Terrible experience I had today. Not sure if it was due to being Friday the 13 or that this place is just terrible. My sister, daughters and granddaughter each went to get mani and pedicures. I had requested a deluxe pedi, you assume they would have taken me first considering it’s an hour and 30 minute treatment. Instead I end up sitting at the spa chair with no technician. While everyone in my party is getting their nails done. By the time they get to me, my daughter’s pedi was done and my sister had moved on to her manicure. I ended just getting a regular mani and pedicure to make sure we all leave at the same time. My 25 yr old daughter pays the owner for her nails and for my granddaughter’s nails then tells me she will head to VS. Few minutes go by the owner ask me if I’m paying for my 15yr old daughter’s nails and my granddaughters nails. She tells her employee in English which I found interesting it wasn’t in her native language. “You need to collect payment!” I’m confuse and text my 25 yr old daughter that she forgot to pay for my granddaughter’s nail. She quickly returns and asks if everything was ok. The Asian owner dismissive just brushes her off. My only response to that maybe she didn’t realized she had already paid for both her nails and my granddaughter’s nails ( $15 to just polish nails no cut or filing my 7yr old nails). Very shady if you ask me.

I don’t normally write reviews, but felt obligated this time. I got an infection on one toe from a pedicure I got here. The infection was obvious the day after my pedicure. The right side of my toe was red, sore and swollen. I gave it a week, since I had never gotten an infection from a pedicure before, and it became painful to walk on. When I went to touch it, yellow pus came out. I had to go to the doctor and get an antibiotic. This place isn’t very sanitary.

If I could get my money back I would! She did such a rush job, she cut my finger twice the second one you can’t see in the picture because she painted over it, my nails are crooked, and when I told her to paint just the tips with the sparkly color she said she was going to charge me an extra five dollars because that’s French. I have always gotten my nails done at multiple different salons A colored tip painted and they have never charged me ever because French tip they put white tips for your nails not do a regular acrylics and paint it white tip. So I just wasted $43 to be extremely upset with my nails. Biggest mistake ever do not go here!!!!

Terrible job. Went there two times, first time was okay. The second time, absolutely terrible. My first time going there, I went to take off my acrylics and she just chopped them off, ripped off half of my pinky nail, and left my thumb nail bleeding and while giving me a mani after taking off my acrylics, made me bleed. My second time going there, put on acrylics, she messed up my nail shape totally and put on the polish very sloppily. They were supposed to be the “pointy-type” nails but they just looked circle-y. I had to fix them myself at home because they were that bad. Don’t recommend going there.

To start with, the front desk lady was a complete mess. Extremely unprofessional and just naturally rude and mean, she made me have a horrible time since the moment I stepped in. I had an appointment at 7:30 and left the place at 8:45 (only went in for a quick regular manicure). The person who did my nails was nice (but didn't do a great job with the nail polish, I think I can personally do just as well or even better). And to make my experience even more tragically funny, I had to venmo them because their credit card system was broken. Never going back here again, would never recommend to anyone.

I went on Monday and had a pedicure , very nice girl she was pleasant . Then I asked to have a manicure I explained to the girl that I had powder & it needed to be taken off . For some reason the manager/owner came over and let me tell u she is the rudest person . She took out one of the tools they use and proceeded to rip the color I had on my nails . Then she butchered my nails cutting them to the point they bled , they r uneven and chipped . The girl who did my pedicure then came over to finish the manicure , I was so upset and she was trying her best to keep me calm . She proceeded to tell me I am sorry they are very short I will put on a coat of clear hardener . But I am unable to put on a color . Needles to say I Imediately went over to the manager screaming she ruined my nails and they are to short uneven and chipped on the sides . She was like well u had powder on it was hard to get off and I even needed to use my nails to get the color off of you . The meanest person I ever needed to deal with . Over priced 1st time there and my last time . Please be ware you may have the same issues .If I had the same girl for both pedi & manicure I would have given a 4 . But because of the manager I gave a 1. Do not let the manager give you a pedi or a manicure .

The owner is HORRIBLE. She treats her employees so poorly it's disgusting AND I've witnessed her pocket her employees tips while she watches Netflix and eats chips the whole time. NEVER HAND HER THE TIPS. Give them directly to the person who does your nails. She also makes each employee use a timer to make sure they don't spend any extra time on a client. HORRIBLE!!!!

She's honestly great at what she does and my nails looked amazing after!! I noticed no one ever writes good reviews for this nail salon so I decided to try it out but it's not bad at all! Workers are great, but the manager is extremely rude. Called ahead around 6 pm. and she told me she won't need my name cause there is no wait. I walk in less than 10 minutes later and she says there is a half hour wait and to put down my number, which is why I called but it was okay. She calls me after a half hour, and then has me wait in the chair for about 40 minutes. I could have at least still been shopping in the mean time. She then says they are completely booked for the night.

