Mimi and the guy are both nasty. They raise the price 3 times from $22 to final price $62. They will call the police if you don't want them to finish at the highest price. They are scam artist. This place his hot garbage. I have visited this location over 5 times and each time I left more disappointed then the last visit. I usually get a pedicure only and the service is below grade. They rush the job even though it's not busy and the overall look comes out terrible! For a $25 pedicure I left with my skin painted a long with my toe nails. I've been going to Queen nails on and off since I was 16 years old. My nails and eyebrows are always done very well with the big variety of colors. But the staff really needs to check their attitudes at the door. This is a place of business and when I come in for a service you should be pleasant ad possible and not rolling your eyes, or taking about you client while he or she is in your presence. This place is trash! Seriously. I'm from Maryland and have been seeing Mimi for years she is amazing. Too bad her staff isnt. I live in Texas where there are a lot of amazing nail techs, I wanted a simple ombré pink and white. Btw mimi is out of town.  At first it seemed like the lady knew what she was doing, the only problem I had was that she put a lot of the white on it was so thick it didn't blend at all. I asked her if she could do less white the very first time, she went further to tell me if I know how to do it, then go home and do it myself. How rude. The owner Mimi is rude to clients she doesn't care about the quality of her work.  She seems not to want to provide service to minorities but minorities are her main client base.  I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone wanting quality services.  The salon is not clean.  After eyelash installation by Mimi, My eyelashes were many lengths, she got glue in my eye and didn't care, my eyelashes were lopsided and glued to my inner lids.  She had no care in correcting and I had to ask her to get the glue off my lower eyelids and face as to which she handed me a Q-Tip with solution to correct on my own. I tried to sleep that night and could not fully shut my eyes.  Instead of correcting the issue an attitude was received.  The only caring person that provides service in this salon is her sister-in-law Hailey but she's rarely there and they do not seem to get along. If I could give this place 0 stars I would in a heart beat. Over the past 10 years I've tried about 5 different nail salons in this area just to see which place would fill my needs and give good service. I ignored the warning signs and bad reviews just so I won't judge a book by its cover. I made a huge mistake. To begin with, when I walked 2 of the nail techs gave me a snarky look and another sucked her teeth and asked what I needed. I let her know I would like a full set with acrylic, no gel. She carried on about how they won't last long and won't look as good as gel. I explained to her I need them for only a week for a small event so that wouldn't be a problem. (Not that I needed to explain myself). But immediately that's when all the chatter , stares and giggling started which made this uncomfortable. She was sloppy as hell, pushy and just unprofessional. At one point she walked away and another employee had to get her after 20 minutes because I told her I need to go, I'm not on her time. So when it's time to file down and paint my nails she insists on using gel polish once again. I told her "no thank you, no gel" she said "I'll do it just for you" and I replied "I'm not paying for what I don't want". She said "okay okay". So she proceeded with gel polish and sloppily at that. So when it's time to pay she says "$50" .........I think she might've bumped her head when she went in the back for 20. I raised hell in the most calmest way I could. And let me not leave out the fact that the women on each side getting full sets and a manicure questioned about their total as well. THEY'RE MAKING IT UP AS THEY GO. I'm currently headed back to Queen nails for them to fix my lashes for the second time. I made the mistake by going to them again to get my lashes done. I got my lashes done on Friday and pay $30 for them. Today is Monday only two days and my lashes are falling out already really. The last time I went to Queen nails to get my Lashes fixed the manager was very nasty (a male) was very nasty. He yelled at me for not knowing the name of the tech that did my lashes then charged me a extra $5 because the original tech was not there.Today I walk in and the woman ask again can she help me. Once saying my lashes needed to be fix her spoke to a young lady in their language and never acknowledged me again. They are the NASTIEST PEOPLE. I will never come back here again. This place is some garbage. If I could give them no stars, I would. The worst service I ever had. Firstly, do not go to Tammy. Or anyone in there for that matter. I thought that this place would be good since it came highly recommended but it's THE WORST NAIL SALON I have ever been too and I have been getting my acrylics for the past 6 years. Originally, I had wanted my nails to be coffin shape and a bit long. But after seeing them, I decided they were too long so I asked them to be cut down by a lot. She trimmed them but they were still too long. After I asked her again, she ignored me and pretended like she couldn't understand me. Then I said that I would not pay, she goes, "Leave it long, it looks better long. I like it