I normally go to Boston, to get my nails done, but since I live in Billerica, I decided to try this spot. I made an appointment for Saturday 2/25 for a pedi and fill with John. It was all great until he was doing my fill. I asked him to do my nails a certain way and as he was filling them in, and he said to me that I'm very picky and laughed. I told him I'm not picky, I'm just very particular of how my nails are done. Then he said it again, when I asked him to make sure the acrylic on my nails is not thick. I was a little annoyed as he was saying that i'm picky very loud for everyone to hear. Then he said something in Vietnamese to another employee ( I think that's so disrespectful!) Anyways, I paid $63 for a spa pedi and a gel fill. Not bad. I broke my nail on Monday night 2/27, it was my fault, I think, haha. Anyways, I called John and asked if I can come in to fix it. He told me it would be best to come in the morning, okay! I made an appointment for 9:30 today 3/1. He asked me if I would like him to fix my nail and I said yes. I walk in this morning at 9:30 and he's doing someone's pedicure. John asked if I'm getting my nail fixed and that I can sit with anyone. No, I made an appointment with you and I want my nail to be done the same. He had an issue with that, and they were all speaking Vietnamese. UGH! I also felt embarrassed cause the lady who was getting her pedi done, I interrupted her. John came over to fix my nail, and told me that he had this pedi appointment for 9:30 and me scheduled for 9AM. I told him there's no way I would have scheduled an appointment for 9 as I had a meeting. So, I looked like an idiot "walking" in late,and then asking him to do my nails. I told him this will be my last time coming here, he said it's ok. I was like yeah, it is, i'll go somewhere else. Then as I was leaving he said see you next time, I said no you won't. His face kind of was in shock. Top notch customer service goes a long way. If you made a mistake admit it and don't blame it on the client. They would have gained 4 clients, my family, but I wouldn't recommend. Read Less
