My was there only reason I went there for eyebrows, she no longer works there I no longer have a reason to go there. LITERALLY THE WORST NAIL SALON I’VE EVER BEEN TOO!! I kid you not they’re so disrespectful and rude. I went there with my friends for some dip powder nails. First of all they’re more expensive than other places so you would think that they do a better job than other places. The staff is so ignorant, the place was not full at all and I had an appoint at 1:00. Half of the staff was not doing nothing so I literally had to sit until 2:00 until I was attended. As the lady was trying to take off the dip powder I had before she starts hurting me and I asked her to remove my nails with acetone and she says no and starts going on and on about how she doesn’t have time. And then She breaks my actual nail and cuts al of my other nails. The reason I’m pointing this out is because I had long nails and they were natural. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY NEVER COME BACK HERE EVER AGAIN. Read Less

I had the most worst customer service experience in my life at California Nails. They used a bad nail polish on my nails that is sticky and does not dry, the nail I had repaired fell apart. When I went back to have it repaired they made me wait over an hour and took people that came in after I came in. They did this on purpose to punish me for complaining. If that wasn't bad enough they tried to charge me again for their mistake. I would never return there. They kept talking in their language and looking at me. If you want the quickest manicure of your life, this is your place. I think they have it down to 4 minutes flat! I used to go there all the time, you know, your typical, average (not fancy) nail place in the hood, then stopped going as often. When I went in recently, I remembered why. I got a manicure and polish change on the toes. On the toes they didn't fully remove the nail polish I had, so I ended up with the new polish over the old polish. The polish itself did not last AT ALL. All of my nails chipped within 24 hours, on one nail it came off completely! I understand washing your hands etc can make the nail polish chip, but even my toes chipped too, and I left the salon in flip flops and was just home in slippers the next day. When I went in to get a refund, a free polish change, anything for my almost $30 down the drain, the lady was very rude and short and said polish on natural nails is not guaranteed once you go out the door "I don't know what you do!" were her exact words and told me I need to get gel polish instead.
