I've been here twice each time I was disappointed. My first time here the old guy with the laptop did my nails. He put way too much acrylic on and my nails were very thick like bear claw nails . He got mad when I asked him to thin them out for a more natural look. He was playing a game on his phone the entire time he did my nails.  This second time I came for just a pedicure and the young guy with the blonde hair did my pedi Paige I think he told me was his name. It was a Friday morning not busy at all and he is rushing on my pedi. I didn't complain be cause he was doing an ok job. But, when it came to the most important part ( the massage) he rushed and I asked his to do a little longer he said no he already did it. I went over a week ago. It was my first time a friend introduced me. I was sat a while waiting before anyone called me back they were all sat around talking! I had a pedicure and the towels were totally disgusting like they hadn't been washed at all but apart from that I was happy with the color and design. For a couple of days my toe has been hurting but didn't think anything of it until today I looked and it's swollen, really red and puss coming out!! It's infected!! I just left from this salon and the guy i had did a terrible job. I got a manicure with gel polish and the polish is already coming off and he did not shape my nails right, plus they did not want to give my money back after the fact. That was my hard earned money wasted. Read Less

I've read some negative reviews as regards this salon, but let's be real a fill-in is twelve bucks!! How upscale are you expecting!! You get what you pay for I've been getting my nails done for years and quite frankly their work was no worse than some places I've gone to that cost much more! I live in D.C. so it's not likely I'll come here on a regular but whenever I'm in the area I will go there again! Where else can two people get nails and feet done decently for sixty- two dollars!! I went here for the first time and my service was horrible. the tech that did my nails was sloppy and not clean. I got a gel overlay and 2 weeks later went to soak the gel off and I found green nail fungus under 1 of my nails. this place uses unclean tools on their clients. I have been going here for a year because of the low prices but you definately get what you pay for. My last 5 or more visits there is always something wrong. My last visit I went there and there were multiple workers just sitting around doing absolutely nothing while I had to wait almost 35 minutes to be taken back (there were only 2 customers there other than me.) They don't hold a conversation with you while your there and make you feel comfortable, the workers only speak to the other workers in their language. I had just been there 1.5 weeks prior to this visit and got a full set put on and the woman doing my nails told me my acrylics were lifing up a lot and I should just get a new set. Why would I get a new set when i just got a new set 1.5 weeks ago. Mind you, when I was there 1.5 weeks ago, I left out of that place with my nails looking like they already needed a fill in! They looked horrible, they did not look freshly done. The boy who did them did not get the acrylic anywhere close to my cuticles. Thats why I had to return so fast (1.5 weeks) because they looked like they had been growing out a month. I wish I could include pics. So my very last visit I got white nails with one gold finger. The woman did not distribute the polish evenly at all and you can see the brush strokes in my nails. To make it worse, she didn't cover the white polish all the way with the clear coat so my nails look lumpy, some has clear coat on it but the edges have none at all. I wish I could show you guys so you dont think im complaining about little things but they really do look horrible. I messed up both of my thumb nails because she put the layers of polish on so thick that they just wouldnt dry underneath so after sitting under the dryer 15 minutes, I go get in the car and BOOM there goes the paint on one. I go to get food and pull my debit card out 10 minutes later and BOOM there goes the other thumb. I like this salon. Affordable prices & funny nail techs. I had a great first experience here and left with a beautiful design on my toes. However, there's always a long wait whenever I come here. VERY rude and unprofessional acting Asian guy, jokes around WAY too much, and plays a video game while he is doing nails.  VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.  He picks and chooses what customers nails he will do, even if he's not busy and someone is waiting, sooo rude.  His name is SAM.  I will never come here again, especially since I saw a big brown roach on the floor. I've been here two times and both times were pleasant. The nail techs are friendly and funny. The place isn't the most modern of salons but it is relatively clean and up to date. The selection of polish is pretty slim compared to other places but I typically get gel and I stick to basic, neutral colors so it doesn't bother me. With that being said, both times I received a fill in and both times it was average. Good enough where I liked my nails but still minor things I would change. I'm going to give it one more try (as I sit and wait for my nails to be done now as I write this review). Overall, it's an average place to get your nails done. Nothing to write home about. Read Less
