The women who did my nails was nice but she did and awful job on my nails. It was my first time getting my nails done ever and it was a bad experience. She pricked me at least 5 times while sanding the acrylic. It was crooked and the acrylic was very thick and there was a lot of it under my nails. I read some mixed reviews but im a girl that likes to see things for myself. How bad could it be? Its a little pricy but worth it. I came in was seen right away. The place is super clean and looks like a nail shop palace. They are friendly and attentive. It smelled amazing in there a mixture of all kinds of beautiful scents. I saw Jenny she showed a lot of attention to detail. Took her time, was conversational and really nice. The gel manicure was more than id like to pay for it 30$. But the care you get there is worth it. They offered me a drink when I sat down and kept checking in on my comfort. Pedi: awe man i got the spa pedicure for 45$ well, well worth it. They have a selection of scrubs to chose from and its like an hour process so they def take their time. Good massages all the way through. They clean, scrub, dip your feet in wax, add warm towels, and some more jazz. It was amazing.best part is they put these bags into the foot bath, new to each customer. Don't go to this place after what I have encountered. Spoke to the owners wife about money was lost, and I get hundred different stories. How is the manager and receptionist  gonna lie to me. Please look at you cameras then I get oh I can't see who dropped it. I know my experience with cameras you can see what happens, and then tells me someone picked it up but doesn't have proof who actually dropped it. Omg i really liked Chris he does a fabulous job. As others mentioned, this salon  looks nice and the woman behind the counter seemed very friendly.  I popped in with my 13 and 11 yr. old daughters as walk-ins for manicures.  We were told that technicians could take them in 30 mins.  We returned, and waited another 30 mins for my first daughter to be seen.  The same tech did both nails and I would never go back.  She never greeted each girl--never even said hello.  Only ordered them to wash their hands at the sink after putting cream in a plastic bag and putting their hands in it--never even rubbed the cream onto the hands at all!  The manicures were super fast and sloppy.  She clearly wanted to just get it done; even though they are younger, I was still paying full price for each service.  The final shock was that she cut the cuticle so deeply on my daughter's finger that it immediately started bleeding.  She said and did nothing.  My daughter came to me when she was sent to dry her nails--her nail was still bleeding and throbbing.  The manager told me that it happens sometimes and she knows how much it hurts! Came in because my regular place was booked.Ok yes the place looks beautiful but after I got my gel manicure I had to go back an hour later because one of my nails looked like it was pulling up. As I write this review, it's been 8 days since I got my gel manicure,the gel is starting to pull away from my nail! My manicure and pedicure took 3 hours.  I have never been to a salon where they used a cheese grater contraption on my feet - and against my better judgement I let them.  I have had  trouble ever since with chafing on my feet...it's been 2 months.  My gel manicure turned yellow after 5 days.  The salon looks very nice. I was super skeptical due to some of the reviews and I am super picky about my nails and toes.  I moved to area just a couple months ago so finding a good place can be a challenge.  I have pink & white on my nails and love gel polish with designs on my toes.  I had received pretty good verbal reviews from others I know so I took a chance and tried it out.  I called to make an appt since I know that not everyone knows how to do pink & white.  Got in the same day.  Kim did a super job on my nails and toes.  The nails weren't bulky, she didn't take hours and my toes were fantastic.  I really appreciate the attention to detail with my nails. Not good. I can't speak for nails but whatever you do don't get waxed here. I came in on a whim after leaving the TJmaxx next door. I needed an eyebrow wax. I was quickly taken to the back for my waxing. Place was clean I guess, furniture was a little gaudy but I would not have cared if the wax was great! She didn't ask me what I liked/wanted/proffered my brows to look like. I explained what I wanted " leave them long not to thin"  she looked at me like I was a jerk....then the wax. Quickly cleaned my brows and waxed. The wax was to hot, she pushed very hard on my head when pulling the strips off and she pulled them off with a FORCE! thought it couldn't get worse? I tried this salon because my regular place was busy and I was going out of town, I thought the price point was fine and didn't anticipate and issues. The salon is extravagantly decorated and they really go a long way to offer extras, like beverages and paraffin treatments. Unfortunately the primary service is lacking. My mani pedi took two hours! The polish on my toes looks sloppy and one nail is poorly shaped. The gel polish on my fingers is streaky and uneven, and the manicurist clipped my cuticle. I don't like to complain but I would warn people against being impressed by the decor, because the quality of the work is less than satisfactory. Read Less

Let me begin by saying they did an awesome job with the makeover from a Radio Shack to a nail place. Looks great and relaxing. Everyone's pedicure material comes to the chair on a tray with an orchid on it. The towels are rolled and tied with a ribbon. They offer you a beverage. All that is nice, I think lots of frills, which are not necessary, although cant complain about the beverage but even with a bubbler I would have been happy.My review of the place takes a turn when it comes to the nails. My regular pedicure took over an hour. Normally I would have been in heaven but the massage was horrible, the work done on my nails even worse. I now have hang nails on my toes. My messed up cuticles have nail polish on them, which is a pet peeve for me. I could have done the same mess and not paid the $$. Next my gel manicure, is not that great either as I also have nail polish on my cuticles. But worse is that I have hang nails and my nail beds are hurting me because she was so rough. I actually bled twice. The whole process took 2 hours, I was even scheduled for a eye brow wax but after I saw my toes I cancelled it on the spot. If you can provide me the service for my nails, ill take the frills if you have them, but if you cant take care of my nails, leave the frills and learn your job. Needless to say, I will not be back. I will stick with the local place that I have been going to for years. Its funny that the reviews on Google of this place, one is from the owner who is in and out, and the other an employee. If I want hands that don't look like I just got off the farm wrestling barbed wire, I have to have acrylic on my nails.Because of this I tend to try out tons of nail salons and never seem to find one that I like consistently. This is the one exception. I tried Pro Nails several months ago and have never been tempted to try any other place. Two sisters own this salon, Mimi is the one I usually see. She makes my nails look natural - nice and thin, not clumped up with acrylic. The usually have the Food Channel on tv (I can stand watching Cupcake Wars while I chat with Mimi). The prices are great; $13 for a fill, $30 for a full set. They have a fantastic pedicure lady too. The equipment in the salon is always in good order and it's clean - not a lot of dusty tchotchkes around. They treat their customers like friends, you aren't just a number here.
