Went for a mani/pedi with my mom, and my tech finished my feet, walked away, and started inviting another person over to her station for her nails when I was there first. Thank God my mom was there, I never would have been able to speak up for myself. So mom told her that she should finish helping me, so the tech rushes through my manicure. She cut me with the grinder thingy and didn't get rid of that bit after (I'm pretty sure she used it on that next customer) which isn't cool, and last time I checked blood is a hazmat situation? Even if it's not like, saturated in blood, she probably still should have gotten a new one. Just to be careful. On the other hand, the only good thing is that my nails are still on after a week, and I do work in a warehouse environment.
TL;DR: they don't care about their customers (health and experience).

I have been coming to this Salon and Spa for a good number of years and love their services! Best pedicures and nails in the area. The owner and all the staff are very good at what they do. There prices are comparable to other Salons but the quality of work is outstanding!

My nail tech used the cuticle clippers on herself while I was waiting for my gel to soak off. And then used them on me. Disgusting. I'll never go back, I washed my hands like 5 times... with sanitizer...

I’ve gone here three times,three different nail techs, and each time I’ve left wondering why I went there. Even with an appointment the wait was 20+ minuets. The gel polish lifted and peeled off in 4 ...
I’ve gone here three times,three different nail techs, and each time I’ve left wondering why I went there. Even with an appointment the wait was 20+ minuets. The gel polish lifted and peeled off in 4 days. Save your money and go somewhere else!

I've been going here for years. Most often, the results are fine. I can only offer 2 stars because the tech I keep getting is not top quality. Her work is mediocre but she is so busy looking around she has cut me several times. If you go, I recommend avoiding Yen for anything other than a simple polish. She is aggressive, pulls your fingers in directions they just don't naturally fall into. When she cuts your skin, she ignores it!
I always go in as a walk in because my schedule is unpredictable but if I keep getting Yen I'll go elsewhere. Not worth the pain and risk of infection to go there.

This salon has a convenient location and has consistent service. Some of nail technicians are really great, especially the male technician who is however not often there when I am. Some of the nail technicians are not as great, but you get what you pay for. The service is quick (albeit sometimes rushed) and their prices are cheap. I go here because it's convenient and low price - otherwise, I would probably go elsewhere if I wanted a really nice manicure.

The only reason why this place even has one star is because I couldn't rate any lower. These people are HORRIBLE they were rude and their service was impeccably ridiculous! My stepmom, sister, and I came here before Christmas and my step moms nails broke that day, she returned after the holidays and they redid her nails over and they broke the next day. She went AGAIN to get a refund and not only did they not give all of her money to her they threw the money at her. I ABSOLUTELY advise people to not go there EVER even if it were the last nail salon open!

I can only speak for their gel nail services (because it's the only service I currently use), I wouldn't go anywhere else, their attention to detail, the super convenient location, beautifully remodeled (and super clean)store, and price of services keeps me a loyal customer !

It's okay for a quick manicure or pedicure, but I never will go here again for a heavy duty obligation like acrylics again. The manicures however aren't that well either, the polish came off within 24 hours, as long with the pedicure color also. Only will go if I really need to.

We have been stopping into this salon for years and always got pretty consistent service. It isn't a fantastic manicure, but quick and the hours were convenient. We went in today and both my sister and I were disappointed with the results. Mine are sharp and the gel polish is on my skin. When I asked for something to be filed down I was met with (what I interpreted as) frustration. My sister had to ask for polish to be fixed multiple times because it was streaky, bubbly, and then the manicurist forgot the top coat before putting on lotion. If you can, make an appointment elsewhere.

The price and staff are good. Being located inside Walmart makes it easily accessible. I wish they would talk in better English because that is part of the service to chat with the customer. Sometimes i wonder if some of the staff pretends not to understand..I do wonder about all pedicure/manicure places, including California nails and if they are sterlizing completely between customers. The pedicures need to have correct sterlization between customers and i hope someone is keeping a watch on that.

Went for a mani/pedi with my mom, and my tech finished my feet, walked away, and started inviting another person over to her station for her nails when I was there first. I've been going here for years. Most often, the results are fine. I can only offer 2 stars because the tech I keep getting is not top quality. Her work is mediocre but she is so busy looking around she has cut me several times. If you go, I recommend avoiding Yen for anything other than a simple polish. This salon has a convenient location and has consistent service. Some of nail technicians are really great, especially the male technician who is however not often there when I am. Some of the nail technicians are not as great, but you get what you pay for. The service is quick (albeit sometimes rushed) and their prices are cheap. We have been stopping into this salon for years and always got pretty consistent service. It isn't a fantastic manicure, but quick and the hours were convenient. We went in today and both my sister and I were disappointed with the results. Mine are sharp and the gel polish is on my skin. When I asked for something to be filed down I was met with (what I interpreted as) frustration. My sister had to ask for polish to be fixed multiple times because it was streaky, bubbly, and then the manicurist forgot the top coat before putting on lotion. If you can, make an appointment elsewhere.

The price and staff are good. Being located inside Walmart makes it easily accessible. I wish they would talk in better English because that is part of the service to chat with the customer. Sometimes i wonder if some of the staff pretends not to understand..I do wonder about all pedicure/manicure places, including California nails and if they are sterlizing completely between customers. The pedicures need to have correct sterlization between customers and i hope someone is keeping a watch on that.
