Just left the salon and I’m so happy with my service! Got a classic mani-pedi for only $45. The service was quick. They’re very clean and attentive. Very friendly and easy to talk to. She kept making sure she wasn’t hurting me, and asked if I still liked the color, etc. I already have an appointment to come back in a couple of weeks! Definitely recommend this place. Read Less

The first time I came here, it took a little longer than my previous salon, but the nails seemed pretty good. The second time, it took an outrageously long time--over two and a half hours--and I had to reshape my own nails later. Terrible. But I thought it might have been a fluke; it was a different woman and I assumed she must have been temporarily helping out because she didn't know everything they had. I was wrong. Today I went in for my third time, hoping to have a better experience. The same woman did my nails as the second time, and it was even worse. Again, it took two and a half hours, but that's hardly the worst part: she kept catching my cuticles and fingers with her tools; she didn't bother to finish shaping my nails on my right hand, so they're halfway to pointy but with a square tip (pictured); she messed up the first top coat by RUBBING her finger all over my not-dry nails; she then buffed my cuticles raw, which left them bleeding (pictured); and my nails are lopsided (pictures).I don't know if they changed staff recently, since the ratings on here are so high, but, needless to say, I will never come back. I don't care if I can't find another salon in Boston that does dip powder. I'll switch back to acrylic if I have to. Read Less

The people at this place are very very rude.I came in in a great mood looking to get my nails done for the holidays/my birthday and left feeling horrible.I got my nails done here, and it didn't come out the way they showed it would. When I expressed this, they laughed and said I didn't understand how gel worked and I should have known better. They were absolutely not accommodating, and my nails came out looking horrible.I'm never going back here. The service and customer service were really poor. Read Less

In looove with little place! After my regular nails salon changed the ownership I was worried about finding same service/prices! This little gem has wonderful service and prices as every other nail salon!I like that they weren't pushy about other services (like when you ask for color only she go, whyyy get a mani pedi!) so comfy atmosphere nice people works there! Be mindful it's small place so when it get busy you have to wait to get started! Read Less
