I recently got a mani/pedi with dazzle dry polish for my fingers; they claimed the dazzle dry lasted for 10 days which is supposed to be longer than a gel manicure. I went on a Saturday (which I had had an appointment for and they had me sit in the pedicure chair with my feet soaking in cold water for a over a half hour before someone finally came over); and by Monday morning, every single nail had begun chipping. One might think I was rough with my nails.. which is false, I was on vacation! So disappointed, such a waste of money! I will never go back and certainly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! I just had the best experience at this spa! I called them this afternoon as I had a pedi at Canyon Ranch 2 weeks ago and one of my nails had begun to chip. I knew that the polish was Dazzle Dry, but had no idea of the color. They were very helpful on the phone and were able to schedule an appointment quickly. They were extremely accommodating when I went in and helped me to locate the matching color so that I could just get the one nail fixed before leaving on a trip down south. I found them on the Dazzle Dry website and went there because they were the closest place to carry that product, but I will definitely go there again, whether I use Dazzle Dry or not. Read Less

Founded by two technicians who worked for years at MiniLuxe this spa is where it's at! I have been looking for a place locally that I can go and have a lurious experience and am so psyched to have found New Beauty! In my entire life I have never dealt with such a friendly staff who genuinely seem to love what they do and are so proud of the facility (as they should be it's beautiful). If you're looking for just a cheap nail place to get a color change this isn't a spot for you however, if you seek a quality establishment where you will receive luxurious and wonderful service in a beautiful environment you will love it here. They are friendly, and funny! They talk to YOU instead of ignoring you and speaking to only each other in another language. Right near my dog groomer's place so I checked it out for a pedicure. Spotlessly clean with lined no-jet tubs, autoclaved tools, new files & buffers for every customer. This is the BEST nail lounge I have ever been to in the Milford/Bellingham/Franklin are! Everyone who works there is does a FABULOUS job. I have been getting my nails done in various salons since I was 18 years old. This salon is by far the best place I have been. The decor is beautiful, you are treated right and most importantly they do a great job. They carry a line of polish that is Vegan Free and Organic that dries in 5 minutes and lasts almost two weeks...A great alternative to Gel.
