Rachel absolutely saved me from a disastrous situation. I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted today at Thread and Shape at Harvard Square. The threading was good but the women did not know how to tint and gave me eyebrows that made me look like coco the clown. It looked like she took a magic marker and drew thick lines. The tip of my eyebrows were the same thickness as above my nose and 3x thicker than my actual brow.!!! She also used the wrong color and gave me black eyebrows when I asked for mid brown to match my hair. I explicitly stated that I wanted her to follow my natural shape and I wanted it to look as natural as possible and I just wanted the tint to fill in where my eyebrows were sparse.Worst of all I have a job interview in Monday and it's Saturday!!!When I confronted her she came out with a mouthful of utter lies saying I had asked for this and that the thickness was the same as my eyebrows. She said she would be able to remove it as it's on my hair. When I then said then if that's the case remove the hair to thin my eyebrows- she said nothing as she knew she was lying to cover up her mistakes. She told me there was nothing she could do. Thankfully, I called Soleil Tan and Nail Bar and asked for help. Rachel answered and said come in I'll help you. She used wax and who hazel to get the dye off my skin back to my natural eyebrow shape. I still have black eyebrows but at least I can go to the interview without feeling completely humiliated.So if you want your eyebrows tinted go to Rachel- she is detail-oriented learns has a conversation to understand what you want and uses her expertise to help you make good decisions. I have had my eyebrows waxed here three times, it has never been a good experience. They are disorganized and unsanitary. I have been made to wait up to a half hour even though I had an appointment. Dana does not listen to the clients and always removes too much hair. She is condescending and unwilling to admit fault in her work, or make amends to the customer. Read Less

This is the worse experience of all times. Helen, the store manager, is ridiculously rude and irrespecutful. She yelled at me because I asked my technician to try on gel colors. I tried three colors and she suddenly came to me, and shut at me that "we have to charge you $5 every time you tried a color! It's time consuming and it's a waste of our time!" I was so shocked because my technician was happy to help me and I was not informed that I couldn't try the color on my nail. She then stopped my service and said we appreciate your business. Totally useless beds. Weak is an understatement. Been coming here for 3 years and they always kept up on changing the bulbs. The ones now have to be from last year. I was told t get were recently changed. If so they put in last years old bulbs back in I was there the day last year when they changed the bulbs and there is no mistaking new for old.  I did the highest level full time 3 times and same with my friend. This spa closed, remodeled, and reopened last year with more services and better energy: warm and friendly. Prices are still moderate and the staff are all skilled professionals, eager to please their clients.   I had a luxurious pedicure (and a return "fix") from Mandy, with all the extras: foot soak, hot stone massage, warm towel wraps done with care.  This week I had full leg & face wax, done by Dana.  She worked skillfully and gently and checked in with me to be sure I was completely happy.  I honestly feel more pampered here than at much fancier (and pricey) spas I've gone to. (looking at you, Pyara) A visit to Soleil is a genuinely pampering spa experience.  I also found the Irish receptionists to be quite friendly and responsive.I will definitely be back! Read Less

How does a 50 dollar manicure completely peel off after just two days? If you go to this salon and have a nail tech you love don't get comfortable. I have been going to this salon about once a week for three years. It has only recently become like a revolving door, which should tell you something about the management. This used to be a wonderful place. I have brought in countless friends and have spent a lot of my money here. I used to see an amazing nail tech who quit because of the new management. After she went everyone else half decent started dropping like flies. Within the last 6 months I have had to go in once and sometimes twice in a week to fix poorly done gel manicures. Every time I would come in to get my nails fixed I sensed the staff felt it was an inconvenience for them to fix my nails as if I weren't being inconvenienced by having to go back in. Still I had been coming here for so long that I kept giving this place my business. The final straw was when I called ahead to ask if it was ok for me to come in and was rushed off the phone by the manager. When I came in I was refused service by one of the techs, essentially because I didn't like the color he chose. He couldn't understand that I just wanted the color I originally had. I was willing to pay and the place was completely empty. