I went in as a walk in to get my gel nails removed and this is the second time I've been here and it's fairly empty. The owner takes me and I told her I have weak nails and she could careless. She was rough and she hurt me, and there was one nail giving her a hard time and I was pulling away because it hurt and she held on trying to force me to let her do her work. She never got the gel out, thank god because she probably would have rip my real nail off. She doesn't even polish my nails off and she she rushed me out the door...why take me in if you don't the time. Worst work ethic I have ever seen. Read Less

Bad customer service I had been going here every once and had an absolutely terrible experience last time I went. I wanted shellac nails with a small design and she said it'd be $28 dollars. She did my nails and was very rough and really messed up the design (like not even close to what I wanted but it would have been cute if the lines were almost straight) and I asked her to fix it a little and she got mad and roughly re did the nail making it worse than before and then said she forgot to charge me for the design and asked for 4 dollars in cash after I paid on my card. It was worse than before and now I was angry and she even forgot the top coat and when I asked her to fix it because now I had to pay more she was even more rough.. I told her I had no cash and she couldn't believe it and I offered to swipe my card again but she wouldn't take that.. Only cash.. Super sketchy.  I was really embarrassed because she kept asking me for. The 4 dollars in front of everyone like I had made a mistake because I didn't bring cash with me After that my nail hurt and I couldn't take her doing it again so I left.  Worse experience ever. My friends and I went to this salon based on a recommendation from a friend, I'm so glad that we went here. There were 5 of us, we all got a shellac mani and a pedi. They were very personable and professional. The salon is clean. We definitely felt pampered. Usually my nail polish barely lasts a day or two , my shellac mani has lasted a full two weeks and it is still looking fresh! I will definitely be back! Read Less

Worst customer service I have ever received at a nail salon. We had been coming here for about 6 months me my mother and my sister . Usually decent except for the fact that my gel nails kept growing out and falling off daft a week but they did a decent job and it's nice in there so we continued to go. Last time I went we made 4:30 apts I was running late when I got there 10 min late my mom was having her nails filled and my sister was sitting. We had an event the next morning to attend and my sister was running on limited time. She sat around till 5:15 then told them she had to go so she wouldn't be getting her pedi done that evening shed just come back in the morning. Well I wasn't seen till 5:30 which no big deal I was a little late ... However to move things along my mom told her shed just paint them herself when she got home. They completed my nails they looked decent one was majorly slanted but I was running late it was 6:15 when we final left so I didn't complain we went to pay and she charged me over $30 for my fill and 2 fix and then charged my mom. Full price for her acrylic fill even though she opted not to get color cuz they were behind schedule. At the same time the 6pm apts came in the lady had made these apts at 5 when I was sitting. She needed full set and a pedi her daughters were getting nails painted. She had a wedding to go to the next morning. At 5:50 they took in 2 girls for fills and pedis that didn't have apts. they made this lady and her daughters wait around 10 min before they told them they couldn't fit them in!! They had appointments!! They lady was Soo upset !! Horrible customer service! If they don't intend on honoring their appointment system they shouldn't take them!! Read Less

We were staying at Westover AFB, and our hands and my feet needed some attention. We had just arrived from San Diego, after moving from Italy.  As a U. S. Navy Sailor, I have had manicures and pedicures all over the world. I am a chef and my hands and feet take a beating.  The lady that took care of me was very thorough and attentive for both my hands and feet, and I wish more men would indulge themselves so they could feel this good afterward.  My wife had a french manicure from her technician and her hands are happy, too.
