I tried gel nails for the first time here and they came out great. It was just a clear coat, but they held up to a lot of abuse for about 2 solid weeks. Also, I was pleased to see them remove new tools from a sealed bag before beginning work on my hands. I felt there was care to be clean, and I appreciate that very much. Read Less

I did not have an appointment when I showed up on a busy weekday morning. I asked if they could fit me in. I was greeted by a group of lovely young ladies. I was told that they could squeeze me in if I didn't mind waiting for just a bit. I waited no more than 10 minutes. My fills are a little more involved as I get pink and white nails. My cuticles were cut way too short on several nails - my pinky was bleeding. The technician did put drops of something on it but proceeded to keep painting my nails, which I can't imagine is very sanitary. The salon is dirty, the staff isn't super welcoming...I won't be going back. Read Less

I've gone in before to get my eyebrows done and they always come out just how I like them. I go in and get told to wait a little and so I do. I ask how long will it take just so I know how long I'm going to be waiting. Once I get into the room to get my eye brows done, it all just feels rushed and just as I expected my eyebrows were rushed too. They DID NOT come out at all how I like them. Read Less

TODAY I HAD MY EYEBROWS WAXED, THE GIRL DID OK, I HAD TO GO OVER THEM WHEN I GOT HOME. I ALSO GOT A PEDICURE, I HAD A MALE DO THEM. HE WAS GOING TO USE OLD FOOT SCRUBBERS AND OLD NAIL FILERS, BUT I SPOKE UP, AND HE OPENED A NEW PACKAGE. AFTER THAT HE WASNT IN THE BEST MOOD, BUT IM NOT GOING TO CATCH A FOOT FUNGUS FOR A 20$ PEDI. SO WOMEN AND MEN SPEAK UP! DONT LET THEM USE OLD USED TOOLS ON YOUR FEET OR HANDS. THEY HAVE TO OPEN NEW PEDI AND MANI CLEANING TOOLS EVERYTIME ON EACH NEW PERSON. ITS A STATE LAW. THEY CAN HAVE THEIR LICENSE TAKING AWAY. ALSO IF YOU ARE HAVING A WAX AND THE STAFF ARE ROUGH AND IT HURTS YOU,... SPEAK UP AND LET THEM KNOW THEY ARE HURTING YOU. NO ONE SHOULD PAY FOR PAIN. NEVERMIND THE TIP!! OTHER THAN THAT, THE HOUSE OF NAILS , JUST BOUGHT NEW PEDI CHAIRS, WHICH ARE VERY NICE AND COMFY. THEY GOT A NEW LINE OF O.P.I. NAIL POLISHES IN. BUT THE COLORS ARE ALL ALIKE. LOTS OF THE SAME PINKS AND PURPLES. THEY GOT NEW CHAIRS TO SIT IN WHILE YOU DRY YOUR TOES AND FINGERS. I WILL KEEP GOING AS LONG AS I GET A GOOD JOB, AND CLEAN NEW EQUIPMENT EVERYTIME.