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. After three years of being such a loyal customer I expected better service. If you're looking for a one time thing this place is fine. If you're looking for a salon to come to regularly I'd save your time and money and go someplace else. This salon really disappointed me. The staff were aggressive and unfriendly the entire experience and the man who did my acrylic nails was very rough. He also cut me TWICE which is really dangerous. He didn't apologize either time but actually laughed once. He did not clean the area and when I looked down at my nails I had blood on two fingers. I had an awful experience at this place on November 29, 2017. I wanted my nails to be perfect for the upcoming event on December 2. The receptionist was very nice and cooperative. I had only 1,5 hours and she said it was no problem to do Gel mani-pedi four hands. Pedicurist was a friendly young man except for being a specialist. Kim (I guess, her name was Kim, she is an administrator) did my hand nails in the beginning and the man finished them with the polishing. I looked carefully at my nails when paying for the service USD 75 + tips (NB: way above the market price) and did not like several nails which had strange fingerprints. I mentioned this to the receptionist and she offered to fix them, my schedule permitting. I thanked her and left the salon. When I looked at my nails in the evening I was shocked. The polish literally started to decay. Several fingers were left without polish! And we are talking about gel manicure that is supposed to stay for more than 2 week. The pedicure was also far from being perfect. It had a lot of white spots around edges. I came back to the salon the next day and asked for the reimbursement. Administrator was rude, telling me that it was my problem that I was in rush and that they do not reimburse for the service provided. The only thing they could do was fixing the problem. In my case it meant doing the manicure from scratch again. I told her that did not want to do mani-pedi at this place again, plus I did not have time this week anyway. As a result, they did not give my money back, referring to their policy which is, by the way, is not written anywhere. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this place to anyone. Good place for mani-pedi as well as waxing. I have done spray tan but I prefer a different place for that. They have several packages and it's a fun and relaxing atmosphere. I have been a customer for a few year, now. Making an appointment is better, but walk-ins are welcome as well. I never experienced the rudeness people are talking about and as of lately, I'm actually more pleased with the service than in past years. The receptionists are welcoming and knowledgeable. I think it's important that as clients we also are kind to the employees. I've witnessed some rudeness from clients sometimes!! Anyway, great service all around. I think some of the negative reviews on here are from before the new management.I just had an acrylic & gel manicure with Andy, pedicure with Brian, spray tan with Rachel on my first venture to Soleil. Andy was fantastic and it was his first day at Soleil, I would have thought he was there forever! Brian was amazing and the hot stone foot massage was dreamy. Rachel was running the show and doing a great job of handling everything. I had  my first spray tan with Rachel and she made me feel so relaxed and walked me through the whole thing very professionally. Best of all was the great conversation with Laura and they ordered me an Uber so that my tan would not streak on walk home in the rain. This place is great! The energy is fun and friendly. So I went a second time and thought maybe ill try again since I live near by but the same response. Went to get a simple shellac manicure on 4/25/17.  2 days later one of my fingers swelled up horribly, almost lost sensation in my finger tip!  Went to the doctor's and immediately I was told that my finger was infected, that my cuticles were cut too deep!  Don't know if their equipment wasn't properly disinfected or what, but evidentially something occurred (and no I did not injure my finger myself)!  Went back to show them what had happened and what my professional doctor had said and they acted dumbfound (well, maybe it wasn't an act- dumb a$$e$)!  :-(  But instead implementing some sort of customer service, they just DENIED, DENIED and DENIED and this was coming from the so call "manager".  Well, least to say I will not be going back there for NOTHING! I would give this place zero stars if I could- but not for the technicians- the owner is to blame.  The pedicure and manicure are decent and nothing special, you definitely feel like they are mechanically doing your feet but it is clean and good color selection- but the owner is a cheat.  My friend gave me two gift certificates for my birthdays to get a pedicure.  I had not used them in a year or two but there was no expiration date on them so I thought there wouldn't be a problem.  My husband and I had a date night and we decided to get pedicures, and my husband got a manicure to boot.  When I went to pay (cash only..new policy) they couldn't ring up my gift cards.  They called another location and found out that the balances on the cards were $1 and $0 respectively instead of the $28 and $35 that they were worth.  The manager then called the owner.  Not only did they not accept the gift cards and realize that their system was incorrect, they made it seem like I was lying and cheating them.  I had to pay cash and was told they would try to go into the system and figure it out and would call me back the next day.  