Worst nail salon I've ever been too, my mom and I received two full sets and two pedicures on 05/27/16 we had an appointment for 1oclock my pedicure took 15 min total it was very rushed not thorough at all my acrylic full set is uneven and has ridges my right middle finger nail is completely crooked and I had acrylic all over my skin. Meanwhile they had my mom soaking for 30 until someone was available to take her even tho we called ahead and booked it together her full set was just as bad the acrylic was layed really thick and uneven as well, they insisted she gets gel on her nails to lessen the drying time my mom agreed as long as the color matched her toes. The oranges are completely different we walked in at 1oclock and didn't leave til 3 o'clock for over priced uneven crappy nails I called as soon as I got home to speak to the salon owner cus it seemed as if no one cared while I was complaining there the girl told me the salon owner isn't there and pop in randomly throughout the day and she will relay my message I have yet to hear anything from them and will be calling back again today while there we noticed them tell walkins they could be seen in 10 min for 2 pedicures when they came in ten minutes later they were seeking in pedicure chairs and had them soaking there feet for 30 min til the lady and her daughter said that this is rediculous and left. I also noticed in between the pedicures they do not probably sanitize the pedicure bowl the way the public health of commissions would like, they would quickly rinse the bowl and that would be it. Foot Baths1. Regardless of type (portable basins, whirlpool foot baths plumbed into the building, etc.), all foot baths should be cleaned after each client in accordance with the following procedures:a. Drain the water from the foot spa basin or bowl and remove any visible debris.b. Clean the surfaces of the foot spa with soap or detergent. Rinse with clean water and drain.c. Disinfect the surfaces with an EPA-registered hospital disinfectant according to the manufacturer's directions on the label. Surfaces should remain wet with the disinfectant for ten minutes or longer if recommended on the product label. A 10% mix of bleach and water (but no other chemical) may be used as an alternative disinfectant. For whirlpool foot spas, air-jet basins, "pipe-less" foot spas, and other circulating spas, fill the basin with water and the appropriate amount of liquid disinfectant (or 10% bleach solution) and turn the unit on to circulate the disinfectant for at least ten minutes.d. Drain the footbath and rinse with clean, cold water. For circulating spas, refill with clean hot water, turn the unit on to circulate for at least one minute, and drain the unit.2. In addition, footbaths must be cleaned nightly upon closure of the salon. For non-circulating foot baths, follow this process:a. Drain the basin and remove any visible debris.b. Scrub the bowl with a clean brush and soap or disinfectant (following cleaning directions). Rinse with hot water and drain. Read Less
