Went here exactly a week ago. Made my app for 7 didn’t get started till 745, they called and politely let me know there was a back up, which I understand but still annoying. I have had 2 nails fall off already. Not break, literally fall right off like some CVS nails. I paid $55 for a pink and white fill which didn’t end up good anyway, and lasted an exact week. I work 630 in the morning till 630 at night and this places hours were convenient as they are open till 9, but I will not be returning. They also rushed my friends pedicure, about 8 minutes total. Since iSpa opened, I have raved about their professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail.  NOT the case during my last visit. My sister and I made an appointment for Friday afternoon; we wanted a fresh mani/pedi for my bridal shower the following morning. From the moment we sat down, I felt like my nail tech (only male; no name tag) was trying to scheme us into paying more money for their services. He told me it would be $50. I shockingly asked when their prices had increased, as I have been here many times and never paid more than $35 total. He then gave me two more prices until i asked again WHEN their prices increased for a standard mani/pedi. Then all of a sudden it was $37. In the past I have always been offered a free beverage, received a nice firm massage of my feet, legs (with hot stone), and hands...I even got a neck massage after my service. This time I received the most pathetic massage, he basically rubbed a small amount of lotion on my skin. Very poor application of the polish; it did not even cover the entire nail. And the cuticle work was pathetic. I have a ton on hangnails and bleeding cuticles. Finally, he cleaned his instruments in the tub water while my feet were still in there. WTF?! This place is under new ownership /management and name (violet Orchid spa) even though there were lots if bad reviews, my friend and i gave it a try we were pleasantly sure surprised. walked in at 545 on a Friday night with no appt. there was a short wait as it was busy, but the staff was great! kept us updated on time frame and was super friendly. they did a great job on my nails. every part of the salon was clean and organized from what i could see. will definitely be returning. I called this afternoon to double check price and make an appointment... Charged me almost double when I requested a basic, regular pedicure ($26). My chair was broken and buzzing the entire time. The water was emptied and refilled 4 times (since it was broken). I kept quiet the entire time but when they made me pay I politely said it was incorrect- multiple times. Three employees argued with me and I paid full ($45). Will never return. Ever. Read Less

I do not understand the negative reviews. I have been here many of times with friends and family. None of us have ever had a bad experience. I can say the service is always consistent (once forgot the hot stone and once forgot the hot towel... But when they realize they do offer the service, my choice not to do it), but everyone has been pretty good. Reasonably priced. They have different levels of services you can purchase. Never made a reservation, always walked-in, so can't comment on that. Read Less

This is a very organized, clean and friendly place! Crystal is so awesome at what she does and she does everything with a pleasant smile and attitude. I really recommend this place! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I went all the way over there thinking they did massages as they advertised on their website. Even had times where you can set an appointment online. Didn’t even make it through the doors and was rudely approached. The lady couldn’t even explain to me why they stopped doing massages. Please do better, cause this is how you lose business. Very welcoming when I entered the salon but once the lady "tammy" did my toes and my dip powder manicure it was awful. I was very disappointed. She was rushing throughout it all and kept having me wait around as she had conversations with the other employees. Wont be going back. Read Less

Don't go here! I went there to go get a pedicure and they told me since it was happy hour I get 20% off. She told me my total would be 26 dollars and then when I went to give her my card she told me she going to charge me 36. I didn't let her and they didn't but still they were looking to scam me. They told me to pick any nail polish then told me that the one i picked cost 5 extra dollars after the fact. Then they insulted me when my sister met me at the salon to go home and I explained to her what happen they told me to get out and talk about it else where very rudly. If I could give a 0 rating I would. I am absolutely furious with this place. The guy who claims to be an owner did a shotty job on my 14 year old daughters acrylic nails. This was the first time that she had ever had acrylic nails done and she had gone with her girlfriend. She doesn't know what they are supposed to look like as she doesn't have anything to compare them to. When she came home last night I couldn't believe she paid $30 to have these nails put on. There was an apparent gap between her regular nail and the acrylics at the quick of the nail and around the sides. It looked as if someone stuck Lee press on nails directly on her nail. I had gone in with the receipt today, not even 24 hours later, to show them and ask them to take the nails off and refund her money. They told me no. They said she was happy yesterday. I told them she is 14 and never had them done nor was I there to look at them and I feel she had gotten taken. They said she picked a color that easy a good color and that they would Paint them. I tried to she the man who did them the work and he said the quality was just fine, but wouldn't look me in the eye and barely looked at her nail when I repeatedly tried to show him. He just kept saying it was not his work but the color. So we ended up letting him paint them. I sat outside the store as I was fuming while my daughter had them painted. He came out after and told me that she picked another color that wasn't good. He told me everyone's nails are different just like bone structure and hers are difficult to do. He also said the following that really pissed me off "I joked with her and and asked if she liked her nails and she said yes. Then I asked her what are you going to do if you mom doesn't like them? And she shrugged and I told her to just tell your mom that YOU like them"! After he went back in and my daughter came out she was almost in tears. She said he was so rude. He asked her "do you pick out your clothes?" She said yes And he responded with "that's good glad to see you can do something on your own" then proceeded to berate her me having him re paint them. Talking in his language and having his cow workers throw dirty nasty looks. Saying things like I know you really don't like them and you need to tell your mom you do and here do you want a $20 gift certificate to come back or maybe you won't since your mom doesn't like them. He also told her she can't knit pick everything. This wasn't a little chip in a nail. This was crappy work and my 14 year old was taken for a ride. Love this place for gel manicures and pedis. For hands you can't go wrong with Ken, Linda, or Anne, & Theresa or Ken for your pedi. They also offer facials and full body massage. I get text message specials weekly, which helps keep the cost down. I only get my nails done here, as they last at least three weeks! Read Less