They never callex me and when I called and had to leave a message, never got a call back. I visited the old town branch yesterday for a deluxe pedicure with parrafin wax treatment. The young lady who attended me was very sweet , however , I did think she could of done with some more guidance and support from a more experienced beautician. Unfortunately, although I was told it was ok to put my shoes back on after the treatment, I wore flip flops for another 15 minutes before doing so. On returning home , I was disappointed to see that both large toenails from each foot had stuck to my socks peeling off the varnish. I also must mention the experience could of been better, if the dog from the downstairs hairdressers, hadn't started howling and barking , and sounding quite distressed, during what should of been , a relaxing hour. I've been going here for tanning since I moved to South Boston in September. I have never had a complaint for the months I went in and used the tanning membership. I went to do a regular mani. My nail technician didn't speak any English, she made me bleed several times when she was trying to remove my cuticles, and she didn't even shape or paint my nails well. You practically have to shout to be acknowledged by the receptionist, who is much more interested in her phone or literally anything that isn't helping customers. But beyond that, this is the worst place for waxing I've ever been to in 15 years of getting my lip & brows done. I could actually feel her ripping my skin - photo included. The nail tech who worked with my nails did a pretty good job on my acrylics. That said, I took a star off because her nails were so sharp that she accidentally cut one of my cuticles open and it bled a little bit, but I don't think this is a usual occurance. I definitely recommend them. I came in as a walk-in and they sat me down for a manicure within 10 minutes. They are very nice and accommodating to their clients! The nail techs are all solid, but here's the rub: the people at the front desk can be incredibly rude and unhelpful. I always get the sense I'm putting them out by asking for an appointment. On one occasion I requested my regular nail tech for an upcoming appointment and asked if she was available. The receptionist didn't know and when I asked if she could find out and call me back, she said, "I'll be honest, I'm probably not going to call you back." Points for honesty if not for customer service? On another occasion I scheduled an evening appointment and gave my phone number when I booked. When I showed up at the appointed time, I was told I was "really late." The woman at the front desk had confirmed 7pm on the phone 5 hours earlier and then must have mistakenly written a different time in the book. She said she had called me but I had no missed calls or messages. Okay, mistakes happen. Maybe she wrote down the wrong time and the wrong number, but it was an hour before close--could someone fit me in? No. She didn't even ask a tech, didn't try to help rectify what was definitely her scheduling error. Just classic unhelpfulness. There are a ton of decent nail places in the city, and I'll be going to those regularly in the future, or at least until Soleil gets better people to work at the front desk. It's a shame since the nail techs are talented and nice, but it's not worth the unreliability and bad attitude when scheduling. Read Less

I am a frequent customer and I usually get gel manicures, sometimes pedicures as well. The women who work here are all very friendly and they all do a good job. My gel manicure consistently lasts longer when I get it done here vs other spots in Boston-usually lasts a full three weeks before chipping. The prices are a few dollars higher than some spots in back bay and beacon hill, where there is more competition, but I do feel they do a better job than most. They sometimes do three coats with a lighter color. One time, my nail chipped the day after because it has dried properly. They fixed it no question asked, and were very polite. So I go into get my nails done and the color I had the young lady couldn't find. So when I told her the name of the the color she asked me... And this is the truth. "Am I calling her a liar?" I stopped and asked her were she talking to me? And she said yes are you calling me a liar? I stopped and went to the receptionist. Told her I wanted someone else to do my nails because I wouldn't want her touching my nails. After that remark. Plus another lady went in after me and asked were they still taking customers. She says yes. And it was 6:50. So she comes back to me the only black guy wanting smooth hands to simply go to a work party the next day. They come back and tell me sorry were done for the day. But the woman after me who you can see in the picture that she is sitting down waiting to get her nails done. So they tell me that they are not taking anymore customers but they'll take her simply because I requested for another person to do my nails instead of that biased bad attitude young lady. There isn't much I could do but just write reviews on my experiences and so forth so what I'm going to do is I'm going on every website I can think of about this place and if you continue to go to this place good luck to you hopefully their customer service is one that I'm you satisfied with because right now I'm beyond pissed and disappointed I feel like you should not be able to talk to anyone any kind of way especially when they're paying you for your services they're paying you out of their pocket. This is the worst experience I've had since I've been in Massachusetts biased foul mouth employees. If you can't find the color then you go to an alternate color for me since I'm paying you almost $30 to do my nails. And