Resa This place has been my nail salon of choice for convenience, cost and the loyalty of the nail technicians and owners. I enjoy the feeling of being acknowledged by name and quality of good manicuring and nail skills.Jessica is a superb technician and her pedicures are divinely soothing as she is pleasant too. Jessica will do all she knows to please her clients and she has a personality of gold.Daniel does a fantastic job of nail artistry and design with his eclectic personality and humorous nature. He works hard and he is loyal. All of the other technicians are hard working and they are dedicated to their craft!Tina, the owner and her husband Billy along with their sweet daughters are staples at the salon and they make it work! Honestly I do believe the salon could use some updating and maybe add more hospitable notions such as refreshments and niceties because Ravens Nails has a loyal client base. I know because I have been coming there over fifteen years! This was the most horrific experience I have ever had at a nail shop in all of my 42 years. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE RUDE THE WAIT IS LONG. THEY IS NO TYPE OF ORDER. This is a terrible place. Do not come here. The customer service is horrible, the techs are rude, there is no order they only service regular customers. DO NOT GO HERE. IT IS DIRTY AND UNRULY. Every time I go in there the people are rude and always talking about patrons in their language. One patron called them out on it and they admitted to it 👀. I went there three times and every time it's the same thing. Will definitely be finding a new nail salon even if I have to travel. I work too hard for my money. Read Less

The salon was clean and neat. The workers were very pleasant. The nail tech who worked on my nails was named 'Lisa'. She was pretty good and very pleasant. I only gave it 3 stars because I am very meticulous when it comes to my nails. I pay great attention to detail and most salons do not. I have a nail tech which does my nails on a regular basis and she is the truly one of the BEST in the DMV. She had to cancel on that day so I decided to venture out. Filthy with bad attitudes. This place needs a total cleaning of its establishment and attitudes. The place is covered with dust and with attitudes to match. The nail selection is lacking and finished results leave much to be desired. Take your own polish and request that your tech uses clean utensils.When they are busy, the staff can display serious attitudes. I don't understand why, they don't understand there are hundreds of nail "salons" in the surrounding area. We have options on where we spend our hard earned money. Good customer service is KEY! I've been a customer for a few years and the only reason I stayed was because of the nail tech, Daniel. They've always had horrible customer service. They don't greet you when you come through the door and the service is sloppy. I stopped going because Daniel simply wasn't doing my nails the way I liked. They have a way of making you seem at fault when your nails aren't done properly. The chairs are filled with dust and nail particles. The salon isn't well kept and they don't have nice gel colors. My first time visiting this salon.  The reviews weren't too favorable so I had been hesitating making a stop. Coupons came in the mail and I need a main/pedi so I stopped in on a Friday abt 330. They were busy but I was greeted upon entrance. Quite a few technicians working (Much appreciated).  The place is abt avg size for a nail salon.  It was clean and They were polite.  As usual they asked what services and I replied "Mani/pedi" so on to "Pick a color" which I did and took a seat. The tech was ready for me within 5 mins.  Very nice pedi chairs - they offer free beverages not just water.  Tools were sterilized and she did a great job.  A guy did my design which turned out nice.  My main was so so -- she didn't do a great job of cleaning up the polish around my nails -I took care of myself...at home and my nails weren't filed smooth enough.  I had my eyebrows waxed and the eyebrow lady did an outstanding job - they have about 4 rooms for waxing which was nice.  I'll return for the waxing and pedi.  Maybe a different nail tech.  Overall a good experience! I don't usually write reviews, but I am so disturbed by the shape of my nails that I had to write a review.I have been getting my nails done for years, and never have I had fungus. My previous nail tech left the state so I started coming to Raven nails. I have only gotten a fill in 3 times and now my nails are full of fungus. I use to come to this salon because it was convenient. It is in the neighborhood. But after my last encounter, I definitely will not be back EVER!! The technician Christina Hoang did my lashes and she was very unpleasant and unprofessional (talking on the phone). And not to mention the area was untidy. I was reluctant to place my head on the pink towel that looked like a rag. She did not do a complete job. One eye was more full than another! There was some solution she used that burned and when I asked her about it she responded rudely. I paid 50.00 for an incomplete job to a lady with a nasty attitude....Never Again Read Less

I am writing this review while drying my nails, so this review is fresh folks! I came here for a pedicure years ago and was pleased with the service, so I was hoping for the same service I received previously. I have a tendency to neglect my feet during the cold months . So my feet aren't hidious, but they could use some extra TLC...  I was immediately acknowledged when I first walked in. all tools are properly sterilized and the pedi  bowls are spotless.  Mai (only works weekends) was very thorough and gentle. She did a great job feet feel so soft and I will come back. My  pedi included a scrub and cost 21.00. Read Less

I've been coming here for over 10 years. I'm sorry I haven't done a review sooner. I love this shop, and so does my mother and friends who have come here the staff is friendly, very talented , and the shop is super clean. My feet need little maintenance because I come regularly. If your feet need a LOT of work and you're expecting miracles, they can only do so much the first time. But if you keep coming back regularly like I do, you WILL see results. I love this place.
