I used to like this plane, however the quality of pedicures diminished over time. They were rushed and incomplete and my feet always felt rough after. Furthermore, the staff can be rude. I made an appointment for me and 2 girls. 3 different women asked me if I was all set or had an appointment, which is fine. It was busy. However, the third time I was asked and answered, one woman said to me - in front of everyone - "Yes, we heard you the first two times". I have been coming here for years and always recommend everyone I know to come here! They are beyond amazing especially Melissa & Kim! They make you feel like family and don't treat you like any old client! The salon is always very clean & the "crockpot" behind the pedi chairs is for the hot stones they use for the pedi's not food, so I'm not sure what the other two grumpy people are talking about but hey that's their opinion! Their pedicure area is awesome and super relaxing..., in fact I have almost fallen asleep and I've seen others fall completely asleep because it is so relaxing. They are also the only shop I know of (and trust me I tried out a bunch before I found them) that takes their time with you and doesn't rush because someone is waiting, they make you feel important and a priority when they are doing your nails or pedi. I am from NY and this place was a rip off. Not only did she try to over charge me, they do not have a basic pedicure price. Their pedicures start at $25 and they did nothing special except the parafin. For $25 in NY I could have gotten a great mani, pedi & massage while my nails dried in a cleaner environment with sanitized equipment. The picture they show is a false representation of how it really looks inside, they were understaffed and rude. Absolutely terrible service! The women were extremely nasty and rude! They never tell you the prices so I got a pedicure that ended up being 35! Never did they ask if I wanted a basic pedicure! Went in because I've heard good things. Had a gel manicure. If you pay in cash it's $22.50. The guy was going really fast and didn't care if he missed a spot. The guy working there tried to remove a hangnail or ingrown nail during my pedicure without telling me. He completely ripped the skin around it and kept working like nothing happened. My toe was sore for weeks and I still have the mark from it. I'm just glad it didn't get infected because nothing there seemed very sanitary. I won't be back. Read Less
