I came here with my cousin to get our nails done for her bridal shower. We waited for about an hour and a half before they called her name . So I expect my name to be called next , it wasn’t ;they kep...
I came here with my cousin to get our nails done for her bridal shower. We waited for about an hour and a half before they called her name . So I expect my name to be called next , it wasn’t ;they kept calling other people .finally I went to ask why my name wasn’t being called she told me if a person comes in and request a person they will be seated before a person who was waiting hours!..so after I talk to the lady I thought she was going to have me seat next nooo she just kept skipping my name !!!! I waited about 3 hours now .
My cousin ask why her name was called then she told her she was just LUCKY. customer service sucks .they might do good nails but I would never step foot in there again.

GO EARLY! On a random weekday or something. They are always packed and it’s tight in there with ALOT of workers. I️ went on a Tuesday morning around 1030 and waited about 5 minutes. Anyways! I️ absolutely love my nails, I️ had a week old refill to redo and sis made me nervous when she was packing on the powder but file that sucka down flawlessly. Price is reasonable and worth it. Try it.

They do a great job on gel manicures and pedicures. The nail designs are beautiful! However the shop is tooSmall and always packed. It's a fire hazard in there with all those people and chairs. I have been there 3 times in the past 2 weeks and my acrylic nails keep breaking and falling off. When I went back to get it fixed they gave me a hard time but eventually fixed them. They need better customer service and a bigger shop with all the money they make.

I finally found I place that I wouldn't mind waiting for. The fullsets, designs, ombre well worth the price and wait. Pedi's are ok(I'm just a little ocd).

The customer service sucks, unless you're Spanish and it's always overcrowded. She needs a bigger shop! But the pedicures are always dope. The full sets are the best in the area.

GO GET SOME BOMB NAILS SIS. My nails usually break within a week but my nails have been on strong for 3 weeks its legit a miracle they're so GOOD.

While visiting Boston I had the urge to get my nails done. I've been a fan of swanky nails and bold designs/crystals, etc. I looked up Exotic Nails and see they offer the exact services I was looking for. I went in around 1030am and was expecting to wait at least an hour (based on previous reviews and the place is jam packed when you walk in). Luckily, I was seated immediately. I got a chrome sherbet with stones on 2 of my nails, My Tech Angie did a great job. Only critique is my nail shape didn't come out quite as I wanted but other than that I'm super happy. It's affordable, they work fast and practically gave me exactly what I wanted. I'll be back.

I LOVE the way this place does my nails. Not like.. LOVE. So it pains me to give them this review but I know for a fact that this place is never going to be as great as it can be if someone doesn't call them out. And like other reviews, I'm talking about the wait time. I'm very understanding where I will wait 2-3 hours here to get my nails done. I don't play around. I love this place. However, I can't be understanding when their wait times are due to them cutting corners. Note that even if you're next on the list when you walk in the door, you can still have wait up to an hour and that's what is so ridiculous. They love to put people (I.e. Family, friends etc) ahead of you. This means that if you come in to get your nails done and there is no line at all and you're only waiting for someone to open up, you are not guaranteed to be next. This is a huge problem. These women slay your nails and they always do an amazing job. But that wait time is KILLER. Avoid going on a Friday or Saturday. If you must go on those days, opt to go right when they open at 10am. Also, be prepared to hear a bunch of Spanish.

The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. If they were smart at all they would switch to an appointment only salon instead of the complete opposite. They don't take appointments at all, only walkins. The first time I went I got super lucky I went 10 minutes after they opened on a Saturday morning and got right in. But don't expect that, because that never happens. Jessica did my nails and she was awesome! I appreciate a nail tech that knows what looks good and you don't have to spell it out for them like most of the Asians at other nail salons. I didn't have to tell her much she just New what she was doing. I like that a lot. I thought they were awesome until this past time that I went. I showed up exactly at 10 AM on a Saturday and there was already 20 people in front of me! I ended up waiting for three hours before I got my nails done. This time I didn't get so lucky with my nail tech. She just wasn't as skilled as Jessica, and I was disappointed. Also for me, there was a language barrier. I don't speak Spanish, and she didn't speak much English. However, I think I was probably the only person in there that didn't speak Spanish so I don't blame them for that.

Great Service, Best pedicure I can find here in Boston. They are great with sanitation and affordable pricing. Sometimes you do have to wait a bit but is totally worth it!

Great work and indeed worth the wait. I love the designs that are often times only found in places like New York and Miami. My only feedback would be for the owner to invest in a larger place and hire...
Great work and indeed worth the wait. I love the designs that are often times only found in places like New York and Miami. My only feedback would be for the owner to invest in a larger place and hire additional techs. While the designs are great I've waited over 7 hours before just to get my nails done. If they can get customers out in a timely manner they would be unbeatable.

I went in around 1030am and was expecting to wait at least an hour (based on previous reviews and the place is jam packed when you walk in). Luckily, I was seated immediately.
