I'm so impressed with the job these ladies have done on my nails!I came in on Tuesday night and my gel nails have lasted over 1.5 weeks! The polish is just barely starting to lift off despite heavy travel, in-person interactions, and normal day-to-day work.When I stopped in the technicians were training a newer employee (less in-person experience) who was very sweet but took longer than normal. I'm normallyImpatient but I was the only customer and had the full attention of the staff, so how can I complain? She did a fantastic job, and honestly I would rather a technician take the time and do a good job than rush through. I will DEFINITELY be back the next time I need my nails done!! Read Less

First and last time customer. Went with my friends to get our nails done together and my nails are uneven and not placed right. The nail tech cut my skin numerous times with the drill. She was impatient and was rushing to do our nails and rushing for us to leave. I gave her the exact design I wanted and she didn't do the design she did something different. She ruined my friends natural nail in the process cracking it down the middle and gave her the wrong design too. Most of the time she was talking to her boyfriend who was in the building. I love love love this nail salon! I just went for my first time and had MiMi do my nails, she is so friendly and did an amazing job on my nails. There was no rushing just to get to next customer, she took her time to make sure my nails were exactly how I liked them! Definitely recommend! Read Less

Rush job on the gel manicure, polish all over the nail cuticles. Peeled up by the second day. I expect more for $30. Pedicure Chair didn't not work/massage. Called ahead of time for appointment but still had to wait 30 min between manicure & pedicure, even though there was two techs working and only me and one other woman. Read Less

I called ahead and made an appointment. Although there was a tech free, they started 10 minutes late. The place is clean, including the bathroom, and smallish. Two TVs were on two different channels. It was distracting and gave me a headache. The technicians frequently turned around to watch tv while doing my nails. I asked for the pedicure first and they said yes but didn't do it. When I said it again she shook her head yes but kept doing the manicure. Clearly communication is an issue. The mani is no better than I'd do at home except that it was a French which I cannot do. There is more polish on my fingers than I'm accustomed to. The pedi is a bit better but I won't go back. Their idea of a dyer is a fan but I did get one for each foot since no one else was there. This is where I decided to take my little sister for her first manicure.It seems like this place is always available to walk-in customers. When I went (Friday afternoon) the place was dead. They took my little sister and I immediately.The two artists seemed very different. Both my sister and I had our nails started at the same time. However, my sister was done several minutes quicker. My artist took her sweet time to get everything as it should be, and it showed afterwards. It's been almost 2 weeks and my manicure still looks good.After our appointment, my sister had little "strings" of nail polish sticking out. It eventually came off, but it looked like a filing job gone bad. Her artist seemed a bit annoyed and impatient when my sister asked for clarification on certain terms. Again, this was her first manicure, so "Square or round" doesn't always make the most sense. I'm not sure why it was such a bothersome question, especially when the place wasn't busy.For $10, the price is right. They also give you a hot towel hand rub instead of telling you to go wash your hands in the sink. Not bad. Read Less