the bad thing about it was the customers that are sitting in the chair in the picture were talking with one of the receptionist laughing so what I got mad about was they not only were talking about me in this situation but they were talking and a inside confidential submitted a grant so with that being said I would never ever ever come here again so I'm going to report them I'm going to call and report them as well and I am going to make sure that I get a lot of people to not go here just because their customer service is rude and they feel like they are obligated to take your money and give you crappy service and give you bad customer service and not do a good complete job. The only reason I still come here if they do an okay job with the nails but when I got the pedicure I got an infection and one of my toes so I slipped it under the rug and I let it heal for 2 months and I went to someone else for a pedicure and not them they're good it nails that bad at feet. So with that being said let me go on to the next to show how upset disappointed I am that a place that's right down the street from me is being biased kicked me out and would not service me because she couldn't find the color that I wanted so no one go here no one go here again and no one go here. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my trip to Soleil salon. The first time I visited the salon to have gels done, my nails were uneven and the nail technician did a great job filing my nails. The second time I went in, I had a different nail tech and she did an equally amazing job. I am in the midst of a terrible nail experience! I have a wedding this weekend so I came to get a French pedicure and French gel manicure.  I rarely get manicures or fake nails so I was having trouble explaining what I wanted for my manicure and the woman at the front desk was so rude and kept using terms I told her I don't understand because k never get fake nails. She told me to discuss it with the nail technician, but she had a very thick accent so I couldn't understand her explanation either. The receptionist should be able to explain their services enough to sell them! While I was getting my pedicure and reading all the bad Yelp reviews about the gel manis, I decided to skip the manicure.Then, when I looked down at my pedicure, I saw that the polish did not cover some white spots on my toenails...it would have been nice for the technician to mention that wouldn't be covered, since That was obviously the point of my pedicure. So now, an hour later, I am out $33, and I need to go buy polish and paint my fingernails and redo my toenails. And the technician is insisting I sit here and let my toes dry even though I told her I'll be redoing as soon as I get home.I definitely won't be back here for nails. Read Less

I am surprised to see the negative reviews here, I go there frequently and always have a good experience. They're super nice, can usually take you with little to no wait, and the massage chairs are a nice added perk. I will also say that the pedicures from here last longer than anywhere else I've ever gone: 3+ weeks and I spend lots of time walking in heels, running, and generally subjecting my pedicures to all kinds of torture. I keep returning to Soleil as if there will be something new or better. Each time is just as disappointing as the last. I think this time I'm giving up on the convenience of the location to save myself the trouble!I have already resolved to not get Gel manicures here because I have been stuck with too many over priced sloppy jobs on my nails for a week (not 2, never 2). However, Central Sq is really lacking in the nails department and I needed a desperate pedicure so I returned. In general, the pedicure is okay. The loss of stars comes from the complete lack of clean up on my heels and calluses. The polish looks good but I know I'll still be hiding my feet because I have some major calluses from summer walking. The prices lose another star. I went in for a wax and left before any service because they were SO RUDE. There was nobody at the front desk when I got there so I took a seat. Someone was having an issue with the tanning bed and was talking around trying to find someone to help her. When she found the person who was supposed to be at the desk the woman argued with her, went to the desk, didn't fix the issue, and disappeared again knowing there was still an issue. The people were very nice, but they painted in thick layers that made it hard to dry. When they brought me to the dryers they never told me how long they should dry and I think one of the UV lights were broken. When I got home one hour later two of my nails on my left hand smudged as I tried to untie my shoes and as I tried to fix the nail it completely rubbed off my nail in one thick glop. They also used a fan to dry my nails in between each coat which creates bubbles of air between the layers, so now I have little bubbles of air in my nail polish. I'm pretty disappointed at how easily my nails got ruined and I probably won't be coming back. Read Less

