The atmosphere was very friendly and the ladies doing our nails were kind as could be. I got my nails touched up and they did a perfect job avoiding any trouble with my brittle nails. I would definenlty recommend you go here! Read Less

I travel from Waltham to Concord although there are certainly many probably very good salons much closer.A friend introduced me a couple of years ago and I've been going ever since.They give pampered pedicures better than any I've had. Waste of time, money and brain power. I came in for a gel removal and regular manicure. The woman doing my nails (who is apparently the owner) only partially filed my nail and peeled up the gel, leaving my nails ridiculously thin. She didn't cut my cuticles or push them back. she didn't buff them because I had "weak nails" she pained them super unevenly, some of my fingers have nail polish down to my knuckles and some the polish starts half way up my nails. I went for eyebrow wax and pedicure too. She painted my nails in the waxing room, clearly trying to rush me out. She didn't let me wash my hands so cotton ball fluff was stuck in the polish. I asked her to remove it and we said it "wouldn't show". My cuticles are all peeling up, there is nail polish all over my hands. My eyebrows are fine, kind of thin even though I explained I needed just a clean up and to leave them thick and even kind of messy. I am furious. My nails aren't filed so they're rough and sharp and jagged. I get my nails done every week to two weeks and have gone to a variety of places. I have never experienced such a terrible nail salon. I usually go with the flow but I have literally never experienced anything like this. She removed the gel while I was getting my pedicure and kept knocking into me (so my toes are smudged) and she peeled off the gel and filed over my legs, leaving me dusty and itchy and just generally grossed out. Don't go here, you're better off having your six year old nephew do it. Read Less

Pass this up. The salon looked fine so I went in to get my acrylic nails removed. She rushed and did a terrible job -- I ended up bleeding because she nicked me a few times. The whole process was poorly done, like they didn't know how to remove acrylic nails. Also charged $10 to remove the nails -- stiff price when really I never got an apology for the unprofessional job done. I still am wearing a bandaid today. Read Less

We were a bit hesitant about going here based on the current reviews, but Fantastick Nails is closed on Mondays and we needed a birthday pedicure! We had a fantastic experience! The staff was warm and courteous. We called the morning of and were accommodated easily with our schedule. Both my sister and I are happy with the quality of the pedicure and the wide selection of colors that was available. A great deal for $28! We might even prefer it over Fantastick Nails next time!!! I go to this spa every other week for a French Shellac manicure.   At other salons the manicure would last a week or so, now I can count on it lasting for two weeks and I am always thrilled with the result.  The pedicure is also very professional and well done.  I like the atmosphere and easy access.  Good value too!  Highly recommend. Most horrible nail salon ever. I do not recommend this place at all! Besides the workers being friendly, the work is extremely sloppy. The stations looked dirty and unclean, and they kept cutting my nails too short which ended up in them bleeding. They also don't accept credit cards which is a little annoying. I've only been here 2 or 3 times being dragged by friends, but I highly recommend finding another salon. Read Less

This place was AWEFUL! I felt like I was in a assembly line! The place was packed on a Thursday around noon. The owner did my fill and it turned out horrible. She finished it in 30 minutes! Usually it takes at least 45 minutes to an hour to do a good job. She was more concerned with the line out the door. My nails were not thinned out like I had asked and when I told her that a couple of them were lifting she just applied nail glue underneath ever one of my nails so that my fingers were superglued to my nails!! She also did not smooth them out very well before painting them. It's been just a few days and I need them done again. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Read Less
