If your looking to get color acrylic this is not the place to go. I called in advance and asked it they had it and the said they did. I had white acrylic on my nails already and just needed a fill in. They attempted to do that but their acrylic was so old it looked yellow. I complained and they dug up some different acrylic. I started going to Nail Obsession in November of 2016. This is the only salon in Waldorf that I have gone to. I love it. I typically get my nails done (gel fill) every three weeks. Each time is a new experience and I got sooooo many compliments on my nails. I usually also get a pedicure which is my time to relax. They do a great job. Occassionally I will get my eyebrows done. The service could be better. The lady that made my manicure never talked to me but kept making jokes with her coworker. Wich made me very uncomfortable. I paid for my service but didn't left any tip and they give me the nasty look. My nails didn't last 3 weeks without cracking. I went today to get my eyebrows waxed for an upcoming wedding. I was asked by the gentleman if I wanted them thinned to which my answer was "No, I would just like the stray hairs taken care of". He went over each eyebrow 3-4 times which began to make me nervous... So at the end I looked in the mirror and thought geez, he thinned them out a lot! I pay and go to my car where I looked into the mirror and realized that he not only waxed off the outer third of my eyebrow but then used an eyebrow pencil to fill it in! I can forgive him taking too much off but covering it up and not saying anything?! When I called to complain I was asked if I wanted to come back in... Really? I have been going here since they have opened. I have always had excellent service. The staff and owners are awesome. Everyone that I have referred to come here said that they had a wonderful experience. No one can do my eyebrows but Joe; I always get compliments. Many times I have had to wait at least 30 minutes to get my nails done here. When I arrived today, I was told it was going to be a few minutes. One of nail techs had the nerve to say, "No one is going ahead of you" as she promptly works on someone's nails who came after me. The owner has consistently chosen to service people who have come after me. This has happened on several occasions. I continue to go because the salon is within walking distance from where I live, but I have walked out several times because of the long wait. I will not go here again. The owner has an attitude. I absolutely LOVE nails obsession! I have been a client here for about some years now, and I absolutely love every inch of service they offer to me ! Every staff member is VERY nice , it's never a dull moment when I'm in there one of the staff members isn't putting a smile on my face. I feel like they are family to me when I come in there. This was the worst nail salon experience I've ever had in my life. These guys were extremely rude and mean for no reason. The older guy polished my toes fine but once he started my manicure I could tell he didn't know what he's was doing, he was really rough and careless, resulting in me ending up with a bloody finger cause he cut me really bad with the cuticle cutter. So I requested someone else proceed with my manicure( my mistake I should've just left then) and the guy starts fussing at me for me not wanting him to do my nails anymore. The new guy starts my nails and does a decent job. I ask if my nails and toes are the same color or just similar since one had regular polish and the other had gel polish. He immediately starts fussing at me and assuming I don't want to pay for my nails which was really offensive and rude. I just asked a simple question. Even the other costumers were offended by how rudely I was treated and the fact that I was the only person in there being treated that way(and the the only black person in there). It was a really hurtful and disgusting. I stopped them, paid for it and left that place NEVER AGAIN. People like that shouldn't be in business. Read Less