I always get a gel manicure they always do a good job and I like that when I go in for a walk in they are always available to do my nails. I have tried the tanning but it's not that good I tried the mystic spray tan came out blotchy. And I have tried the stand up booth tan level 3 I believe and I never noticed and tanning on me. The manicure was sloppy, and the manicurist was snippy. She tore up my cuticles so much they hurt for days, and she still didn't manage to get them all. She barely filed my nails, and complained when I asked her to even out the sharp angles she'd left. I had to go elsewhere to get my nails fixed -- no way was I going to take my chances again here.The choice of colors was not very large, the space was not pleasant, and the price was $2 more than the place closer to my house elsewhere in Cambridge. I've been a few times now for pedicures. The foot care and polish have been good in all cases, sanitary practices are nicely evident, the space itself is inviting and comfortable (nice new massage chairs!), and everyone is friendly. For the Boston area, prices are competitive.  4/5 because even with reservations well in advance, they've mis-managed group visits twice: once inexplicably putting two of us on one side of the pedi room, which has rows of chairs facing each other, and the remaining one of us on the other side; and another time, not starting one of our pedis until the other one was basically done. I also had one 5-star massage portion of the visit, and two 2-star massages, but I'm not confident enough to correct while it's in process so that's my fault too :) Recommended! Worst manicure I've ever had... Ever. The manicurist did not massage my hands, didn't come close to painting my entire nail, and tried to force me into giving her a $5 tip. She was clearly rushing and it showed in the manicure. 4 of my nails are already chipped and it hasn't even been 24 hours. Definitely not worth $14. You can get much better elsewhere for less! Not very impressed with this place. Today I paid $33 plus tip for a shellac French manicure by Kim. I went at around 2pm on a Friday because I thought that there would be few clients and the manicurist would be able to dedicate sufficient time to my manicure. Although there were very few clients and nobody waiting, Kim rushed through the manicure and didn't even file my nails property. When she was done, I had to go back to ask her to remove a piece of string that had gotten caught in the nail polish of one of my nails, as well as remove some bubbles on a couple nails. I also pointed out that some of the white tip had run into the pink polish on one nail. She explained to me that that white coloring was actually my nail's own mis-coloring. Even though I was convinced that wasn't the case, I decided to cut my losses and leave.When I got home, I filed my nails, as she had left many with jagged edges, and peeled off the excess shellac that was covering my fingertips.Finally, as you can see in the photo, she didn't finish the white tips on my nails property. A virgin to the world of spray tan, I decided to give it a try. I am one of those white people with an eerie ghostlike complexion, not unlike a stale marshmallow or glow in the dark silly putty.  My fabulous cousin is getting married in two days and when it came to my spooky epidermis, I just wanted to take the "edge off". Standing under the fluorescent lights in front of the mirror at Soleil Tan and Spa was my first rude awakening. After having two kids and a Christmas full of chocolates shaped like pagan winter items and delicious gingerbread cookies, I looked a bit like the marshmallow mentioned earlier- but I took a deep breath and ventured on, determined to look beautiful and bronzed for the upcoming wedding. The quiet young woman who sprayed me was as pleasant and polite as can be expected when your job is to spray an orange stain onto naked pale people. She couldn't mask her laugher at my (charming) naivety when it comes to the spray tan experience. I learned that a spray tan involves a lot of goosebumps (not in a good way) and quite a bit of attention to detail in the crotch area (not in a good way). After a few angry directions at me to turn left ("the OTHER left!") I stepped out of the claustrophobic misty cage that was my tanning booth.The polite angry woman directed me again to the harsh realities of the full length mirror before me. I was forced to look again at my unclothed postpartum body (ok, it's been over a year postpartum-SEMANTICS people) under the brutal fluorescent lights.  This time, I was slightly more tan (just as I wanted) and the shower cap I was made to wear had been blasted back to the crown of my head by the powerful spray tan device (which by the way had resembled the backpacks the Ghostbusters wear). The shower cap looked a bit like a mushroom cloud atop a tall, tan (cellulite-ridden) mountain. Kaboom. When I came to the front to pay, a young woman with a bowl cut looked at me with disdain. She had one of those bowl cuts that has come back into style just to show people like me I'm too old to get away with one. She was not amused by my earnest question about whether or not I was supposed to swallow during the spray tanning process. She rolled her eyes and said "you'll be fine." Will I? Read Less

DON'T COME HERE!!! $42 for a mani and pedi for less than a half hour for the whole process. I've never felt so rushed out of a salon in my life. I was never asked if the water temperature was okay or even if I was happy with the service.  I'd understand if there was a wait but there was NOBODY!!! My manicurist hurried me off to a dryer and went off to chat with her friends.  Never once checking with me. Get your money's worth elsewhere.  I'll never come back again. I have lived in South Boston my whole life and there has never been a decent tanning and nail salon until Soleil. I disagree with a lot of these reviews, the receptionists are very helpful and my nails always come out perfect. I have never had any problems. Read Less

