My cousin and I went in for dip powder as that’s the healthiest for our nails only to get a gel manicure and left with really flemsy nails against our wishes. Not even 24 hours later, 2 of my nails chipped which ripped a layer of my nails off with it. I specifically don’t do gels because they ruin your nails and it took me 2 years to rehab them only for this to happen. Nail tech Tina takes nail clippers and clipped a chunk of the polish to prove that it’s stuck yet like stated before, 2 of my nails were already stripped. Horrible place to do your nails Tina plays too many games and doesn't know how to talk to customers only had to go here due to the fact my regular lady is on vacation but Tina will no longer get anymore service from me or anyone I know because she is unprofessional. I live in the neighborhood.Gel manicure for $20? Mood gel nails for $25? Ummmm yes! I've been here several times and have probably been to almost everyone with the exception of the owner, for both manicure and pedicure. Honestly... I only really come here for gel manicures when I need to last minute. It's the price and convenience for me. If you want quality, this isn't really the place. Although, Julie is the by far the best here.It isn't the cleanest, but I like Julie because she's good at what she does. BUT she always uses new and clean tools. I honestly don't like this place, the only good person to do your eyebrows there is the old lady, with glasses. I went to do my facial there since I have a lot of black heads I expected them to nicely take them off BUT no! Super Nails is a sizable nail shop in Wheaton/Silver Spring, MD.Tram is so freaken talented and exceptional at nail art!Metered parking is in the back of the building. BAD COSTUMER SERVICE , this lady toook about 10 minutes to do my pedicure , at other nails stores it takes at least 30 minutes , & when I confronted her about it she lied and told me that she wasn't done , but she already painted my toes and even added the top coat . This place is terrible. I went with my friend to get a french polish change and they did a horrible job.The polish was uneven and messy. Some of the white tips were thicker than the others. The nail tech also seemed nervous and didn't have a steady hand, as if she had no idea what she was doing. Which probably explains why my nails didn't turn out so well. I'm not one of those customers who bitch in person cause I understand the service industry and how difficult it can be dealing with asshole customers, so I stayed quiet about it and paid. But I still felt pretty pissed when I left, because I paid for something crappy. With that being said, I really hope this business takes this review into consideration. I go to this salon because the price is reasonable and most of the associates are nice to me. I've been coming here for 3 years. I like the quality of the gel manicure and color options they have and love the price. I don't think it's anything different any other expensive salons. I however don't really like the pedicure there. Because the $18 one is just SO basic but $25 is the deluxe which is what we like. So spare little bit more and get the deluxe. Read Less

I think the reviewer before me had her salons confused. There is a salon next door to "hi super nail" called "super spa". I have not heard good things about that salon but "hi super nail" in the same complex as dunkin donuts is great!I highly recommend Tram. She is the best designer for nail art and her execution is superb. In addition, the reason I feel the other reviewer is mistaken is that Tram speaks beautiful English without an accent. If you love acrylic nail art, I have yet to come across a salon that compares to this salon. In addition, I saw a lady leaving with the most beautiful eyelashes when I arrived.
