They don’t even deserve one star that’s how horrible they are! Please save your money they’re the absolute worse! They talk and act like they’re almighty and proper and better than everyone else! The person (guy) in charge is kind of rude to the employees and the employees are also rude and act like they don’t want to do their job or even be there. I got my nails done, a full set for $40 which is ridiculous because when I get a full set it’s usually $30 and it’s done properly and perfectly! Two nails broke the same day I got them done after like 6 hours! While doing my nails the guy tells me it’s $40 but then 10 minutes later proceeds to tell me he made a mistake and it’s actually $50 but because it’s me he’s giving me a discount and charging me $40 but the next time I come it’s going to be $50! That really irritated me first of all you don’t know me to just be giving me discounts like that that’s ridiculous and stupid! Second of all if your shop is going to charge freaking $50 for a full set, make sure to do a good damn job at it! Usually I love coming here and I'm sad that this experience was awful! My friend was getting married so we got a mani/pedi. The staff seemed miserable and a bit rude. Had a pretty terrible experience here yesterday. I expressed to the lady that my nails are very thin and my fingers are really sensitive so I would prefer that she'd go a little bit lighter with the sander and the file, she neglected to listen. She began to aggressively file my nail to the point that she filed my skin down and I began bleeding, when she finally realized she didn't say sorry, just simply disinfected it and went along and kept filing. On top of that, they were ...eating at the tables where they were doing clients nails and on their cellphones!? After the lady was done ignoring me the whole time and finished painting my nails she got up and walked away and began another client but left all my stuff underneath the new clients chair?! Later on, I was told the price for regular non-shellac acrylic nails was $45, which is actually pretty outrageous as it is between 30-35 at any other salon. After stressing that it said $35 on their website (I'm not cheap, it's just the law lol) she fought and said 45. So I in total paid $55 for a bad experience and less than nice nails. Won't be back. I no longer patron this salon.... due to one nail tech. I was a customer for several years and finally had enough. Tony was my tech. Although I had  appointments I had to wait...he always would have a customer in his chair knowing I was coming. There was a time I waited 45 minutes I didn't leave bc I was with other girls. The straw that broke the camels back was I had an appt. at 10:00 and arrived at 10:03 am and there he was doing another customer. The shop opened at 9:30. Two other tech were standing there ...why didn't they do that customer ???? He would always rush me more customers more tips !!?!?He messed up my nails the last month I was there...one time I was there just shy of 2 hours for a fill?!? I had enough!!! I decided to give them one more chance after destroying my nails twice before. I went in this evening for a birthday pedicure and they treated us like we wernt there. Finally got a seat and my feet came out worse then I went in. And they say they're just sat around playing different shoes on they're phones so we couldn't even talk while sitting side by side. I have been a few times to this place and always felt as though most of the staff are pretty rude. Last night I went in for a fill for my nails. I asked for acrylic fill with colour. the lady short hair with glasses told me a price and I was over charged at the cash when it was time to leave by another employee. She said they don't have acrylic only gel. The job was not even good, my nails are not filed even and the nails are not fully polished. Horrible horrible job. This is my first visit to this salon and I must say I am nothing short of impressed. This place is the epitome of clean! This is very important to me as I have had bad experiences in the past. Each pedicure tub had hygienic plastic liners, and each tool was opened from a new package. My nail artist Vien (Tony) was amazing!! He was very attentive and the massage was the best! Could not have found a better salon after moving to the area! Everyone is friendly & welcoming as soon as you walk in. Hygiene at salons is very important to me & I've witnessed how every client gets their own brand new mani/pedi kit (file, buffer, etc) which was what immediately made me pick this salon as my go to place permanently. Tried one other place up the street when I moved into town & it does not compare to Nails & Spa Club! Kayla is my lady, but anyone will welcome you & do a great job! Techs take their time & you don't feel rushed even if it's near closing time (Kayla has stayed open for me 2 or 3 times already over an hour past closing time which tells me they really value their customers). Visited this wonderful salon today for the first time & all I can say is wow! Amazing service! Total relaxation! Everyone was very helpful & they didn't mind that I was the last customer there. They didn't rush although it was closing time. My technician was Kayla who did an awesome job & offered a shoulder rub that was that was fantastic! My gel manicure & pedicure look absolutely perfect! They're always rude. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back after they charged me for a full manicure when I went for a refill. This time my shellac nails were ruined within 3 days and the woman argued with me that it's not there issue and refused to fix it. Apparently it was my fault for the colour I chose and EVERY light colour is meant to look cracked after 3 days.... Then she didn't speak to me but spoke to everyone else in Chinese(I'm sure about me) as she buffed it and threw my hands around - did not say a single word the entire time and then walked away when it was done. He gave me a heated pad for my neck, made my toes look great and gave a great foot massage. When he did my gel manicure, he took his time with every aspect and made my nails look great. I just started coming here, but every time has never been short of amazing! The atmosphere is very relaxing and they take their time making sure the nails are perfect! Ive never experienced a issue with them speaking in their native tongue too much in fact Im usually talking to them! I also have no idea what the person below was talking about in regards to being on a timer...I have never seen any timers and I have never personally encountered that or being rushed either.  