Unprofessional, rude staff!!! Jenny, is rude and has a nasty attitude. I regret, I spent my money in this shop. Amy, lost a customer due to her rude unprofessional coworkers. I never knew it was okay to treat your customers as if they were worthless! I will never step foot in this establishment again.

If I can post zero stars I would! I went in to get a nail change as a walk in .they told me that it would be a 10 min wait, even after i mentioned that I will be taking off a dip color.

If I can post zero stars I would! I went in to get a nail change as a walk in .they told me that it would be a 10 min wait, even after i mentioned that I will be taking off a dip color.
After almost a 10 min wait, they told me it would be an jhou wish because everyone was busy. If that was the case why would you tell yiuy customer and a new one at that a false time frame and make them wait that long before even contacting them! The owner didn't even apologize and made it as my fault for not making an appointment. They were so rude and not taking responsibility for their lack of business sense .
With so many salons to compete, this isn't the manner to get business

Lynn is one of the sweetest persons I've ever met. She does everything from your nails to your eyelashes. Brain is one of the nail technicians and he is awesome. His work is very clean and neat. Lynn's husband works at the receptionist desk and he's very nice. Overall this nail salon is great!

I get my nails done by Vanna and she's really great. she's very professional, takes her time and explains the process to you. I do dip powder with her and they look flawless everytime. she does them very well and they last over 2-3 weeks, looking just as good as the beginning. my nails have grown longer than ever and they grow strong, and she doesn't have to file them down so much since the dip powder is less harsh on the nails. I'll continue going here to see her, she's great at what she does!

Had been a customer for years, but no more after a pretty disappointing experience waiting over an hour today to start a gel pedicure. Zero communication about or acknowledgement of the exceptional wait. If you're slammed or short handed, inform the customer when they arrive, or when the wait starts to get long, not after they have already been sitting there over an hour and are walking out. What was more frustrating, is that they went ahead and took my kids first and therefore finished them completely before even making eye contact with me about starting. I was only paying for my kids so that they would not be bored while I got my pedicure. Now I still don't have a pedicure, I blew $30 keeping them busy while i waited, and not going to have a chance to get a pedicure now because they'll have nothing to do.We used to LOVE this place, have been several dozen times. Too busy I understand, but this was just plain rude.

I have been going here for 9 years! No matter who does your nails, it comes out amazing. There aren't many nail salons you can go to where anybody can do you nails. I've literally gone to everyone and loved my service. I have an appointment today and I can't wait!

I get my nails done by Vanna and she's really great. she's very professional, takes her time and explains the process to you. I do dip powder with her and they look flawless everytime. she does them very well and they last over 2-3 weeks, looking just as good as the beginning. my nails have grown longer than ever and they grow strong, and she doesn't have to file them down so much since the dip powder is less harsh on the nails. I'll continue going here to see her, she's great at what she does!

Had been a customer for years, but no more after a pretty disappointing experience waiting over an hour today to start a gel pedicure. I have been going here for 9 years! No matter who does your nails, it comes out amazing. There aren't many nail salons you can go to where anybody can do you nails. I've literally gone to everyone and loved my service. I have an appointment today and I can't wait!
