Love this place its so cute and cozy but most importantly clean! I've been seeing Robin for about 4 years now. Im a hairdresser who is in the need of a long lasting gel manicure and occasionally a dip powder service. The girls here are nice an accommodating. I drive here and never have a problem finding parking ...with a little patience I always find a spot!

Every time I come here the ladies are more interested in talking to each other than paying attention to what they are doing and as a result I got cut a few times. The job was rushed even though there were only 4 of us in there. The gel mani was not even my whole nail.

It's starting looking for a place to do my nails. Recommendations from a friend to go here and ask for Robin.

Found place on yelp with great reviews. Went there 3 times and it was good, nothing Exceptional. 4 time disaster, told me 20 min wait but had to wait at least an hour!! I understand times might lag bu...
Found place on yelp with great reviews. Went there 3 times and it was good, nothing Exceptional. 4 time disaster, told me 20 min wait but had to wait at least an hour!! I understand times might lag but...I had been doing my nails all my life... and I am experienced enough to voice my opinion.

I usually have pretty good experiences here. However, came today on a wed lunch hour and the lady who did my pedi cut me a few times. No bleeding thank god. But it hurt. I do have shorter nails but she seemed very inexperienced. The water temperature was too hot too. Had to tell her to turn down the temp. But when I felt pain during cuticle cutting, I asked for a diff person. (Bc I've had nail infections due to nail salon bleeds. And my right thumb is still scarred after that 20 years ago...)Hoping this was a miss but needed to be pointed out. Need to train staff well before putting them to work on clients. All it takes is a minor cut to have a lifetime scar.ps. I do want to point out everyone there is pretty friendly and warm/welcoming for the most part. The lady that took over was really sweet, did a pretty nice job on my nails (esp the gel mani) but nothing spectacular. I will go back and try different technicians and hopefully find a really good one so I can keep coming back.

Amazing place, I'm so happy I finally found great place in the neighborhood. It's extremely clean, which is very important for me. Everything is brand new. And Town Nail & Skin Salon is great and super nice! I love my nails and prices are unbeatable for this wonderful service. 4 stars to this place!!!

If you are looking for a basic manicure for a normal price this is a good option to go. Not a cheap salon, not exclusive. Everything was pretty standard. They removed my old polish, buff my nails, did some cuticle treatment and lotion. Result is very satisfactional and I love the shape.

Town nails on Charles Street is the BEST! It is far better than any other nail salon I've been to in the area. All of the manicurists do an excellent job (Ann is awesome), and they are all very nice....
Town nails on Charles Street is the BEST! It is far better than any other nail salon I've been to in the area. All of the manicurists do an excellent job (Ann is awesome), and they are all very nice. I've been coming here for over a year now, once every two weeks for pedicure/gel manicure, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommended!

Fell in love with suggested design and did it for both hands and feet. Definitely coming here when I come back to Ktown! Small, clean and extremely friendly. Love the detailing work.

Every time I come here the ladies are more interested in talking to each other than paying attention to what they are doing and as a result I got cut a few times. The job was rushed even though there were only 4 of us in there. The gel mani was not even my whole nail.

I usually have pretty good experiences here. However, came today on a wed lunch hour and the lady who did my pedi cut me a few times. No bleeding thank god. But it hurt. I do have shorter nails but she seemed very inexperienced. The water temperature was too hot too. Had to tell her to turn down the temp. If you are looking for a basic manicure for a normal price this is a good option to go. Not a cheap salon, not exclusive. Everything was pretty standard. They removed my old polish, buff my nails, did some cuticle treatment and lotion. Result is very satisfactional and I love the shape.

Town nails on Charles Street is the BEST! It is far better than any other nail salon I've been to in the area. All of the manicurists do an excellent job (Ann is awesome), and they are all very nice. I've been coming here for over a year now, once every two weeks for pedicure/gel manicure, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommended!
