I just had my first experience at The Spa, and I was absolutely AMAZED!! I had received gift cards for Christmas so that I could get the mommy-to-be spa day package, and each of my services were wonderful. All of the staff were extremely professional and so friendly! My massage (w/ Jenn), facial (w/Joy), and pedicure (w/Janey) gave me three and a half hours of total relaxation and I left there feeling like a million bucks!! I went to the Spa on West Main to get my hair cut and love my new do! The spa is very well decorated and clean. I will definitely go back here for other spa services. After many years of traveling to Towson, I finally found a Spa in Westminster that meets the standards I was looking for. They have just about any service you could want or need. But for me, it was pedicures that sealed the deal. I look forward to my monthly pedicures with Savannah who has a way of making them both fun and relaxing, not to mention the complimentary wine and crackers, and personally I love that extra touch of feeling pampered! Any problems, and they have been few and far between, are cheerfully resolved by the staff. I went with my friend and my mom yesterday for pedicures to celebrate my mom's belated birthday. My mother has very ticklish feet and has never had a pedicure so she was a little hesitant. While the spa is beautiful they have complete idiots working at the front desk. My sister called and booked a reservation for us two weeks in advance. We showed up and they told us our appointment was one month from now. I was there when she made the appointment and know she told them the right date. So upset this was my 30th birthday present. Never going here again :( , I'd call and confirm a few times before coming. On top of which when we showed up they said they had no appointment for us with our names anywhere. Worst manicure I've ever had in my life and the most expensive. The girl, Brett, was anything but customer service oriented. She lacked confidence and professionalism. I'm pretty sure my 4 year old niece can paint my nails better than she did. It's a shame because this would've been my go to place for my wedding preparations. Wonderful first experience here! The building is beautiful inside and out. It's adorable inside, I loved it. Mandy trimmed my hair and fixed my bangs and she did a wonderful job. They were super busy on a Friday, but they still made my appointment time and I was in and out in less than an hour. Ask for Mandy! They did my hair (updo) for my wedding & it was fantastic ( I believe Shannon did it).  But I got a color & cut one other time & it was a little too snobby for my liking.  The lady left conditioning treatment on my hair & went out & smoked a cigarette & came back to wash my hair smelling not so nice.  They just don't make you feel very welcome.