long." So, I told her fine since she wouldn't listen. Immediately after though, she tells me that it'll be an upcharge to make them long. I cut that real quick. I told her that I didn't want them long so she needed to cut them down right now. In the end, she didn't listen to me. She kept acting like she didn't hear me when I said cut them down. My nails were still entirely too long. She refused to cut them down to my liking. In fact, ONE HAND WAS LONGER THAN THE OTHER. WHO DOES THAT? It looked so terrible.Also, the entire time she kept trying to force me to get gel. I didn't want it. She initially told me that it would be 25. Then it jumped to 30. Then it jumped to 40. I told her I wasn't paying her that much for just a simple full set so she then goes back to 33. At that point, I was so frustrated, I just wanted to leave. So, I paid her and left. Two days later, I came in and three of my nails had broken off. THREE. All on the same hand. You know what she tells me? It was MY FAULT. That I was the one who wanted my nails long and that she told me that I should have cut them down but I didn't want too because of the extra 3 dollars it would have been. I don't know when she had that conversation but it sure as hell as not to me. I repeatedly asked her to cut them down and she tries to put the blame on me? Bull. Then this other lady jumps in and tells me that they aren't responsible for anything after 3 days. I told her it had been 2 so then she immediately changes it and says that they're only responsible for the refill part and not the tip. And that it breaking was not her fault and that I would have to pay to get it fixed because I'm the reason my nails broke and not Tammy's work. Who else's fault is it? I'm not the one who put the stuff on my nails. I am not paying for her idiocy. Tammy tells me that she can do it for 6, but then she changes it to 9 because "I'm being difficult". Tammy then proceeds to talk about me to the customer as if I can't hear her, telling the client she was working on that it was my fault because she told me they were too long but I didn't listen to her and that it wasn't her work that was the reason behind my nails breaking. I called her out and she pretended like she didn't know what I was talking about instantly. After waiting, I left. I couldn't stand to be in that place anymore.I have never in my life been so disrespected and mistreated like that. I hope that this review helps people to never come to that place again. Went in for a manicure and pedicure. They immediately put me in a pedi chair and filled the bottom with water. About 10 minutes later I asked if someone was coming and they said yes, she's on the way. I waited another 15 minutes and they said she's almost here. Ok, so when I walk in , I they assigned me to a woman who seem to be irritated by my request to get catwomen styled  nails. She did the initial shaping of the nail which was round, I then informed her I wanted more claw like to give her a visual picture of my idea. She then started speaking her original language loudly, in my opinion maybe talking trash, a guy with a ADolf Hitler haircut, told me he would complete my nails. I ask the women was there a problem?she said no. I told her and those listening range im feeling a little slighted by her behavior. And was on my way out the door.  But the guy said he would take care of my nails. He was pleasant, he shaped my nails and put on the acrylic. During my shaping, a young client came out of the lash and eyebrow station disputing a fee with a young employee. The girl just walk out, ehich made the young employee frustrated.That prompt me to look for the price list.  There wasnt one. I told Adolf, how I wanted my nails,  with 3d designs. He told me someone else does that in the salon. To my forture, it was the young employee. When she was introduce to me, I could tell she was still upset . I immediately ask her where is there price list?, she then informed me they had a price list however she never told me where the price list was. I've informed her that I have a specific amout I am willing to pay for my nails I told her I want it 3d nails she told me it was $10 per 3d nail. I said ok and then I told her I wanted nail designs on two of my nails and I asked her for a matte nail she told me for the matte nail it would be $2 as she was completing my nail work I had to remind her about certain colors I requested on my nails. She was still frustrated by her previous client. Then another client came in wanting her lashes fixed. And the young employee was the only one who did lashes and eyebrows there. So she began to kinda rush through my nail job. I asked her was she the only one who did the nail art and the lashes she informed me she was. Do not get your eyebrows tattooed here by Mimi, or anyone else for that matter. I REPEAT,  DO NOT WASTE your money and get your eyebrows tattooed here. I had the worst experience ever (inbox me if you care to know). This is a cheap place and the result will look cheap. I had my eyebrows done there in July '13 after watching a YouTube video and despite my sister telling me not to. Fast forward  to right now, less than a year later, the tattoo is faded and the color is a weird green. Just go spend more ($600 ) and get a better tattoo that will last you longer. I was a walk in on a Saturday, I was taken right away, but the place is a little dingy and the staff rather rude.  It was not relaxing because of the level of noise, seemed more like a barber shop atmosphere.
