I do not personally choose the establishment for services, but my mother does. This past Saturday was the appointment from HELL. So here it goes- I wish I was lying!! 1030 appointment, lasting until 2pm. naturally the hair stylist was late, as she is every time an appointment is scheduled with her. So she jumps right in, her only job was to do roots, on blonde hair, a simple 45 minute, in and out. Applies color, we notice it is a little dark, just let it go, the “35 minutes” go by ( no set timer, was actually 42 minutes, but who is counting) rinses out, takes client to chair- realizing she put a LEVEL 5 on roots instead of usual LEVEL 9, now I’m not a genius- but you and I both know this HUGE, UNACCPETABLE mistake was noticed while rinsing- stylist response was “ ill throw some highlights in” so after conversation she decides to “lighten” while applying lightener, the excuses from stylist are flowing, as she states “ I hate working for other people” “ tubes were put away wrong” “they just hired 2 assistants and I’ve been looking for a reason to complain about them” the stylist NEVER assumed responsibility, it was someone else’s fault. My main question is - doesn’t the tube say the level of color, YES. The answer is yes, the tube of color had a clear, defined number on it telling what it is. So after relightening, then putting highlights in, she tells client “ This is what I do, I can always fix it”.. so now we have an older woman walking around with roots that are 3 shades, zebra stripes on side, random red highlights on top, totally different bottom color, Also hair dye stains along front of hairline, around in entire face- so to which, we returned to salon, and receptionist- who does help using stain remover pads, states it may take a few washes to remove stain from hair line. Needless to say- client will not be returning. Highly disappointed. Stylist did attempt to make unacceptable mistake right, but the issue lies in no responsibility was taken, and this SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN. 100% inexcusable. Read Less
