I had a great experience in the salon. It was very relaxing and spa like. The woman who worked on my nails was very friendly and did a great job. I got a light pink color and unfortunately it turned yellow two days later. When you pay $37 for a gel manicure (which is on the high-end) you would expect it to last and not turn yellow. Very cute and clean place, but the manicure was the worst I have ever had. The manicurist wasn't looking as she cut my cuticles, so my fingers look like the victims of a massacre, on top of that she would notice them bleeding and still continue to cut into them. I repeatedly asked her to stop and she would keep returning to the same fingers over and over. It has been three days and I still have cuts. I had excellent service at Nails & Co. Just called in several minutes before and informed them i was coming in minutes after with a friend. For every appointment booked, a text message is sent as a reminder.  They did not have any menus where it shows what services they offered or even a price list. I was informed by the front desk that there wasn't much difference in the pedicure packages.  So i ended up getting the basic pedicure $43 and my friend got pamper me silly for $53. I noticed the only difference with both pedicures was different scrubs n a mask. Both of us started and ended the same time.  Pros: excellent service, technicians kept professionalism and did not chat amongst themselves,  lots of parking,  sanitized&packaged implements, clean sma, & takes all credit major cardsCons: no plastic lining for the pedicure bowls, (noticed they just rinse it after we were done), during the service you can smell the food eaten by the staff (smell of fish sauce), nail art was not an option, and not much variety on colors or brands. I really want to like this place but the quality of my first mani/pedi here was pretty bad, especially for the expensive price tag! I was in on a Friday, a day before a wedding, to get a mani/pedi with my mother. The pedi was great - I loved the set-up with the semi-private side-by-side spa chairs - the privacy was great and the atmosphere was calming and relaxing. The pedi itself was also pretty good and I liked that we didn't feel rushed at all. The mani was pretty basic - I've had more (wax peel, etc.) at cheaper places but overall it was fine. So why 2 stars? Well, while the experience was nice, the results didn't last at all! Within 24 hours (before I even was finished getting ready for the wedding!) 2 nails of polish had completely popped off. Now I'm not even talking they chipped, the polish completely just fell off the nail totally. By the next day (still less than 48 hours after the appointment) 8 of the 10 nails had completely popped off, 1 was chipped, and 1 was intact. I also noticed on my pedi (which my pedis usually last weeks!) 2 toes were totally off and 2 others were chipped already. I did go back to the salon the day after the wedding (Sunday) and the woman behind the desk did say she would credit my account for the mani and the next time I go it will be free (I hadn't noticed the pedi issues at this point.) This is very much appreciated and I hope I do find a time to go back and use the credit. My mom's mani/pedi have lasted so I'm not sure if it was the technician or the polish on mine but I was really disappointed. Read Less

I had a wonderful experience at Nails & CO. I signed up for a Pamper Me Silly Manicure and Pedicure and had a very peaceful and relaxing afternoon. The pedicure area is in the back (instead of the front like most nail salons). The lighting is dim and soothing, the music is light and relaxing. There are 2 pedicure spots per 'cubby' area with little curtains to maintain your privacy so you don't have to stare into the eyes of the person sitting in the 'cubby' across from you. The nail technicians are very friendly and respectful. The Pamper Me Silly treatment consisted of a lovely sugar scrub, leg mask, and massage for both my legs/feet and arms/hands. Recently got a Pump It Up mani/pedi at the Nails & Co in Burlington. They offer you a drink upon arrival and the pedicure was pretty good. I appreciated how clean and sterile the service was (they even use disposable foot files to buff out the heels). But my experience went downhill when they started my manicure. I didn't know when I called for the appointment that I needed to specify I wanted a French manicure. Since they run like a factory, they acted very inconvenienced by my request. The work station I was escorted to had some unidentifiable goop on it; I had to ask for a towel to clean it up myself. I was also really disappointed with the polish job. The white tips are all jagged. The nails looked OK at a glance, but (for the money) they should also look good up close. Not to mention there are air bubbles in the dried polish. Not worth the money. I paid $60 for a regular mani/pedi. The pedi was good- basic work but much like a spa treatment. The mani was horrible. The paint chipped within a day and it was uneven. You could clearly see the multiple layers. I'm used to paying half of what I did for much better service. Read Less

I love it there!! Clean..relaxing atmosphere and I get royal treatment every visit...I've been a regular for years and have gotten to know management very well...I'm on a first name basis when I call on the phone..they know my voice...haha. Great staff and the pedicure stations are in the back...very quiet and relaxing...the way they should be. Was there recently for my birthday...they pulled out all the stops...what a great day! I live within 5-10 minutes from various salons in my area...but I drive the 25 minutes for this place. Keep up the good work guys!! Read Less

My sister is due to be married the next day. We had to push back the appointment back and because of rain and traffic, arrived 15 minutes late. No one else was in the salon, but they refused to take our party of five and told us they could no longer accommodate us. Again, the salon was completely empty--there were NO other customers there.Needless to say, we can't recommend this place, and certainly cannot recommend it for people who need to get their nails done for high-profile events. The man at the counter was also quite rude about the whole matter. Luckily, our entire party WAS able to be accommodated at last minute at the Zen Nail & Beauty Bar on Main St in Woburn. After a recent visit. I will not be returning back!My mom and I treated ourselves to the TLC pedicure. It was def NOT worth the cost of $65I've had a better foot massage at other salons for less the cost then what I paid! The next day I had noticed what a horrible paint job they did. I then went back for a polish redo. I called at 1030 am to see if I could come right in. They told me they didn't have anything until 1:15. So when I did arrive at 115. They didn't end up taking me till after 130. After I was brought to a seat, and waited another 5 min or so The front desk guy had to remove my polish because the lady was still behind. It wasn't till after 2 she finally came over! after the 2nd time, they still did an awful polish job! Sorry but I will NOT be coming back! Read Less

Switched to their Beverly location when I resided in Manchester BTS, and now since I'm in Tewksbury I'very been at this location. I love their services and everyone that works there is awesome. Over priced for not a great job. I left there and my nails looked terrible. I was pissed, but I had been there for so long I couldn't handle complaining for them to fix. Tried this salon after reading great reviews. Pros: professional appearance and conduct of the staff. Nice overal atmosphere. Cons: I chose a color from the selection and was told it was so new I would have to purchase it. When I questioned it they suddenly produced a bottle for my use. The staff refused to address two customers who spoke in loud voices to each other during my entire pedicure. So much for the relaxing atmosphere. I requested callous removal and left with one heel rough and worse than when I started. Only one foot was massaged. At first I thought he would massage legs and come back to feet but was mistaken! Overall not a horrible experience but not worth the price point. And they are raising prices just in time for the holidays. Read Less
