The money is just not worth the mani or pedi. The prices are inflated for the services and my nails chipped today after having my mani! Also, I find one of the receiptionists very rude and I spoke with manager, Christa, about it today and she was not empathetic at all, and blamed me! I had purchased an $18 nail polish and the Asian receiptionist (I'm sorry I cannot remember her name), Rang me out and forgot to bag nail polish and I left the nail salon without the nail polish. Luckily, I remembered while walking a few mins down street from spot, and came back, and told this receiptionist and she got defensive and told me I had the nail polish. I told her I did not have it and she said "you forgot it here on the counter." Excuse me, you Rang me out, you should have bagged it and handed it to me. I explained that to her and I was quite irritated about it. She didn't care. She said customers just take the nail polish, they don't bag it and if I wanted it bagged I should have asked to have it bagged. REALLY?! I don't think so- that seems VERY off. I called and spoke with Christa, where she defended the receiptionist and just kept replying "ok" to everything I said. Horrific customer service.About the Terrible nail service: My nail technician looked mad the whole time, never smiled or spoke to me. She rushed the whole pedicure and was very rough, tugging my toes very tightly while she cut the cuticles. The two coats she put on didn't even come out even!! She also gave the WORST massage on both my feet and hands. I spoke with the manager about this as well, and again, no empathy. Christa stated that it was "MY PERCEPTION that the tech didn't do a good job." PAID FULL price for all services, and the manager asked me if I've ever had a good experience at any Miniluxe. Terrible customer service and she obviously doesn't care about loosing me as a client. I called to speak with her supervisor, and never got a call back. Not worth it for the price! If you are high end nail salon, act like it. Miniluxe customer service is awful and indicative of them not caring about customers. They only care about the money! And your services are not worth the money, Miniluxe.UPDATE: The supervisor Bridgette reached out to me and proceeded to blame me. Miniluxe doesn't care about its customers or the way they are treated. They only care about your money. They have zero customer services skills, and blame YOU if you complain. Stay clear of Miniluxe- their services aren't worth the money, and the people in management roles don't know how to do their jobs correctly. I was told it was best if I didn't come back by upper management! There main offices aka corporate is in Fanueil Hall and headed by Bridgette(Regional Director/Sup) and Leslie (President of Miniluxe)who jointly said "we are no longer able to service you at any of our locations." I have asked to speak to Leslie's boss to Leslie directly via email and to NO surprise I did not get a phone number Or email for her boss. Unacceptable. These people get away with unjust behavior! They have no customer service skills and treat customers like dirt who have spent so much money since you opened your doors. Shame on you, Miniluxe. Read Less
