I've been going to this salon for approximately 3 years. Prior to this place I changed nail salons every few months. The reason I keep going to Bedford Organic is because their service is consistently good. The place is extremely clean which l cannot say about many other nail salons. Julia & William who are the working owners are very courteous to customers & to their employees. Me & my daughter always go here for mani & pedi & when my mother is in town she insists on going here as well. I also use their wax service sometimes. Very clean! Read Less

This salon is definitely superior when it comes to many things. I've been to countless salons in the area, over a span of 5 years, but they all seem to fall short on certain things. I work in the area so I always try to stop by after work before I head home.Bedford Organic Nails gets a lot of things right:1) The have an enormous selection of regular and gel polishes, many different brands. I've been to many other salons with not a lot of colors to pick from, or places that have certain colors on display, but only to be out of them.2) I have never waited to be taken here, not even a few minutes past my appointment time. They are so punctual, and always get you out of there in a reasonable amount of time. I've come in on my lunch and made it back to work in time, without them rushing and still getting a great manicure. I've had to cancel before due to illness, and I can always reschedule quickly. They're very accommodating. They let you book 100% online through their website, and let's be honest - in this day and age, that ease of booking is fabulous.3) The most important and best part of this salon that makes it stand out from all the others - the gel manicure ACTUALLY LASTS the 2 weeks that other salons say it will, sometimes even longer! I cannot begin to explain how many places I've been to where I've paid $30-40 and it chips off or completely peeled within a week. This is extremely frustrating, $30-40 is a lot of money for it to not last the full amount of time. People get gel so it lasts...or else, they'd get regular polish, simple as that. This is my second time going there for a gel manicure. Same lady both times and she is horrible. She barley puts any coats on and I got my nails done yesterday and today without doing anything my nail polish chipped and my nail broke! In top do that they charged 5$ to remove my previous gel polish. I was rushed, she BARLEY got my cutlies. Awful awful awful. I do not recommend this place anymore. Out of all the salons I've visited in this area, this is by far the best place I have ever visited!! The first thing I noticed walking into the salon was the relaxing and luxurious vibe. I had made an appointment and was a little bit worried because there were so many customers. But I was immediately taken to a seat and they started my appointment right on time!!! This was extremely impressive for a salon that already has a great customer basis. I was further impressed by the cleanliness of this salon. I had no doubt that I was receiving the best service!! This is the best nail salon around. It's quiet, and the staff are fantastic. The product selection is unsurpassed--Essie, OPI, Zoya-and the gel and regular polishes are together so it's easy to pick your colors. They pay attention to cleanliness as well, which I value! First time there .My manicure was disappointing --No oil for the cuticles which made cuticle removal hard . Only A little lotion on the top of my hand .  Wax was too hot .  I felt rushed and my "technician"wanted to get paid upfront which made the tip awkward so I gave her 20% when I really shouldn't have given her anything. My nails look terrible . She didn't have a brush for removing excess polish - used her nails which I hate .Will never go back . Read Less

This is my favorite spot to get my nails done. The place is clean and inviting. They have an excellent selection of polish colors and a range of quality brands, including more "natural" lines like Zoya. The service has always been excellent--with the exception of one time--but when I reached out via email to offer my feedback, Julia contacted me and offered a free polish change to make up for my trouble. They really care about their customers and even have a loyalty card that eventually earns you $10 off a service. Read Less

It's always a delight to go to this nail salon. The people are really nice, the atmosphere is very relaxing, and the options for services are wide. Took my mom here for a mani pedi today. We were so impressed with the amazing service here! We got a pedicure and by Anna and Sue, and manicures from Anna and aiden. both took their time and were so thorough! The pedicure and manicure services here incorporate so many great treatments, including a paraffin wax and several exfoliating treatments. Definitely coming back again! Read Less

Can't applaud this place enough! Have been here twice and will DEF be back. First time I got a gel mani from Aidan for a trip which looked great and lasted the entire time. Second time I got a basic mani/pedi from Anna which are still looking stellar 5 days later. I just love it here! Friendly staff and wonderful manicures.  Amazing gel manicures that include paraffin wax treatment and a massage and they last at least two weeks sometimes three.  I love all of the options for their pedicures and I am looking forward to having one very soon!  Most important it is super clean in here!  I would highly recommend them to anyone! Great little spa! Very clean and everyone is very attentive. They also give you a little mini massage with your mani. There is a big screen TV to watch football on. Lol. Leaving this place feeling like a king. The staff was super friendly and the place was super clean. If you are really serious about cleanness, it is the place for you.I had lemon pedicure. The tech who helped me, her name was Hanna, spent good amount of time giving me leg massage instead of working on my feet. (I been told from numerous nail techs that I had very easy feet, meaning clean feet. Yeah I barely work out.) Most techs, most other places I been to, usually finish my pedicure within 20 minutes. I fall asleep, and woke up by my own snoring. The point is it was that good.Overall, I was super happy with my pedicure and atmosphere of salon. I would recommend this place to anyone, male or female, anyone who needs a little relax. Oh! There are also complimentary coffee and chocolates. Love this place. I've been to a lot of places for manicures, and this is by far the best in the area.Easy to get an appointment in off hours which is what I usually prefer. Peak times? Definitely call for an appointment. Ask for Kim or Julia. Their pedis? Amazing. I usually get a gel manicure which makes my nails look flawless for at least two weeks.
