My name is Judith P. I have been going to V&V for several years now and they are terrific! I get manicures and pedicures and they are always great. Have worked with Lee, Sam and Vanessa. If I spoil a nail, they always fix it. If something interrupts an an appointment I have made, they are willing to change it for me. I recently got the new "powder" method for my nails and it is great. With a regular manicure, I'm not careful enough and end up chipping some of the polish, but this new method is really wonderful. My first experience with V&V Nails was when I got my nails done for my birthday. I was so amazed by how well their customer experience was. Considering I am a very picky person when it comes to my nails, my nails have never looked this good. Any time I have any issues with the way things look, he is always more than happy to fix the problem. He makes sure all his customers leave so happy, no matter what. 10 Stars! I’ve been going to this salon for 11 (!!) years this month, and I vouch for these folks. Started with Lee, then once she half-retired, switched to Sam (nails) and Vanessa (pedi). Amazing guys. Sam is trained in CA, very fashion- oriented, knows all modern trends and techniques, extremely detail-oriented and skillful. I love the fact that you can talk to these guys, and they hear you, understand what you want. I spend a part of a year in Miami, and I can compare the quality of service / product between these two places - and usually I cannot wait to rush back to Lee and Sam to get my nails get fixed to perfection. Love the people there, but just not that good.  I've had nails done and never really that happy with them, but their hours are good.  She told me it would be $50 so I said okay and came in (though I was short on funds with an upcoming wedding that weekend).  I get there and she shows me the lashes for the $50.00 - they were the lashes you pay a couple of dollars for at the local CVS (Duralash Eyelash Set).  She then showed me the permanent lashes and said she would do that for $100 rather than the $150.  I choose the permanent because I was not paying $50 for the package I could buy at the stores for less than $5.00, and when she was done, they were spaced out, glue stuck to the tips of some of them, some turned the wrong way.  I wear glasses and so I couldn't see them very well without glasses and the frame of my glasses made it difficult to see how bad it was until I got home and showed my family.  I was too embarrassed to say how much I paid for them as it was the worse eyelash job I've ever had - much worse than my own doing which I'll be doing myself today to make it through the wedding I'm going to tomorrow.  Never, never, never get your eyelashes done there. Lovely people, but unfortunately I got a staph infection (really REALLY bad news folks- spent my weekend in the ER with a heavily swollen foot and needed IV antibiotics because the oral antibiotics weren't strong enough to kill the infection)...the place is cluttered and feels dirty, and unfortunately one of the nail folks is a bit inexperienced.  She cut into a blister on my foot and then had me put my foot back in the water beneath me- crisis begins...extremely scary and some of the worst pain I've ever had in my life.  I will be very careful before ever getting a pedicure again.  And never from this place:( Read Less

I found this nail shop about two years ago which happened to be three months before my wedding. This place is small, but the services was fast and friendly. For my wedding I trusted Lee to do my eyebrows, she did an awesome job. Since then I only trust Lee to do my eyebrows. They have convenient hours and you don't need and appointment to get good service (well except on Sundays). I moved, but I still go back to see them. I always take my family there when they come to town.I would recommend this nail shop for anyone who have a busy life and need good service.  You will not be disappointed! Read Less
