there yesterday. I am new to getting tips and have been going elsewhere but was in the area and couldnt have imagined what happened would actually happen. I understand there is ZERO communication here because only one speaks english and acts oblivious when she hears you trying to explain THE ENTIRE TIME how youd like them to do it but i dont understand how she thought cutting down a tip and then ripping it off with nothing to pull on would work. So now i have three still half on because she was ripping up my real nail from the middle. So safe to say those will probably be cracked when i eventually get the fake part soaked off. Which ill have to do myself because i walked out. I tried to ask her to soak them the entire time and she just had no idea. I never use yelp but this was insane!!!! Read Less

I went in last week for a mani pedi. I got shellac on my fingers and regular polish on my toes. The night i got them done, my polish was chipping on my fingers because they painted over my skin. My toe polish is already coming off on one foot. I went in to get them fixed and got the color changed thinking it would be free of charge since it was less than the 2 weeks they guarantee for shellac and also it was their fault that they painted on my skin. I had to pay 15 dollars and tip for them to fix their own mistake. Absolutely never going back. Read Less

If you asked me yesterday I would have give this place 5 stars, but today 2! Usually my nails are great and the service is speedy. Today I had the worst manicure I've ever gotten here. I asked for a French shellac manicure, like I usually do. The tips were so thick that half of my nail was white. Also she didn't leave them in the dryer long enough so when I looked at them after, I realized that there were small bubbles in all of the white and a HAIR (ewwww) was stuck in the shellac. After I got the courage to come back to get them fixed (they were shellac so I couldn't fix them myself or I would have) they gave me an attitude and made me wait for 20 minutes to have someone change them. I just moved to the area and have been searching for a new nail salon. Not only was it nice and clean inside, but all of the technicians were super friendly! I got a pedicure and shellac manicure for $50, and it was well worth the money! My nails look fabulous and I can't wait to go back! Read Less

It's clean and not smelling like acrylics or nail polish remover which is nice, but the staff was a little meh. I got a manicure-pedicure which was reasonably priced but I've gotten better for the same price in other nail spas. My pedicure was relaxing although the leg and foot massage seemed very perfunctory.I don't know if it was a language barrier, but I still had some clear nail polish on my fingers, and the girl I had was all ready to apply the new polish on top of it before I pointed it out. I also had to ask to pay first before the polish application. It's easier to do it that way so I don't mess anything up getting out my wallet.  Once I was done I was nicely escorted over to the drying station and left there while she cleaned her station.Overall , if you need to get your nails done it's clean and bright and decent. Brand new, super clean and wicked friendly staff. It's been 25% off all services for the last few weeks and I think the promotion is supposed to last a while. I got the shellac manicure (have been 2 times) and both times they did an excellent job and it lasted for about 3 weeks. Planning on getting a pedicure next time because those big chairs look so comfy! Read Less
