not clean, inappropriate comments from technician. the polish was fine but there isn't a very good selection of colors and it's not well presented. Doesn't seem like they autoclave any of the tools. probably not a good place to go if you're concerned about infection. also not a good place to go if you don't feel like being randomly insulted by the person doing your nails. This was awful experience. Every time I attempt a conversation or comment on nails  I was responded with "yup yup yup". She made them to long and paint the white tip on crooked. Also I showed her I didn't like seeing under nail you know through acrylic how she told me "it better that way" and refused to change it. Read Less

My regular Salon was not available so I decided on my way out of the grocery store just stop in and get a fill. I felt it was overpriced and my nails did not look good. The nail polish was put on so thick it looks like my six-year-old did it! Never again! Read Less

This was the first time I've ever been to this nail salon. I normally do a lot of reviewing before I decide to give any place a try. Despite some of the bad reviews here, two of my coworkers are regulars at this place and also recommended me here as well. The location is very convenient for me and that was a plus. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst salons I have ever been to. I believe it is safe to say that I've gotten my nails done/refilled with acrylics for sometime now that I know the steps by heart. I understand everyone has different techniques but the nail tech that I had definitely skipped steps. It's been less than 24 hours and my nails are already lifting at the corners. She didn't even bother removing the already lifted nail edges.. practically just putting on the acrylic power over it. I am very disappointed. If you love having/getting acrylics I do not recommend this place at all. Maybe it was just the nail tech I had, if so I do not recommend the nail tech that sits at station 11. Read Less

I will never return to this salon for acrylics again. The only reason I give it two stars is because my sister's nails came out DECENT. I've had acrylics put on many times and have never been so disappointed. After walking out, our nails didn't feel smooth, they were rough. I also noticed when I got home, that the corners were already peeling up; less than an hour after just having them put on! They also looked grown out, like I had already had them on for a week. Within just a few days after that, the top coat began to turn yellow. I've never had that issue anywhere else I've ever gone either. I went to Golden Nails for the first time the other day to get a gel color change. I walked in without an appointment and waited about 10 minutes before someone was available. I didn't think that was bad. Everyone greeted me as I walked in. all the women were very nice and talkative. My nails came out great and it was very affordable. I went to this nail salon for the first time and had an appt. At 1 p.m.and no one took me until 2 p.m. They were not friendly at all! They then cut my nails way too short! The prices were also very high. I will not go there again!!! Read Less

I went here for the first time late last Friday.  The decor was a little bland and the music too loud, however I was assisted immediately.  The woman that did my nails was very quiet but efficient.  I have natural nails with gel polish that needed to be removed.  Some salons charge extra for gel removal, they did not.  The woman did a very nice manicure and polish.  Good service and affordable.  I will be returning. It's a little bit pricey, but it's clean. The the girl doing my nails answered her cell phone while she was working on my pedi, and went on to have a five minute conversation wherein she had to decline a job interview because they would expect her to work weekends. please dont go. i went for a pedi and mani. i was there for over 2 and a quarter hours. the woman was nice but way tooo slow. i also got a shellac mani. first time ever. again it took her way to long. it looks horrible and i cant even get it off she wiped it off to fast and literally ruined three of the nails. they had bumps and bubbles and the next day two of them peeled off the rest of the nails looked sloppy and thick, my friend asked me if i did it myself there were fingerprints cooked in a third nail too... i told her i had to go after she messed up and she said, can u come back tomorrow. i would not go back. the mani and pedi were minimal with massage, and very little attention was paid to my feet and hands i have been many places and i would not ever go back even after she messed up on my nails she still charged me full price for a shellac i saw the girl beside me came in 10 minutes after me, got a pedi, and mani with a full set sat under the dryer for literally 15 minutes and still left 15 minutes before me, so maybe some of them are good there but i would take my chance or waste my time and i called the next day to complain. i left a message and they never even called back. sorry not a fan i wouldnt even give it one star but u had too also a few woman saw i upset that worked there and they didnt do anything either Read Less