I went spray tanning here (my first time ever) and will not be back again. The girl at the front desk seemed stand-offish and wasn't very welcoming. When I told her it was my first time spray tanning, she did take some time to go over the procedure, but I felt as if I was bothering her by asking follow up questions.    The machine doesn't beep or talk when you are supposed to turn, which was a little confusing and inconvenient.You also only turn twice (other places you turn up to 4 times) so I'm not sure if the coverage is as good as it could be. There was plenty of hair bets, but only 1 towel, and nothing to put down to protect your feet. For $25 this definitely felt like a bad deal. Won't be back again. Read Less

I'm not surprised that almost every person on yelp is complaining about lack of customer service from the "receptionists." They are ALWAYS RUDE and completely lack customer service. I have been a customer of this salon since they opened and I'm finally making the decision to take business elsewhere. Sally is the only good nail tech. I got an eyebrow wax and someone walked in and left the door open in the middle of my wax. When I told the rude front desk girl she replied with "What do you expect? It's a $12 eyebrow wax." Wow! Never going back. I have been going to this salon regularly for a shellac manicure and pedicure since late July. I think I've been deluding myself up until now considering it's close proximity to my apartment. The attitude from the girls behind the front desk (never seen the same one twice) is lacking to say the least. They are far from attentive and seem put out whenever a customer approaches. Sorry to interrupt your facebooking and netflix ladies but your lack of professionalism and manners is abhorrent.It doesn't get much better from there. I've had 4-5 different employees who have given me my shellac mani and/or pedi. It always feels rushed and with very little attention paid to the customer or their work. They frequently don't let the remover sit on your nails long enough before hacking away at it. My fingers always feel raw after all is said and done. Constantly wincing is not how I want to spend my appointment. They practically toss your hand back at you after applying a layer of polish. Despite all of these unpleasant factors I ALWAYS leave a good tip. I'm sick of tipping for getting my fingers ripped apart. My roommate who would go with me has had her shellac nail chip after 2-3 days, hardly worth the money. My visit tonight was the last straw. On every website I could find, this spa indicates it is open until 7pm. I specifically kept this in mind one day after work when I needed a quick tanning session before going on vacation. I got out of work late and headed here on the bus. I walked in at 6:40pm, open the door, saw a receptionist and went to walk over to her. I was stopped and another woman just says, "Sorry we're closed." I proceed to say, "Oh, I'm sorry, I was under the impression you closed at 7:00pm?" She rudely said, "No, we're closed." She didn't ask me what I needed or if maybe I wanted to make an appointment for the next day. I was turned off by her general attitude and lack of customer service. The false advertisement about the closing time was frustrating. Had I known I would be turned down for service, I would have planned accordingly and went somewhere else a bit earlier. I used to live in Southie, and this was my nail spot. A friend was in from Florida for a wedding, so we made appointments for the day before. I got a mani/pedi, the other girls just got manis.First off: the pedis here are still great. The atmosphere is relaxing, and they really do a good job on my feet. However, I was really displeased with my mani here. I felt VERY rushed - there was no hand massage, and my nails were painted very quickly. In fact, I was finished about 10 minutes after my friends, who again had just gotten manis. After I came out of the salon, I saw that a terrible job had been done on my cuticles. They are half pushed down, and the polish doesn't meet the skin at all. The next day, it even looked like I had the mani done a week ago, that's how much space there was between the polish and skin. This mani looks so bad it only lasted a few days before I had to strip it off.If I'm in the neighborhood, I may consider getting a pedi, but I'll have my combo done elsewhere. Read Less

Hey guys. Can you believe we have this new awesome salon in Southie? Just went there this weekend and I loved it. They have everything in one location. I went in a great tanning high tech bed. The machine talks and mist you. I got unbelievable color. Never got this color anywhere else. I even heard they got the spray on tan. Maybe I'll try that next time. What I loved the best was their nail services. When I say unbelievable pedicure services, I mean unbelievable. I was in my own private room (you can bring a friend to do a pedicure in the same room). It wasn't the assembly line salon!!! Best massage chair, not just the vibrating stufff, it really massages. They girl I had was super nice. She actually tried to have a conversation with me. I am very picky about my french ped and mani. She did it exactly the way I wanted it done. Not like the other places around here. I just had my eyebrow and lip waxing done on Newbury St, but at Soleil they do it also. I am going to have it done there next time. My new one stop place from now on. Love it :>. Read Less
