I was a loyal customer here for ages, but they always did shady things like stealing my nail polish I brought in for my manicure and pedicure and tricked me into giving them an exorbitant tip by snatc...
I was a loyal customer here for ages, but they always did shady things like stealing my nail polish I brought in for my manicure and pedicure and tricked me into giving them an exorbitant tip by snatching the biggest amount of the bills I had laid out to calculate the tip and repeatedly and enthusiastically thanked me. They were also always very pushy with their services and far too aggressive with the waxing. Wednesday was the last straw when I went in for waxing and a rude man at the desk, who didn't talk, just motioned in a get-out manner for me to go to the back waxing room and pointed there. I waited in there for ages while employees saw me and passed me and ignored me and were not engaged in other things and could have easily helped me. I kept on stepping out of the room and waiting and asking the rude man at the desk, who kept on doing the awful get-out motioning to the back waxing area and pointing, but no one would help me. So I started leaving while two employees emotionally came towards me and I just shook my head and motioned "no" as I left. Funny how they weren't interested in me till I was leaving and didn't care till I was leaving. I go to Eterna Day Spa nearby now for half the price.

Literally sat there for over an hour and just got home and my nails look all bubbly and not right and are still sticky.... I got dipping powder pretty sure the wrong top coat was applied. I will be go...
Literally sat there for over an hour and just got home and my nails look all bubbly and not right and are still sticky.... I got dipping powder pretty sure the wrong top coat was applied. I will be going back early tomorrow morning they need to fix this! Looks horrible

This place is a ripoff. Watered down polishes that chip the second day. My acrylic/gel nails cracked down the middle poor quality product and had to go to hospital for bloody infected nail

As she is doing my pedi she jokingly says she is going to do a bad job ( she wasn’t joking ) .. she pulls out what I like to call “ the cheese grater “ and it has someone’s nasty old skin on it 🤢
So I ask her if she is planning to use that on me and she says “yes “ I say “ you don’t see that it’s not clean” so she goes to get another and same thing dirty.. I should have just got up and left but I didn’t smh needless to say we skipped that part of the pedi
Next we move to hands ..she was in such a rush she only cleans the cuticles on my right hand when I mentioned it she said she did both 🙄🙄 ok
At this point I’m like whatever I have a wedding to attend the next day so let me get this over with .. 5 days have past and the gel mani has peeled completely off my names 🤷♀️🤷♀️

I got a GEL manicure 2 days again and my entire right hand is already chipped. My job includes absolutely zero manual labor with my hands. That should not be happening.

Zero stars poorly done job. Nails are crooked and unevenly cut. Racist manager who gives Africans second class treatment and charges more. She charged my daughter 50 dollars for same full set acrylics...

She charged my daughter 50 dollars for same full set acrylics that I did. Very unhygienic and rough. If you don’t want to waste your money don’t go to this place!!

A Good overall nail salon for the area. They aren't terrible or even great. Its a stable nail salon that you go to when you regular place is closed early (they have extended hours because its a mall)...

Hatin' on these hate comments. I LOVE the nail designs they do and how creative they are. They have an organized schedule. They probably change prices often because of the storage of their supplies. I LOVE them. I LOVE the workers even though most of them are Asian. The place is packed; I can't believe that they can keep up with me! I love this place; it's one of my favorite places! 5 stars! LOVE THEM.

I first want to start off by saying that I would have given 0 stars if possible. I visited this salon to get a full set, that lasted TWO DAYS. I'm not sure what the lady's name is that did my nails but her desk was right behind the front counter. Two days after I got my nails done my index and ring finger nails fell off when I was PUTTING ON MY PANTS, so I glued them back on. The day after that, my tumbnail nail broke in half. I called the salon to talk to a manager, the manager wasn't there, the employee on the phone said I can come in and they'll fix any problems I had. I went in that same day and I got ONLY MY THUMB NAIL fixed because the initial woman who did my nails said I didn't need the other two redone since I GLUED THEM BACK ON. The first lady who did my nails was right next to where I was getting my nails done and was talking about me to the person who's nails she was doing, if you want quality nails DO NOT GO HERE.

My gel manicure has lasted 6 days (whereas the gel pedicure I got elsewhere is still going strong at 4 weeks). The color selection was very limited. The water was cold. My daughter was seen immediately, but I had to wait 30 minutes although the place was practically empty. Meanwhile, the technician cut my daughter's finger. We won't return. The price is all that save them from 2 stars.

After shopping, I realized that I would not have enough time to drive to my local nail salon for a gel manicure. I cross my fingers and entered into Wheaton Salon & Spa. It's right inside the Westfield Mall and Wheaton so it's very convenient to shopaholics. My very first time was with a very new nail technician. She took a little over two hours to take off my old gels and to give me a new gel manicure. I was irritated at first because I was pressed on time but afterwards I was happy when I saw the result. She took her time and make sure everything was very neat and perfect. I've never been in a seat for over 2.5 hours but worth it.Yesterday I had a walk-in and the salon was very busy but they always have extra tech missions to take you and so you do not have to wait. A male technician did my gel manicure and he was on point. Perfection! Ultra shiny, perfectly shaped, near cuticles.

I was a loyal customer here for ages, but they always did shady things like stealing my nail polish I brought in for my manicure and pedicure and tricked me into giving them an exorbitant tip by snatching the biggest amount of the bills I had laid out to calculate the tip and repeatedly and enthusiastically thanked me. My daughter was seen immediately, but I had to wait 30 minutes although the place was practically empty. Meanwhile, the technician cut my daughter's finger. We won't return. The price is all that save them from 2 stars.
