A very friendly team, unlike some in Maidenhead who are grumpy and unfriendly. Nails are done well and the prices are fair. Another reason I go here is that it is not saturated with fumes that are bad for you. Perhaps this is because it is quieter and the door is left open regularly. WORST MANI PEDI EVER. DO NOT GO HERE. My nails have streaks in them and are the most crooked and uneven things I have ever seen in my life. The 3 employees where rude and don't talk to you because they are too busy talking about you. They bully you into paying full price and try and make you feel guilty that you didn't like the crapy job they did... they are the greatest con artists ever! they are still in business because they hound you for payment and you are forced to just pay them so you can get the heck out of there and never ever come back! Worst nail salon! Rude nail techs if you can even call them that. Crooked nails, sloppy paint job, and they do not even try to make things better when you point out their mistakes. Beware! Worst mani/pedi I have ever had and I get my nails done bi-weekly. My toes were all uneven and paint all over my skin- my 2 year old niece could have done a better job. My nails were not even and I asked multiple time to have them filed straight and was given attitude. I finally stopped the manicure and asked to pay my bill and was told I had to pay full price... My poor 15 year old niece got shellac and it was all uneven. I was forced to pay full price for her nails and given attitude when I asked them to remove it. I was told it was an additional $10 to remove the terrible shellac job. Her shellac peeled off in sheets minutes after her manicure was over. Employees were rude and disrespectful! Do NOT even try this place if it's the last nail salon on the planet!Read Less

Just left and felt compelled to write a review due to an exceptionally poor experience. Rude workers and shoddy manicure. My nails are uneven (some square, some not) and some are lopsided. The polish is uneven and streaky, as well; while I understand that light colored polish is difficult to apply evenly (which is why inconsequently leave it to "pros"),  I could have done better myself. The salon was empty, yet an older woman wordlessly grabbed my nails from under the dryer and shooed me away after about ten minutes, then took my payment with a grunt and no words of thanks whatsoever.  Now, one of my nails has smudged. If I could give zero stars I would have. That's how bad this place is. The people working there are the rudest people I have ever met. When I was unhappy with how square my nail shape was I asked the man doing my nails if he could round them out a little his response "no, I made them square because that's what you asked for. If you wanted them round you should have asked for round nails." I was completely dumbfounded.There were only two people working that day with women at almost every nail station waiting to be done. Some women waited over an hour for a manicure. While I was there one women told me she had been waiting 90 minutes!Honestly, don't waste your time or your money. I'm upset I didn't get the lady's name who just did my nails because she did a fantastic job with my nails. She took her time and always asked if I liked what she did before continuing and she was very precise and very kind. I just got a regular manicure and the price was awesome! Read Less

My roommate persuaded me into getting a pedicure to relax during our mini-staycation several weeks ago. Meanwhile, I am irrevocably ticklish, most pointedly my feet, which can make for a deadly, hilarious, or excruciating combination. Or, all of the above. Outside of the anguish of having someone not only hold my foot, but scrub it with truly ticklish pumice bar, the pedicure was terrible. The specialist clipped my big toe nails such that they are now in-grown. I specifically asked her to clip them a certain way to avoid it. I usually avoid manicures and pedicures because people are never as meticulous as I am. $25 I should've spent on booze. Or food. Or anything other than this pedicure. Read Less
