I called to ask for a shalac color to be taken off and a manicure. The man whom greeted me had absolutely no manners. That turned me off. Then I sat down and they told me they could only take off the color, no manicure. Very poor and embarrassing scene. Don't go there is my advice. Go to Pro-nails in Dennis Ma. Pretty disappointed. Came in after all the great reviews. I wanted a gel manicure. Felt rushed the whole time and my nails peeled off completely after just 3 days! Waste of almost 40 dollars after the tip. For a place that charges a higher fee for gel manicures you would think they would last for at least 2 weeks. Read Less

Was in town for a wedding and stopped here based on reviews. It was a good experience. She took her time on my nails and the gel polish lasted over 2 weeks.My only con was that when I handed my card to them to pay I asked if I had to add the tip before or after and they said they don't take card tips. I read all these 5 star reviews and went to get a manicure. I walked in to a big room with at least 8 stations. All were empty. In the back people were getting pedicures. When a gentleman came out to greet me he immediately said everyone was busy. Period. I asked if I could make an appointment. He said "today, no we're booked." End of conversation. So happy I found this place. Owners and workers were pleasant. So clean!! Loved the liners in the pedicure tubs. Used new buffers and files for every customer. Provided flip flops and toe spacers. Loved that they did not rush even if there were others coming in or waiting to be seen. Would have enjoyed a firmer massage other than that very happy with the service provided (still earn 5 stars!) Fresh Nail Bar is immaculate. I especially liked that they used individual disposable liners in the pedicure baths for sanitary reasons. They have a great selection of nail polish, and I got a very relaxing pedicure in one of their fabulous massage chairs as well. I highly recommend Fresh! Read Less

Finally! A good nail salon on Cape! It's a bit of a hike from where I live in Brewster, but totally worth it. It's a new place and I saw it advertised on Facebook so my mom and I decided to give it a shot. We didn't have a reservation so when we walked in they asked if we would make an appointment and come back in a bit. We ended up waiting a little longer than our appointment but the owners were fantastic and accommodated us. The owners and staff are all very friendly and very professional. The place itself is beautiful. So clean and welcoming. Very light, bright, and modernly decorated - very spa-like. It's organized really well with the mani stations in the front and a separate pedi room in the back. The chairs are new and comfy with the option for the chair massage.  They have tvs in the pedi room, but they are muted and there is nice relaxing spa music playing throughout.  They have cute little menus describing their services and packages. Linh was my nail technician and did a wonderful job.  I opted for the eucamint spa pedicure which is a soak, scrub, mask, hot towels, lotion, and leg massage. Amazing and totally worth the extra few bucks. They really do a great job and take their time making sure you're having a great experience. I'll definitely be telling all my girlfriends to come here! Since moving here in May I haven't found a nail salon I loved, they either weren't clean, made me feel rushed, or didn't have dip powder. Well thank God for Fresh Nail Bar opening because they have everything I want in a nail spa. Andy and Tammy were wonderful. It is beautiful inside, clean, smells great. They have a hospital grade sterilizer, liners in the pedi tubs, new file, pumice stone and buffers with every client. The pedicure was just what I needed. Great massage, hot paraffin wax, hot towels etc. They have tons of colors to choose from too. But probably the reason I am so in love, they have the dip powder, with 100's of colors for me to choose from. No exaggeration!! (Big in Florida since moving here this is only the 3rd place I've found that has it, but the others only had a few colors.) I will definitely be returning! Thank you for the wonderful experience! I was really impressed by this beautiful new nail salon located next to Shaw's Supermarket in Hyannis.  The staff was friendly and very professional.  The prices are a little higher than the salons in the area but I believe you get what you pay for!! The polish selection was extensive and included the Zoya brand - a more natural product that I tried for the first time and really liked. Everything is super clean. They use sterilized tools and a new file and buffer for each customer.  Right now they are having a 20% off opening special which reduced my $18 manicure to $14.40 which was a great deal. But, I will definitely go back and gladly pay the regular price for such a wonderful service. Read Less

I was planning on going to get a pedi at my usual spot today and had stopped in this plaza to go to the grocery store. I was walking by and saw that Fresh Nail Bar was having a grand opening special of 20% off. I was not sure if I wanted to try a new place out but decided to look anyways. Wow. I am so glad I did. Here is the scoop....Environment They opened for business earlier that morning and I was their 3rd customer. The place was immaculate, although it should be as it has just opened. Soothing music was playing. The decor was grays, whites and greens and very well done. There were no flashy nail posters, just flat screen televisions on mute with subtitles running. PersonnelThe staff was ready and eager to please. They explained their menu of services. What impressed me the most is that after the pedi, they throw away the file, buffer and scrubby thing and everything else after a single use.They use tub liners and sterilize tools after use. They even offered me a bottle of water. Fanny did my pedi and she was lovely. She gave a good massage too. It did not feel rushed and the entire pedi was made even better by their massaging chairs. Management obviously went all out on good chairs. This chair was like a THRONE! In total, I believe they had 12 pedi chairs! All sparkling and brand new. One side note... their debit card machine was not hooked up and they insisted that I do my my pedi and that I could then come back after I hit up an ATM and give them cash as I did not have enough on hand. CostA basic pedi is $32. This is $7 more than I typically pay. In the end, I would definitely come back again. The extra $7 is worth it for the cleanliness, kindness and the CHAIR. The only con I could find (and I looked) was that the bathroom, although clean, it needed to have the trim painted and the baseboard heat was looking pretty tired.
