I have been going here since they opened. Yes everyone has a bad experience once in a while but they are not perfect. As for my nails AWESOME. They make every effort to please the customer. There is not usually a long wait time if any. The owners/staff are polite pleasant and cater to you if needed. My nails look good for 3 weeks at least. The polish does not chip(unless i do something dumb ) and every time i go there it's "what can we do for you today". NEVER had a problem paying with debit/credit card or adding tip on card. I come here because it's the most reliable nail salon that's close to me. Everyone's here is very friendly, cost is on the lower end, and my nails typically last 8-9 days (gel). Every time I come they take me right away as the place isn't typically busy. Only thing I don't like is that they only have one uv light at a time and it's not built into the nail desk. I am fed up with this place,I walked out today after Cindi had started my nails by removing polish and shortening them. She proceeded to tell me to have a seat in the waiting area because her 12:00 appointment had arrived.She should have never taken me if she couldnt finish.This is not the first time this has happened and I've also made appointments to walk in and she just started someone and I had to wait 40min.Very unprofessional. I make hair appointments and if I walk in and she's cutting someone else she doesnt stop that haircut to do mine she finishes then does mine,its understandable.Why would you stop doing my nails? Stopped in while car was at Town Fair Tire. No appt on a Sat aft, they took me right away for a gel mani and regular pedi. Nice atmosphere, relaxed and quiet. The mani was not rushed, nails came out beautiful and now a week later, no chips or peeling. Pedicure was also soothing and she took her time. Hot stone was my fave part. Clean and accommodating. Very dissapointed!!! I went in for a basic manicure and pedicure. I was asked to pick a color, I did and did not have it. The lady who did my Mani cut up my cuticles until my thumb started bleeding. Because it hurt she couldn't polish that thumb correctly and ended up with a jacked up Mani! Worse money spent! I would not recommend this salon to my worst enemy! Read Less

I've gone to this salon a few times and haven't left very happy any of those time. I go simply out of convince because it's close to my house. After the last time (3 weeks ago) thought I will never go again. I got a full set put on, they were nothing special just a simple French manicure which they use white nails to do so there is no extra step of painting. She decided instead of trying to talk to the customer she has in front of her that it was better to video chat with people while she was doing my nails. After she finished my nails she finally acknowledged me by telling me that my nails where extremely difficult. I'm not sure what was difficult because she didn't seem to have a problem and like I said it was just a routine set nothing special or fancy about them. When it was time to pay she told me the total then opened up the register expecting to me pay cash so when I pulled out my debit card she started to huff and puff and ripped it out of my hands. Extremely rude and they obviously have no customer service skills. I've also experienced when I've been there before one of the male workers and one of the females arguing and yelling while working on people's nails. As well as one of the woman scold a teenage girl who accidentally bumped one of her nails and all they had to fix was a little smudge. I'll never recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

Horrible. This place doesn't even deserve one star! Unsanitary as they didn't even use gloves when doing pedicures or wash out the sinks. My nails were all chipped and the polish coming off within 24 hrs. Could not understand anything anyone was saying. Rude. Unprofessional. Never again and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Im not from the area, I had some time between appointments so I popped in for a pedicure, they were all very pleasant, and the massage was one of the best I've had!!! The salon is very clean, I certainly wish I lived closer!!! I'll for sure stop in anytime I get the chance! Read Less

The only thing I could say is very rude! They don't even talk to you! I swear they talk about you! Gel nails chip off after 4 days! No good! 32 dollars later with tip and I'm not happy. Tried them a few times to see if they would change and no! Learn some customer service skills! Read Less

Really the best nail salon I have been in in years. The staff are very pleasant and quiet. Stephen took great care with fixing a terrible nail service that I had done in both Chic and Got Nails in Pawtucket. Salon was spotless, floors and tables as well as clutter free. Loved this place! Was T&J nails before, under new management they redecorated and updated it. Looks way better. The girls were very nice and she did an awesome job on my gel manicure. She noticed my hands were very dry and cracked from my allergy I have eczema, she offered me the paraffin wax for free and I think it really helped my hands. The only complaints I have is that the prices are not posted anywhere and the girls talked to each other in their language more than I was spoken to. Went there for my first gel manicure. I didn't think it was too bad until a few days later it started chipping/bubbling up near the cuticle. My friends who get gels all the time said that never happens to them. So I went to a different salon.  They didn't even believe me it was gel at first! They had never seen that! Yelp forces me to give this place a star! Went there with my friend for Mani's. There were three women working, one BARELY spoke any English and the other two spoke NONE! My friend had acrylics put on and the girl CUT her finger!I'll admit I had a special request (I'm never happy with how nail techs shape my nails so I do it myself before going in and ask them not to touch the edges, just buff the top of the nail- not difficult and less work for them at the same price, right?!?) but they couldn't figure out what I meant and she almost started to just cut my nails off instead!One woman had trouble applying the polish (hello, that's your job!) and the other didn't put the base coat to the edge so it was chipping in 2 days. Not sure if she is the owner, but I got a manicure from Tammy.  I didn't want a shellac manicure to her disappointment, just a regular manicure to clean up my cuticles. As I was sitting down one of her regulars came in, the woman offered to come back later but Tammy said to wait it would only be ten minutes. And that's exactly how long it took for her to do my manicure. Barely filed my nails and the massage lastly only 1 minute in total. I have never felt so rushed. The worst part was I left and there was nail polish all over my skin, she didn't even clean that off. I might not be a regular looking for an expensive fill, but I am a paying customer and from now on I will take my business elsewhere. Read Less
