I've been a customer here for about 7 or 8 years. I started with Brazilian waxes (Kayla and Hannah are amazing and make you feel so comfortable). And now get all my needs taken care of here! I have gotten my eyebrows done by multiple different people and they all do great jobs (Hannah is my favorite for shaping). They always seem up to date on the trends in nails, the space is impeccably clean, and I never wait longer than 15 minutes (and I always do walk ins!). I got my nails done on Friday afternoon. I don't know the nail tech - as she did not introduce herself. However, it wasn't bothered. The inside was nicely decorated and it didn't smell like the stereotypical nail salon so I had high hopes. The techs were all speaking to each other and none of them to their clients - except for one young girl with glasses. She was having a conversation with her client. I asked for round nails - and was told she didn't have time for that. So ...I received square nails - which was weird but STILL didn't bother me. However, I got my nails done 2 days ago and they look awful! The acrylic looks like a week of grow out and is sloppily done. I'm pretty upset that this was my first experience at this location. This use to be one of my favorite nail salons. I’ve been going here for almost 3 years now. But you know when you get a little bit more “fame” some let it go to their heads. They do a good job on nails but the customer service is so rude. Attitudes on top of attitudes. I can vouch for Monica and the older guy that sits next to her (not sure of his name) but they are THE best at what they do. Management can definitely work on being more friendly. As of now I’m no longer attending here. But if Monica and the older guy are open to privately doing my nails, feet, eyebrows. I’ll pay them double the prices they usually charge. Read Less

I have gotten gel nail extensions by Christina a few months ago and I was really pleased with how they came out, she was friendly, kind and took her time to make sure I loved my nails. However, I recently went in for a pedicure and I wasn't very pleased at all. The guy (don't even know his name) felt very rushed, started to rub lotion in one leg and got up for a couple mins talking to another employee while I was sitting there with lotion still waiting to be rubbed in, I didn't feel very pampered at all and the paint job was alright but nothing better than what I could've done myself. They are rude and unkind. This was just my reminder why I STOPPED going here before. If you are not a regular, to them you are just a dollar bill not a person. The male nail tech was his rude and no one will have a conversation with you in english but they talk among themselves in Korean. Nails are OK but overall not worth the money or trip. Read Less

I love this place! It's really nice and clean inside. I found my favorite nail tech, Mui Mui ( hope I spelled it right). She is the only person I let do my pedi's and mani's. nothing against anyone else, she did my feet on my first visit here and it was perfect, so if it ain't broke..... they have their busy times, but most times the wait is minimal. Horrible experience! I had to ask the lady twice to cover my whole toenails with polish. It was my first wedding anniversary so I wanted a mani and pedi for our dinner date, and should have just stopped after the pedi disaster. No massaging or lotion involved, instead oil was slathered on my legs and half-heartedly rubbed on. When I got to the mani portion, I had to request TWICE again that she get the sides with polish. The woman argued with me that she wasn't finished yet, and then put a clear top coat on and put me under the drier. Wish I could post a picture to show how much of the nail she missed. I am now home fixing the crappiest manicure I've ever gotten! So frustrated, wish I hadn't tipped her. Read Less
