I would love to give this establishment five stars, but alas it is what it is. I came here with a friend who has been here before and had great things to say. It is small but clean, the owners are husband and wife, and they are very friendly and fun to talk to. I got a traditional manicure and spa pedicure. Lets start with the pedicure since that is the first service I had done, it was good and Tommy did a great job. They have massage chairs with a foot bath that bubbles and he made sure I was comfortable with the temperature of the water. Next the manicure, Jenny is very friendly but she didn't really take great care in shaping my nails and when she filed them and she didn't ask me what shape I would like them, then proceeded to file them so hard I didn't think I'd have any nail left. Maybe she should take a kick boxing class (they have a studio right next door) to get out her frustration. She shaped them to a point, which looked awful (and very unnatural) and filed off so much on the sides of my nails that they hurt.I had to cut them and re-file them when I got home. To say I am disappointed would be and understatement. I do understand they are nails and they will grow back, but it will take some time for them to grow out so I can reshape them (probably 2 months). I paid $35 (not including tip) for a traditional mani/spa pedi. My friend had a spa pedicure, gel manicure and her eyebrows waxed for $63 (not including tip). I would be willing to give them a second chance, but I would definitely be more vocal about how I would like my nails next time. Read Less

Always take the extra time to make sure your needs are met and that you're relaxed. They offer a great selection of polishes and services and are always polite and professional. They're fun to talk to and always remember their patrons, you can tell that they really care about their work and their business. Terrible. I asked for a quick pedicure due to the fact that I was on my lunch break.. They women were very rude. I was the only customer and they were working on each others feet (which apparently was more important) I then accidently kniced my large toe and asked her if she could fix it.. she huffed and puffed and reprimanded me that the nails were not dry and I should not have been moving. Mind you.. I get pedicures every 2 weeks . .I think I know that!Read Less