They seem to be a clean place as well and they even give a mini back massage! I was recently there getting my nails done and I had a big argument with a lady (tall Asian lady, with short hair). She would not listen when I kept telling her I did not like the shape of my nails. Instead of responding with "don't worry I'll fix it" or "what is it you don't like", she preceded to roll her eyes and said I'm not done. I let her continue doing my nails until I could not sit there any longer. My sister went up to the lady and told her I don't like the nails. We... are willing to pay the nails now and get them fixed tomorrow. She said that was not allowed. I would have to pay $50 now for unfinished nails and $50 for redone nails. My sister became furious with them for giving horrible customer service and being rude. We paid and told them we will come back and get them redone. The lady laughed at us and said something in her language to other coworkers. We will not be going back to this place. I do not recommend anyone to go and be treated so poorly as a customer. First time I went for a mani pedi, decided to upgrade to shellac for my mani and regular for my pedi. The girls are nice, but sometimes service is lacking. They did just fine for the colour on my toes, and it came out looking great (but you have to work hard to mess that up). The shellac on my hands wasn't amazing however. The girl didn't seem to be very good at it beyond being able to put it on my nails. I opted for having a different colour on my ring finger and she en...ded up putting it on very thick in one area so it looked slightly lopsided after it dried. Then it ended up peeling within a week at the edges (I don't use my hands for a lot so it should have lasted a lot longer). I think the whole thing cost me between $60 to $70 so not worth it in the end. The second time I went I opted for the $40 mani pedi to give them a second chance on something easy. They did a good job, however after everything was done, I was left under the hand dryer with the girl not telling me how long I should sit there for. I asked her and she gave me this look like I should know and brusquely said ten minutes. Both times I've been in I feel like right when it gets to the end, they're not interested in helping you anymore since it's 90% done and they move onto another job. The only reason why I opted to write a review is that I ended up having to take the nail polish off my finger nails since my nails seem to be breaking and peeling easily. I have fairly strong nails and right now I've had to cut them down to the shortest they've been in a while. I'm obviously not 100% sure if it's because of their techniques there, but I would assume so. I will not be back. My recommendation to everyone: If you only wanna spend $40 doing a mani pedi and really don't want to do it yourself, KNT Nails is fine for that. I had an appointment for an acrylic fill and gel polish. Unfortunately I had to ask for the shape and length corrected several times (my nails were still different lengths with sharp corners when she was finished). The technician maybe was annoyed with me, and did a poor job with the gel polish, which was streaky. She skipped the base coat and less than 24 hours later the polish is peeling off. This whole experience cost me $36 before tip. I won't be back, and now have to pay for a new manicure some place else! Read Less

Took my 5 year old niece here a couple weeks ago and was happy with our services. I mistakenly didn't make an appointment and it was pretty busy but they accommodated us within 15-20 minutes. My niece is a bit antsy sometimes but was entertained here. They had a great selection of colors. Staff was super friendly and made us feel at home. Polish lasted longer than usual. I got the spa pedicure which was well worth the extra $10. I'm rarely in the Bridgewater area but when I'm with my niece I'll be sure to come back here. Read Less

I went there a few weeks ago for a full set of pink and white. I do not recall the name of the girl who did my  nails but I wasn't impressed with this place. The white line was smeared and there were little bubbles in the gel. when it was finished it looked like an amateur job but the worst part was after about a week in a half they started peeling off some of them almost came completely off. I was worried mold was going to grow.  I had to put bandaids on some of my fingers because my hair kept getting caught in them and I had to use tweezers to get them out. I have NEVER had that happen. I went to another place and had to pay another $35 just for them to fix it. I'm never  going to be going back there. This was my first visit, so I'm going to give it a 4 to start.After reading reviews here, and living in town, I decided to stop here because I was desperate for a pedicure, the reviews were solid, and I couldn't get to my usual place due to my crazy schedule for the next month.  I was taken and settled into a chair immediately.  I felt totally relaxed, and comfy the entire time.  I upgraded to the spa pedicure--because I'm a spoiled brat--and hands down, this was the best decision.  Between the regular cream, the scrubs, and the stones, I was given almost 30 straight minutes of massage!  YAY!  And it was awesome.Two things to note: 1.) Cleanliness: Stellar.  I witnessed each employee clean and sterilize the crap out of everything.  YAY!  2.) Customer Service: I picked a subtle sparkle to go over the main color and the woman providing my service stopped and offered another sparkle because she didn't think it stood out enough.  I really appreciate that!  While I stuck with my subtle sparkles, I think it's HUGE that she didn't think it made enough of an impact.  Additionally, when I checked out, she made a point of writing her name down on my punch card and introducing herself, which saved a potential "What's your name?" moment.I have a feeling I'll be back!Update: It doesn't matter who I get, every pedicure has been flawless.  I'm hooked. In Bridgewater, you have several choices in terms of nails.  By far, this place is the cleanest, friendliest, and most professional.  It's a very relaxing place.  The decor is really lovely and the place is very clean and very well kept.  Also, the prices are great.  It's a walk in place, but you can also call ahead.  A bunch of people work there, so you never have to wait for very long.  I'm so happy to have this great place in town! Being in a college town, there are a few nail places, but this is definitely the best. I get my eyebrows waxed here every few months and refuse to go anywhere else! They really start to get to know familiar faces and remember what you like. Great customer service. I have gotten pedicures a few times and they always come out perfect. Great place to go with your girlfriend's to get manicures/pedicures and relax. It's located right in the center of town, so very close for students. The gorgeous set up on the inside makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed, and it is VERY clean. (unlike a lot of the other nail places in town). You can make appointments, but i've never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a walk in. Students get a discount on all services. They also have a frequent customer card: after 10 visits gets $10 off.
