Horrible experience. Very over priced. Were not clean with tools. My nails (which are usually very nice and strong) chipped and broke the next day. One of the technicians was very rude and rushed. While the other took 2.5 hours to do a simple manicure on my friend. Shouldn't charge $80 dollars for a mani-pedi if they're going to do a a terrible job, have a stinky attitude, and have over all terrible customer service. Never going there again! Read Less

Walked in to get my nails done and they told me to take a seat at a station. Then proceeded to tell me that they were unable to help. COMPLETELY unprofessional and rude. My friend actually got her nails done there and had a terrible experience as well. Stating that they told her, her color choice was a little to young for her. Unacceptable. This place is great! I called right after they opened a few days before Christmas to see if they could for me in for a pedicure and even though they were busy, they got me in. They were still as nice with me as they were the other people that had set up appointments the day before. I've come here several times and had wonderful pedicures, but the customer service today was definitely sub par.  I entered requesting a pedicure and eyebrow wax.  The receptionist (owner?) rolled her eyes at me when I requested the eyebrow wax.  She asked if I was willing to do the pedicure first, and then she would wax my eyebrows, which was fine with me.  Another employee gave me a terrific pedicure.  At the end, she stated that they had forgotten to heat the wax.  I offered to wait (rather than head to another salon).  After a few minutes yet another employee came out and told me to go (with little explanation). The owner (I believe) never reappeared.  So, I paid and left and headed to another salon for an eyebrow wax.   Despite the great pedicure. I won't be returning.  Strange place! Read Less

Raini Nails is fantastic!!! The staff here is professional and polite. The tools they used were opened in front of me from sanitary package. They are very meticulous in cleaning and shaping nails. They have a good selection of colors to choose from and I' be always happy with how my nails looked when they are done. The price is reasonable for great customer service. Visited this place while in town for the weekend. Went to get a manicure on a sunday. This was probably the only place open on a Sunday morning. Thankfully they sat me down immediately.  Manicurist was very pleasant and had a decent experience.  Only thing is the place wasn't much of a sight and price seemed modest. Only thing is they won't allow you to leave a tip on a card. I didn't have cash and there was no way to leave a tip. No effort made on their part. Should not be hard for me to give you my $$. This is always my favorite place whenever I have time and want to make my nails beautiful. They provide all qualified products and good services, so that I have no worries about the nails' health and safety. Terrible service and very overpriced. This was the fastest mani/pedi i have ever had. The nail techs were grouchy and rushed myself and my bridal party. The pedi took about 15 minutes and the mani about 20 minutes for a french mani. They only put on one coat of polish and my pedi was gone within a couple of days.
