My friend and I were looking for a good nail salon close to our homes so we didn't have to go all the way out to Boston to get our nails done. We decided to try T Spa and are so happy we did. Since we made an appointment we were seated as soon as we arrived, although I did see walk ins while we were there and they were attended to pretty quickly too. I had a full set of acrylics done and am very pleased with how they came out. They are not too thick (a big annoyance for me with acrylics) and are nicely shaped. After we left my friend remarked how relaxed the atmosphere was and how it seemed like the manicurists really took their time on our nails. The owner Sophia is very sweet and really seems to know how to please and connect with customers. The cherry on top is the very reasonable prices. Was underwhelmed with the pedicure here.  It was only OK. It has been two weeks and my nails are so long that I just went to have them cut again.  I usually don't need my nails cut this frequently.  What really bothered me though was the amount of time other clients were waiting - with appointments.  I was fine and was taken promptly but others were waiting 30-45 minutes on a Monday afternoon.  That is not ok.  I'll keep looking. I was a loyal customer coming every two weeks for a fill for my acrylics but after today I will not be back. I got my nails done less then a week ago and had one break off- I thought they would try to fit me in as I have a business trip tomorrow- but that was not the case today. I always tip well and make an appointment but really hoped given my loyalty to their business they could squeeze me in. However, I was ignored when I asked about fixing the nail and then told to come back tomorrow when I explained the situation Sofia did nothing to resolve. It literally would take 5 minutes but because only one person knows how to do acrylics there they were unable to help. Instead I had to pay somewhere else to fix my nail which indeed took 5 minutes. I will not be going back clearly they do not value my business.  Advice to Sofia would be to have another staff member learn how to do acrylics. Usually in my experience if a nail breaks off within days of having it filled the nail salon will accommodate you since it is their fault.Update: Sofia Reached out and gave a gift card for $25 dollars. Sophie always does an awesome job on my nails! I usually get a gel manicure when I go and I'm always happy. The manicure lasts for 2-3 weeks on me.It's much easier to make an appointment here, even though they do walk-ins, just because it seems like they may be understaffed at times. T Spa Nails is the only place I'll go to get my acrylics filled! I've tried other salons and Tom is, by far, the best person for the job. He is incredibly meticulous and focuses on giving you the best manicure possible. And it only costs $19 for a fill with regular polish. I have gone up to 5 weeks without the polish chipping, although I try not to wait more than 3 weeks between fills. If you make an appointment for acrylics, ask for Tom. He's the best! Read Less

I have been coming here for the past 6+ years and despite it changing management a few times, I continue to come back. Sophia is very warm and friendly. They pay meticulous detail to their work.
