If I could a 0 I absolutely would. I went in to get a full set. The guy seemed pretty nice and we talked the entire time. He cut the first nail and it looked fine so I let him continue not paying any attention. By the time he was done I was HORRIFIED at the way they looked but didn’t have time to say anything or get them fixed. Called the next day and asked to come in and they happily said yes. Went in and the manager (Lily) called the guy (don’t know his name) over and allowed him to fight me for 5 minutes. He was blaming me for my nails looking bad, saying I told him the first was fine, and that he could notice they weren’t the same size so all he could do was file them down. Which I obviously disagreed to because they were already so short. NEVER going back here again and I really suggest that no one reading this does either!! I originally was getting my nails done at a place in longmeadow. Horrible. My coworker recommended Da Vi Nails. Took the recommendation. Lilly did my nails. Not only did she do a remarkable job, she understood exactly how I wanted them. I was amazed. Prices are great. All the employees are very nice. Lilly is very personable. Read Less

So I am going to Miami tomorrow and was referred to this place. Honestly, I should've gone elsewhere. I never left so dissatisfied and pressured. I just wanted a scrub pedicure and a full gel set in black. The lady that did the pedicure pressured me into the deluxe which I was okay with because it's been so long. Then I went to get my full set done and he pressured me to get the glow in the dark acrylics. He convinced me to get a coffin shape which I was okay with and then he put a glitter on top that I didn't ask for. So that's was it. I didn't get any lotion or anything. My hands look blah. The nail itself is nice which is why they are only getting 2 stars. I'm really so annoyed. Thank God I didn't get my eyebrows done there because they were pressuring me to do it but I only get them threaded. Ugh... never again. Read Less

I just moved to Chicopee I do not know anyone here so I had no advice on where to go do my nails. So here I go to get them done on a Friday morning and their is one worker she is doing a manicure. She started doing my nails and the place got flooded with customers she starting rushing I asked for almond shape got Charged extra but got round shape instead. Bought my own nail polish in her rich she moved my nail and messed it up when I told her she responded with well idk what to tell you since you keep moving. I paid even if I shouldn't have got up walked out. Let's just say I had a full set on in less then 12 minutes. Please don't give these people your money!!!! Read Less
