I wasn't going to leave a review simply because I don't like bad mouthing establishments based off one visit however this is by far the WORST place I've ever gotten my nails done in Waldorf. I decided to try them out on a whim after having lunch at Chipotle. First, my nails looked horrible, I asked the guy to reshape my nails from square to almond and he told me no. He kept saying it looked better the way it was and I should leave it. I stated that I wanted them reshaped and he told me he'd do the coffin shape, at this point I just said whatever. Needless to say my nails are all different shapes and the polish was done horribly. The icing on the cake was the fact that when I was paying for my service albeit EXTREMELY dissatisfied, the lady told me my card declined, which I knew not to be true. She asked to run it again and I obliged, this time it went through no issues. I look at my bank statement and I was charged 3 times! I called the shop and was told that they only charged me one and that it was the banks issue. After speaking to my bank, I was told that it would have to be investigated and it will take 3-5 days to post to my account. So now I have over 100 dollars held up because if it. I went there thinking, well this place has been there for years, they must do a good job. I was dead wrong!! I needed my friend to fix my tips because they missed all the sides, which match my wedding dress. Of all events in my life, I needed my nails to be perfect. They well over charged me to do a half ass job at best! Never go here, definitely more of a headache then a help. Read Less

Straight ghetto.  This nail salon is not clean at all, they did a sloppy job with my gel set and my pedi chipped the next day.  I only went to them because the people at my usual place were away on vacation, so the shop was closed.  The only thing that was good is that their prices are low, but they have to be because the quality of service is so poor.  I would not recommend unless you need a mani/pedi that will last only a day for a special occasion or something.  If you are someone that gets your nails done on a regular basis, like me, and needs something that is going to last 2-3 weeks this is not the place for you. NEVER open!  Went there a few times and they have hours posted on the door and yet, no one inside.  Waited last week 30 minutes past the opening time and no one showed up still.  Finally left and went somewhere else. Read Less