Hello people of google reading my review I have many many many reasons to be giving the nail salon a one star. If it were possible to give 0 stars I would . First off the owner there is incredibly rude never in my life have I came across to someone so rude as her. Second off they always rush you out so they do the nails pretty bad. Third off I was getting a mani and they did one of my nails wrong and when I told her if she can fix it she said no that she already finished. That is very very unprofessional. Fourth off the owner doesn't even do my nails good she messed it up. Fifth my acrylic nail was not straight and I asked if she could fix it and she said no. So in conclusion I recommend no one to go to that salon mostly if you're in a rush. Thank you for reading this

This is the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. The person that is the manager or owner has NO customer service skills. She is the most unfriendly and unattentive person. The ONLY reason why I come here is because it's close to work but otherwise I don't recommend it. I waited to get a pedicure and was left with the foil on for ages and had to ask for someone to come back to take them off because I had to leave for a meeting. The request was ignored and the person who had started working on me left to help a customer that arrived later. I said I had to leave because I was in a rush and that was ignored. After waiting another 10 minutes I said: "I will wait for someone to take the foil off and then leave because I have a meeting." The owner or manager or whatever she is proceeded to tell me "oh you're not gonna do it, but you still have to pay for it" at which point I was shocked and said "I will pay for whatever it costs to get this part done" and she proceeded to look at me with an unpleasant look. I so don't want to come back here but if I do again, it's only because the actual nail technicians are great, super nice and friendly but the owner/manager is the worst. I hope she works on her customer service skills.

I always enjoy getting my feet taken care of, as It's very important for health. I have never run into any problems at this location. The staff except for some of the ladies at the front desk, (some don't seem that they want to be there) are great. Each time I have gone in the past, the ladies who do my feet have been very friendly and professional. Its indeed worth the money, but the desk staff needs training on their front desk manner. All and all I am only giving four stars instead of 5 due to the front desk, but other then that I would give 5 stars

Despite reviews, I went to Coco Nail & Spa and I was impressed. They took me right in at 5p, there was a large selection of polishes. The pedi stations appeared clean and comfortable. The service was good with a cheese grater foot scrub. They are timer so exactly 30 minutes, good for further lunch breaks. I recommend the salon, no issues.

I will never be back to this place, Owner has no customer service skills. She's rude to even ask what you're coming in for. I was there waiting for 45 minutes, just for the owner to tell me, "Sorry we can't do your nails today!" with no sympathy, no apology. Mind you, she sucks to do nails. cuts you doesn't like for you to correct her on what you want. She's just a nasty person, I would rather this place shut down and someone else comes in that's going to value people hard earned money. Not just take people money and treat it as another bang for their pockets. I will never recommend anyone here even though they do a great job. The way this Owner treats people is beyond me on how she is running a business!

Terrible experience I had today. Not sure if it was due to being Friday the 13 or that this place is just terrible. My sister, daughters and granddaughter each went to get mani and pedicures. I had requested a deluxe pedi, you assume they would have taken me first considering it’s an hour and 30 minute treatment. Instead I end up sitting at the spa chair with no technician. To start with, the front desk lady was a complete mess. Extremely unprofessional and just naturally rude and mean, she made me have a horrible time since the moment I stepped in. This is the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. The person that is the manager or owner has NO customer service skills. She is the most unfriendly and unattentive person. The ONLY reason why I come here is because it's close to work but otherwise I don't recommend it. The owner or manager or whatever she is proceeded to tell me "oh you're not gonna do it, but you still have to pay for it" at which point I was shocked and said "I will pay for whatever it costs to get this part done" and she proceeded to look at me with an unpleasant look. I so don't want to come back here but if I do again, it's only because the actual nail technicians are great, super nice and friendly but the owner/manager is the worst. I hope she works on her customer service skills.

I always enjoy getting my feet taken care of, as It's very important for health. I have never run into any problems at this location. The staff except for some of the ladies at the front desk, (some don't seem that they want to be there) are great. Each time I have gone in the past, the ladies who do my feet have been very friendly and professional. Its indeed worth the money, but the desk staff needs training on their front desk manner. All and all I am only giving four stars instead of 5 due to the front desk, but other then that I would give 5 stars

Despite reviews, I went to Coco Nail & Spa and I was impressed. They took me right in at 5p, there was a large selection of polishes. The pedi stations appeared clean and comfortable. The service was good with a cheese grater foot scrub. They are timer so exactly 30 minutes, good for further lunch breaks. I recommend the salon, no issues.

I will never be back to this place, Owner has no customer service skills. She's rude to even ask what you're coming in for. I was there waiting for 45 minutes, just for the owner to tell me, "Sorry we can't do your nails today!" with no sympathy, no apology. Mind you, she sucks to do nails. cuts you doesn't like for you to correct her on what you want. She's just a nasty person, I would rather this place shut down and someone else comes in that's going to value people hard earned money. Not just take people money and treat it as another bang for their pockets. I will never recommend anyone here even though they do a great job. The way this Owner treats people is beyond me on how she is running a business!

The best nail salon in Montreal! The crew is so nice and very friendly. I've been going to them now for atleast 6 years now.
