Have been going to Kim Nail for almost 10 years and feel like a family member. They have all of the latest and greatest colors and you even have your own box with your own nail tools. Friendly clean environment. Totally satisfied each visit.

Got my nails done for a wedding, it's been a couple weeks now and they STILL look perfect...I was worked on by the owner of this place himself, Phong, a young, sexy but very polite 20 something. He clearly was very knowledgeable on his process, and seems to be constantly researching and developing new products of his own. Forbes should do an up n coming entrepreneur piece on this guy. I would watch out, I think this business is going places - you should get your nails done while the prices are so cheap. I hear they're sold out months in advance so do it quick.
I got a pink and purple marble, but some fingers with matte with a beautiful stamp - came out gorgeous, and I've never had my nails professionally done in so little time, I was probably out in ten minutes! They mentioned also being available to travel reasonable distances to do entire bridal parties, I suggested they put out a groupon lol.
The place is also very clean and has a calming atmosphere...and they are beyond thorough with their work, after he was done, Phong twice returned to a couple nails to do a quick 5 second 'touch up' since he saw tiny flaws/imperfections with his own work that I swear are invisible to the naked eye, they looked fine to me.

Don't go here!!! This was the worst nail experience ever. They took 15 minutes to do acrylic nails for my daughter and her friend. Tried pressuring them to get nail art the entire time. They certainty take no pride in actually painting nails well. Then after stating polish change cost was $10 for toes, charged $25 calling it a pedicure. Like these 16 year old girls are there to steal from, becauae that is exactly what they did, actually worse then stealing in my opinion!!! When I called to complain, the person on phone pretended it was the wrong nail salon. Just horrible people. If I could give negative stars and post pics of how bad the nails look I would. Please don't let them take your $$ as well.

There's no other way to say it other than...Kim's Nails is the best. Kim and her professional staff are phenomenal at what they do. When I first found this place, she nicely told me what my other nail technicians had been doing wrong! It was a reflexing and very informative experience. Haha. Come to find out, my mother, aunt, and even my grandmother had been going to Kim's nails for years!! As for selection and creativity. The staff at Kim's nails truly take pride in their work. Every detail is tended to, the selection of colors is draw dropping. And Phuong's creativity, innovative spirit, and passion for the art and craft shows in his work EVERY TIME. I mean when I saw GoT nail art I knew there was no other nail spa for me! AND probably the best part, they NEVER double book so when you make an appointment you're in and out in a flash!

It took me a very long time to find a nail place that was clean, welcoming, friendly and fairly priced. Kim Nails is all of the above. Not only are their prices fair, their work is amazing. They have an overwhelming selection of colors and designs. They keep up with the trends and my nails always look amazing. And unlike many other nail salons, they NEVER rip me off. Their prices are concrete and they don't slip anything by you. Kim and Phong are very sweet and personable people. I look forward to getting my nails done with them every couple of weeks! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

After searching for what seemed like forever, going to countless nail salons and always coming up disappointed, I finally found this place. This is the BESTTTT nail salon I have ever been to. My nails always come out gorgeous, the attention to detail is phenomenal, clean, quick, and the best part is the appointment only. No waiting, no rushing-- so my nails are always perfect. Open Sundays which is a huge plus. Im always able to make an appointment last minute as I have a very unpredictable schedule. My only regret is that I didn't find this place sooner! I always bring pictures of what I want and they get it exactly right every single time.

I have been going to Kim Nails for the past 5-6 years. Attention to detail, outstanding manicures and pedicures, super friendly and very nice people. I drive from Northampton and it's well worth it. I like that this is a quiet place and not a factory. Kim and Phong are extremely polite and do a great job. Not only did my pedicure come out beautiful, but I had a great experience as well. Prices are very fair and business is managed by great people! After searching for what seemed like forever, going to countless nail salons and always coming up disappointed, I finally found this place. This is the BESTTTT nail salon I have ever been to. My nails always come out gorgeous, the attention to detail is phenomenal, clean, quick, and the best part is the appointment only. No waiting, no rushing-- so my nails are always perfect.
